Right from the start Events and Co couldn’t have done more for us. From meeting with Khia when we just needed someone to make us feel calmer to the big details of organising everything. We loved how honest they were with everything about our wedding and bringing out ideas to life. The food on the day was also incredible, with pretty much everyone speaking to us after about how amazing our wedding food was!!! And then our coordinator Kirsty, she honestly made us feel like our wedding was the most important day she had ever been on. As I Arrived she was even carrying my nephew ,who had already taken to her, to pass her to my sister ready to goo down the aisle. She couldn’t have helped more to make sure everything went seamlessly and not just this but throughout the day she was so smooth that she just made everyone fall in love with her and even sent us some pictures and videos the next morning that she’d got for us ! She worked amazingly with all the suppliers and we honestly didn’t have a thing to worry about all day! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and will continue with everyone that I know getting married or married handing an event from health forward. We had the pleasure of working with Kirsty, Khia and the entire team at Events Co. for our wedding, and their contribution was nothing short of extraordinary. From the start, we received the most professional and honest service. We appreciated that nothing was forced on us and we could pick exactly what we needed for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever we requested along the way was met with a smile and was delivered efficiently. They supported us closely the entire time and helped us with the entire set up of the venue and organised everything to run smoothly the weeks leading up to the wedding. From our first meeting we got the comforting feeling that they genuinely care for each of their clients and understand what you are visioning easily within couple of minutes. We would recommend them to be hired as your wedding coordinators as they are the best in the events field and would give you the personal touch and care that you need especially at some of the most stressful weeks before the big day. Communication smooth and efficient throughout the planning process, and they were always prompt with in addressing our questions and concerns. Even when there were few stressful moments, Kirsty and Khia already though ahead and had a solution for every issue that occurred or may have occurred. On set-up day everyone went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful and better than what we even imagined. A big shout out to Koo, who designed all our stationary and put up with all of our demands even until the week before printing. We would also like to mention that everything we hired was in great condition and the furniture looked great when all set up. We used The Events Co for our wedding at New Barn Farm this summer and could not recommend them enough. Their furniture/crockery hire service was so seamless with delivery the day ahead of when we started set up which gave us plenty of time, the catering was exceptional - they worked with us to create a bespoke BBQ menu and all the guests commented afterwards how great the food was - and the team’s waiting and bar staff were so accommodating and friendly. But Kirsty’s on the day coordination was by far the star of the show and something I would recommend to any couple. Nothing phased her - specific guest requirements, room change overs, even last minute change of plans due to the weather - she made our day run so smoothly and we’ll be forever grateful!

Could not have asked for a better dance floor and light arrangement for our wedding. The dance floor with LED lights looked amazing and the large light up letters looked great. Working with Elizabeth Jane Events was also simple, super professional and an excellent experience. On the wedding day, the set up was so slick - they only had an hour between dinner finishing and dancing started. I didn't even notice the transition!! No issues at all. Everything was collected on time and with no issues the following day. Would highly recommend!

I used Elizabeth James for a New Year’s Eve party I was working on for Raggy&Boo. I ordered a glitter backdrop and multiple orb balloons as well as a balloon arch, all were absolutely brilliant. Leading up to the event the correspondence was perfect as well as on the day of the installation. The team were on time and quick to setup. I will certainly use Elizabeth James again.

We hired large letters spelling ‘MR & MRS WILLIS’ for the dance floor of our wedding. They were perfect and just what we had in mind. Really added to the photos! We were very impressed with how easy delivery and collection was. Thank you so much!

Fabulous service, highly recommend. Elizabeth James Events responded to our last minute request for some customised balloon decor to help us celebrate our corporate 20th anniversary. Their response to my initial query was very prompt and they worked with me to take my initial idea and turn it into something wonderful, despite the short turnaround time. A very professional yet friendly company, we haired some things for our Daughter's Christening for 80 people. Best Dressed Events came before to set up and made it look fantastic. They then came at the agreed time to pack away. They even gave our Daughters a gift which was lovely. Thanks so much.

Catherine is absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend enough, having her co-ordinate your day. She helped us make sure we had considered everything we needed (things I would never have though of!). She helped make the wedding planning process smooth and liaised with suppliers so everything worked together. The Grange was the first venue we viewed and, from the moment we arrived, we knew that this would be the place where we would celebrate our wedding! Julia made us feel so welcome from our first meeting and, throughout the planning process, we were incredibly well looked after by the whole team. Tara was brilliant in helping us to fine tune the wedding weekend - we booked all of the on-site accommodation to allow our family, plus the bridesmaids and groomsmen to celebrate with us for the whole weekend, which was the best decision ever! A separate review for the accommodation will follow. They also recommended amazing suppliers, such as Becka Cooper (our joyful caterer who is a certified culinary genius) Ward-Brown (our incredible and fun-loving photographer who captured the attached photos), Wildbunch (our wonderful floristry team who made the most spectacular floral arrangements), Whitwams (who used thoughtfully arranged lighting and sound to bring the Grange to life) and Allens (who provided the pristine table linen and beautiful crockery and glassware). Now, for the wedding day! The emotion I felt when our vintage bus bumbled along the driveway and we got our first glimpse of the Grange is difficult to put into words, but (as cheesy as it sounds) it was a dream come true. When we arrived, Julia, Tara and Amanda were waiting with glasses of fizz and beaming smiles. The two years of teamwork had paid off! 💞 Throughout the wedding reception, all three wonderful ladies were mingling with our guests, attentively looking after us all and ensuring everything went smoothly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the time of our lives all day and night. They even gave us a personalised card and a bottle of The Grange sparkling wine! They also captured their own wonderful footage, which they made into a reel for us to enjoy when we woke up the next morning. Right up until Midnight, the whole team waiting staff, lead by Amanda, were kind and attentive to all of our guests. We have had so many compliments since the wedding about the Grange team and their attention to detail, warmth and friendliness. They have also been described by multiple guests as ‘the best looking staff team’ they have ever seen! We honestly feel as though we have gained a new family since we booked our wedding two years ago, the Grange experience is like no other and we will be forever grateful for it! ✨

We hired the Lake House Cottage for a strategy away day, evening and stay over. The space worked perfectly for both the group strategy sessions and social side in the evening. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and the surroundings serene and calm, perfect for stepping back, building trust and discussing the future. The team at The Grange were excellent, the food delicious and the break was an overall huge success, I can’t recommend this venue more highly. Ed W

We could not speak more highly of The Grange as a venue. The team support you right from square one becoming advisors, supporters, cheerleaders, rational but creative thinkers and friends. They have excellent supplier recommendations from caterers (Becka Cooper is a-class), florists (Wildbunch are so wonderful) and tech leads (Peachy Productions know the building like the back of their hand), to name a few. The nearby Abbotstone Farmhouse and Clock Tower make for superb guest accommodation where every commodity and need is thought of. We honestly can not fault any of it and as an events lead for almost a decade, the experience of planning our wedding there was just top tier. We adore them all and recommend it to everyone planning a wedding, party, away day, celebration and more!

I recently organised a surprise 30th birthday weekend for my boyfriend at Abbotstone Farm House, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The team at The Grange were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everything remained a surprise. Communicating with Tara was a pleasure—she was always efficient and responsive, and no question or request felt too big or small. The thoughtful welcome hamper was such a lovely touch and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The stay itself was amazing. Abbotstone Farm House is warm, charming, and beautifully homely, with plenty of space to relax, play games, and enjoy meals together. We were fortunate to catch some late summer sun, which meant we could make full use of the tennis court, private pool, and the estate’s extensive grounds. The evenings were cool enough to light the fires, which added an extra element of cosiness to our stay. There are a number of great activities available around the estate to choose from, but in the end, our group opted for the cider-making and tasting workshop. Fred and Patrick expertly guided us through the whole process, from picking apples and pressing them for juice to explaining how cider is made and letting us sample some of their own creations. They were both knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, making the experience a highlight of the weekend. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. I can confidently say, on behalf of all our friends, that we highly recommend staying at Abbotstone Farm House. Whether you’re planning a family gathering or a weekend away with friends, this place is a fantastic choice—we're already looking for an excuse to return!

Lorna is amazing, has everything from table decorations to chair covers, to the sweet cart- which went down a treat! James, the fun photographer with all his props was just fantastic! So relaxed and polite, and was so much fun! Lorna went above and beyond by helping the venue set up and pack down, and moving our centrepieces from the house to the marquee in the evening! Cannot thank Lorna and James enough!

Lorna helped with the table decorations for our wedding. She helped me massively when I was struggling to make decisions but she brought all of the thoughts I had, and turned them into reality. Lorna set up the floral love letters, doughnut wall and sweet cart for our wedding reception and we also hired the post box. She was so lovely and friendly and everyone loved the sweets and doughnuts.

Would definately recommend Kelly. She was very communicative and friendly from the offset. She was not pushy at all, but made some welcome and helpful suggestions which helped make the venue look lovely. Large array of colours to choose from to suit the theme. Reasonably priced and adaptable. Did a fab job of setting up and taking draping and backdrops down. Certainly made things much easier for us. Would highly recommend. (Photos taken during set-up, so not quite the finished look).

Just updating my review: I've held quite a few stalls with Dream Empire now and they are brilliant, so well organised and professional. They offer great advice and provide very comprehensive guides for the events themselves. They are always looking to improve and are very engaging on social media platforms.

We have had the pleasure to trade an event run by Dream Empire events and they were wonderful - great planning and communication, fair pricing and lovely people. This is not the case with all event organisers so we would be delighted to continue to work with them in the future. Thanks for all you do!

We went to the Eastleigh winter event today and I can honestly say that I was very impressed. I was expecting the usual array of 'junk' stands, overpriced and under quality, wow was I wrong! This event was what all events should strive for. A wide array of high quality, handmade items. There was a really broad selection of items and the prices were VERY impressive. The atmosphere was brilliant, everybody was very friendly and it really did exude Christmas. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would like to thank those responsible for making it such a wonderful day. This is what a Christmas event should be

I've taken my stand to the two new Eastleigh Markets run by Dream Empire, and I've been very impressed by their organisation and communication in advance and on the day, and their pitch fees are very reasonable too! I'm looking forward to being at more of their events next year.

Where do I start? . . . . . We had a lovely marquee wedding at the end of August and, to allow us to fully enjoy the day, we went looking for a wedding co-ordinator to run the day itself (as we were doing all the organising ourselves leading up to it) - what we ended up with was the Mary Poppins of wedding co-ordinators (complete with bottomless bag ready for ANY situation that may occur). Suzanne was everything we could have hoped for and more. From our first meeting with her, she presented herself as professional, experienced, dedicated and a truly lovely person to boot. While we didn't hire her services leading up to the wedding, she still made sure that she kept in touch, giving us little snippets of assistance in terms of where we were with our plans, drawing up a very comprehensive list of information to help with the structure of the day and checking in with us. Her insight when she came on a site visit was invaluable, to the point that we changed our intentions for where our guests entered (and what we finished with was truly perfect as well as feeling very natural). I was also able to reach out to Suzanne for help with other services, as her list of contacts was vast and each one with a proven track record (otherwise she wouldn't have recommended them), and it was down to her help that we were able to find a staffing agency for the waiters we needed. Her contacts also came in very, very useful as, a week before the wedding, our evening food supplier had to drop out. Suzanne was actually able to find some alternatives for us at such very late notice. Suzanne also insisted on coming onsite the day prior to the wedding to make sure that she was completely familiar with the set-up and what needed to be done the next day eg: We could set the tables up but the cutlery, crockery & glassware was arriving the morning of the wedding. When we arrived at the wedding, we were greeted by Suzanne and a member of staff with a) umbrellas (thankfully only needed for all of 5 minutes) and a drink, which was a lovely touch and epitomised the high level of excellence that Suzanne works to. We walked down the lawn to the marquee and when we got inside, it was the most incredibly magical experience - Suzanne had made sure that everything was exactly as it should be; the tables looked fantastic, the cake stand was brimming and everyone was laughing and talking with a Pimms or lemonade! Throughout the whole day, everything ran so incredibly smoothly with Suzanne's firm hand on the tiller. At no point did the service any of the staff provided seem rushed, lacking, or in any way anything other than amazing and that was down to her supervision; she had everything prepped and planned from the teapots & cake plates to the toast glasses and brownies. With a plane to catch the next day for her own 20th anniversary, Suzanne went well beyond the call of duty and at least the last hour of her time was off the clock as she just wanted to make sure that everything was sorted before she left, leaving us with so much less tidying to do ourselves the next day - it was great to see someone so invested in making your day special. I can’t t explain how perfect Suzanne was from the beginning until the end of the wedding shoot day! Suzanne is very responsible, organised, careful and attended to all of our needs entirely, she was always aware of everything that was in the timetable, making sure everything worked fine and making the day so easy, relaxed and one memorable event.
