Really good experience. It was great to find a well established company that was not only prepared to take on a small bespoke job, but did quality work and was also reasonably priced. They treated us, and the job, with respect and professionalism. The job itself was building a bespoke hallway cupboard which they did really nicely. It looks great and fits perfectly in the space.

They blitzed our various jobs over four days and that included building and installing bespoke under stair storage cupboards/shelves/hangers. Richard and his team were great when we called them up to repair some rotting timbers on our 400yr old cottage! They took everything on their stride and kept us informed every step. They were clean and tidy, and completed the job on time and budget. Richard also returned at short notice a few weeks later when we found another very rotten timber. All work was carried out to an exceptional standard and blends in with the original wall perfectly. Highly recommended, and worth waiting for.

Sean and his team at SL Carpentry have mastered the art of making life easy- they do exactly what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it and at a competitive price. Sean recently fitted a loft hatch in our home which completely transformed the use ability of our loft (and looks great!) Will be using again!

Jamie of Farnham Woodwork has undertaken two projects for us over the past few months, one exterior and one interior. He designed and built a beautiful decking area with integrated pergola, which has magically transformed our garden. Jamie rebuilt the pergola in our garden and he was a delight from start to finish. I used A-Spec to replace our front and side door recently. They were able to get high quality doors with custom spec (colour, matching frame, door furniture) at very competitive pricing. Luke did a brilliant job and made replacing the doors look very easy despite the old doors being a nightmare to take out. We’re delighted with the doors and the job done. Any issues we had with the doors when they were delivered has been no trouble to resolve either, with helpful and willing responses

A-Spec team were professional, tidy, showed great attention to detail throughout the project and an absolute pleasure to work with. We are extremely happy with final results! Would 100% use their services again and highly recommend.

Although we didn't go ahead with A-Spec for our side-return extension, we were very impressed with Jonathan and how we approached quoting out the build. He was responsive and detailed, so would have no hesitations getting him to quote out future projects.
