We are so grateful to have had Stacey as our wedding coordinator – I honestly can’t say enough good things! We both agreed, that hiring Stacey was hands down one of the best investments we made for our wedding. We had the best day of our lives and having Stacey and Ali there on the day meant we could enjoy our day to the absolute max! From our very first meeting, it was clear that Stacey was not only professional but also genuinely passionate about making our day exactly what we wanted. Not to mention that we got on like a house on fire! Stacey was on hand to help with our planning when needed, I booked in a power hour call about 9 months out from the wedding which was exactly what I needed to keep me on track with planning. We had our final details call around 2 weeks before the wedding and it was the best feeling to hand over all of our suppliers to Stacey at that point, knowing it was all in hand and she knew exactly how we envisioned our day running. On the day of the wedding, Stacey and Ali went above and beyond. They handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day literally zero stress. Everything was considered and organised so well, from our quick-fire family photos to Stacey’s genius plan of doing a receiving line on the way out of the drinks reception to make sure our guests started to make their way to their seats on time. We received so many compliments from our guests about Stacey and Ali and how brilliant they were. The fact that we are still WhatsApp-ing 2 months after the wedding tells you all you need to know – Stacey genuinely cares about the couples she works with. Stacey is a genuine, warm, helpful and wise person. She is very personable and grasps a good understanding of individuals, couples and their visions for their dream celebrations. We opted for on the day management and this was invaluable especially as we had a number of unforeseen challenges to contend with in the run up to and on the day (15.06.24) such as our wedding cake maker cancelling just one month before and entertainment arriving late on the day! Her team are proactive, resourceful and good fun. On our day, Jess was leading and she and the rest of the team were great engaging with us, our guests and even leading on the Candy by Cameo dance 💃🏻 Thoughtful messages and gifts from Stacey before and on the day really enhanced the experience for us and we can wholeheartedly recommend the service she provides for anyone who wants full planning and/or on-the-day coordination for weddings or any celebration in fact!

We had our wedding at The Barn at Avington last week and it was honestly perfect. The venue has the perfect mix of outdoor and indoor space to personalise and make your own and the location is beautiful. Beth is absolutely amazing and will help make your ideas come to life! As a person who loves organisation, watching Stacey and her team work was SO SO SO SO satisfying. They were smooth and seamless and without them our day wouldn’t have been as special as it was. Apollo organised our wedding for us and are quite simply brilliant at what they do - we could not have pulled off such a beautiful wedding without them! We were initially a little daunted by the prospect of organising a wedding, however we needn’t have been. Tim took all the stress out of the planning process and the day itself, which allowed us to just enjoy it and do all the exciting things! Tim has an excellent knowledge of and rapport with suppliers - we felt we had the best of everything with none of the hassle of trying to find caterers, marquee companies etc. He also has a great eye for detail and very much had us as a couple in mind when coming up with ideas, so the day really reflected our personalities. Tim was invaluable on the day itself and we felt so looked after - something you don’t often feel as bride and groom, being so conscious about everything and everyone else. He is also very personable and great fun - each time we met with him we felt so excited about our plans materialising. His team are all fab and added to the atmosphere on the day. We are so grateful to Apollo for putting together the most special day of our lives!

My sisters and I all had our 21st birthdays with them and as a result our family now has a reputation for the parties we throw. The Christmas Eve boxes sent to some friends were a roaring success, full of fun, activities and a few sweets. Fast forward to a charity concert arranged by My Special Events, that was very well organised with some amazing raffle prizes they'd had donated by celebs. We ordered a Party Box from My Special Event Boxes 4 U for our 5-year old's birthday party, who was needing a smaller party due to Covid and wanting that special themed event made extra special for him. We are both busy working parents and just wanted someone to do everything for us and simply opening a box containing a party was just perfect for us. We contacted the website's owner Zoe Pniewski and was delighted with her friendly nature and really thoughtful ideas for our son's box. We wanted good quality and was very pleased with many suggestions we had not thought about. We opted for her Superhero's Marvel Avengers Box, which is his current favourite theme! We had great communication throughout and just sat back and waited for his box to arrive ahead of his party. The box arrived and we could not have been happier, everything was packaged beautifully, very well labelled and contained top quality party items. We had everything to set up a full party table, room decorations and even party games, party bags and plenty of balloons. The party was a huge success with very little for me to do other than open and set the party room! To Have and To Hire Events were fantastic decorating Upwaltham Barns for our November wedding. The team were amazing putting up all of the draping and fairy lights around the venue which made it look so magical. All of our guests commented on the aesthetic and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The team were also so friendly on the lead up to the day and were helpful with any queries we had. They even custom made our table plan with antlers we provided! Highly recommend this company for all types of events including weddings.

To Have & To Hire did our decoration for our 2 day wedding at Buxted Park Hotel and East Sussex National. They did such an amazing job on both days to help our vision come to life, but what impressed us the most, was our multicultural wedding for the second day. We were wanting a traditional Asian set-up and specifically after a “Mandap” which they had never done before. The Mandap looked incredible and was exactly what we wanted. It wowed all the guests and the centrepieces looked incredible too with some people thinking that the flowers were real! A massive thank you to Sara, Michelle and the team for being the best, super helpful and very communicative throughout the whole process. It helped to make planning a 2-day wedding seamless.

We were recommended by upwaltham barns (our chosen venue) to use to have and to hire. We are so glad we did! Everything turned out perfectly. I had my wedding on 31st October 2024 so wanted to go with the autumnal theme with a few pumpkins added. They did not disappoint, everything was beautiful. We used TH&TH for some decorative elements at our wedding in Sussex in August and could not be happier with the service. We chose to hire some floral/decorative elements as well as a lounge set for the barn style venue and the pieces worked so well with our theme - the photo spot which was decorated by the team was particularly popular with our guests and we've got some amazing photos and memories. Ashley was a star! He was just the most perfect DJ and had everyone on the dance floor! We were both a little nervous for our first dance, but Ashley reassured us, and made us feel so comfortable! He played songs for everyone, and all our guests absolutely loved it! He also provided his beautiful rustic ‘Love’ letters and up lighters, which were so amazing and really brought the place together, thank you Ashley!

Incredible DJ! Ashley had our wedding dance floor full all night. The venue, our friends and family all commented on how well Ashley knew the dance floor and knew what worked. We managed to get in some classic 80s, cheesy 90s and immense dance music and he just made it all flow. The next day when we went to the venue to collect our decor, I expected to pick up leftover glow sticks and light sticks however there was no chance as everything had been used up. The videos from our wedding show a full dance floor throughout the night, I’ve genuinely never known such a good DJ. We can’t thank Ashley enough! Quite hard to get a photo that isn’t blurry but there are some epic videos!

We had the pleasure of working with Kirsty, Khia and the entire team at Events Co. for our wedding, and their contribution was nothing short of extraordinary. From the start, we received the most professional and honest service. We appreciated that nothing was forced on us and we could pick exactly what we needed for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever we requested along the way was met with a smile and was delivered efficiently. They supported us closely the entire time and helped us with the entire set up of the venue and organised everything to run smoothly the weeks leading up to the wedding. From our first meeting we got the comforting feeling that they genuinely care for each of their clients and understand what you are visioning easily within couple of minutes. We would recommend them to be hired as your wedding coordinators as they are the best in the events field and would give you the personal touch and care that you need especially at some of the most stressful weeks before the big day. Communication smooth and efficient throughout the planning process, and they were always prompt with in addressing our questions and concerns. Even when there were few stressful moments, Kirsty and Khia already though ahead and had a solution for every issue that occurred or may have occurred. On set-up day everyone went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful and better than what we even imagined. A big shout out to Koo, who designed all our stationary and put up with all of our demands even until the week before printing. We would also like to mention that everything we hired was in great condition and the furniture looked great when all set up. We used The Events Co for our wedding at New Barn Farm this summer and could not recommend them enough. Their furniture/crockery hire service was so seamless with delivery the day ahead of when we started set up which gave us plenty of time, the catering was exceptional - they worked with us to create a bespoke BBQ menu and all the guests commented afterwards how great the food was - and the team’s waiting and bar staff were so accommodating and friendly. But Kirsty’s on the day coordination was by far the star of the show and something I would recommend to any couple. Nothing phased her - specific guest requirements, room change overs, even last minute change of plans due to the weather - she made our day run so smoothly and we’ll be forever grateful!

Right from the start Events and Co couldn’t have done more for us. From meeting with Khia when we just needed someone to make us feel calmer to the big details of organising everything. We loved how honest they were with everything about our wedding and bringing out ideas to life. The food on the day was also incredible, with pretty much everyone speaking to us after about how amazing our wedding food was!!! And then our coordinator Kirsty, she honestly made us feel like our wedding was the most important day she had ever been on. As I Arrived she was even carrying my nephew ,who had already taken to her, to pass her to my sister ready to goo down the aisle. She couldn’t have helped more to make sure everything went seamlessly and not just this but throughout the day she was so smooth that she just made everyone fall in love with her and even sent us some pictures and videos the next morning that she’d got for us ! She worked amazingly with all the suppliers and we honestly didn’t have a thing to worry about all day! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and will continue with everyone that I know getting married or married handing an event from health forward. We decided to use Events Co for our wedding at Appuldurcombe House after meeting Khia at two Wedding fayre’s at Medina & IOW Pearl. From the very start Khia had the answers in terms of power, toilets, tables, food, decor, staff, a bar and so much more specifically at our venue and had several meetings and phone calls with us over a 22 month period building up to the big day. Consistent calls and emails with Khia and her colleague Kirsty ensured everything we had booked and wanted was ready to go and nothing was ever forced or unreasonable, if anything the opposite. As the wedding approached they really came in to their own, checking on finer details such as what flavour ice creams we preferred on the ice cream bike and the positioning of the burger van (out of a horse box) they had also provided. On the Thursday and Friday like clockwork Khia and the team were there, everything as ordered and being set up exactly how we wanted it, at one point extra staff were there to help set up the tables and decorate, something we didn’t even expect! Every member of the team worked so hard to get our wedding ready and on the day they were great with on the day coordination from Khia themself and the canapés, two course lunch (3 choices for each course) and then our burger and chips van exceeded expectation and got great feedback from our guests! Khia and the team remained on hand all day and eve to ensure rooms were switched round and pudding tables were topped up as well as keeping the guests watered at the bar! Full of good spirits, banter, accommodating our guests needs and having pics with my dad and refusing my mums supply of apple pies she had got reduced the day before! The wedding went perfectly and Events Co made it what it was without doubt! They were legends all of them and a massive part of our day being what it was. Thank you so much Adan & Harriet!

We cannot thank Jade enough for her vision, expertise and guidance during our wedding planning process and day itself. Her experience put us at ease and we knew that we could trust her with our plan. Her co-ordination on the day was absolutely perfect and she dealt with many different suppliers with such ease and professionalism. We had Jade for on the day co-ordination of our wedding, and also had 3 of her staff accompanying her. What can I say? Truly amazing to have Jade and her team, and the day would not have gone nearly so smoothly without her and the team, I would highly recommend for anyone needing a planner, DIY assistance, on the day co-ordination and staff for your event. The DIY struggle is real, and we were all prepping the venue until late into the night before the wedding, I left feeling stressed and with no idea how it would all come together. The next day after the service, I walked into the venue and couldn't believe how under control everything was! Staff were serving drinks and canapes, the venue looked gorgeous with everything perfected and in place and Jade was in full control. I could take back seat and enjoy our wedding. I wish it ended there, but unfortunately, we had a behavioral issue with a member of my family, to the point I was in tears and wanted to go home. Jade heard of this, found me, calmed me down and explained our options- none of which included the bride leaving the wedding reception! Eventually, Jade asked said person to leave the wedding, and despite some tantrums and further awful behavior, Jade made it clear to her that staying was not an option, and had her staff be aware in case of re-entry. Although an awful, and upsetting situation, Jade minimized the damage caused and managed to rescue our wedding day! Jade even got the band to play the first dance 2hrs late so that we didn't miss out on this too. Amazing woman, providing a truly invaluable service. You would be silly not to have ChapterJ involved with your big day!
