Tucker Joinery have made and installed two windows for us. One was a particularly intricate stained glass window. Their attention to detail was amazing and we were impressed by their 'can do' attitude. They listened carefully to our plans and provided us with excellent advice. Their workmanship was superb and their staff were friendly and helpful. The highest quality service from start to finish.

We have used the services of Tuckers several times. They have designed and fitted new sash windows and French doors to our home. More recently they have designed a bespoke under stair bookcase, which we are delighted with. Family and friends have all passed comment on how special it is. We find Lea, Emma and the team to be professional and very friendly. Their creativity is superb and the standard of workmanship first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. We intend to do so again in the future.

Following a bad experience with our previous window supplier we approached Tucker Joinery to replace several windows. From the start Lee and his team provided a first class service. We had several on site meetings to discuss what we wanted and Lee kept in touch throughout the process. The windows are beautifully made and the fitters were really professional, clearing everything away at the end of each day. Lee made us a huge Contemporary Front Door, insulated and glazed for our new Oak Framed house. Being a new build it had to be compliant to the new PAS 24 & Thermal value requirements for building regulations. They look amazing. This is the 3rd time our family have used Lee, previously installing Hard Wood windows into our Chapel conversion, and then on to other members of our family where he built an amazing Spiral Staircase. Toby did an amazing job, he did everything with precision and professionalism and I was so pleased with the end product! Not only that he made the whole experience very easy and calm, he was able to solve a couple of issues very efficiently and is very reliable too.

I have been following James for a while and was always really impressed with the carpentry work he was doing so I asked if he would provide my customer with some built in wardrobe doors for there boot room before I was to spary them, James turned up when promised and me and my customer were really impressed with his knowledge and the way James went about measuring the space and talking through the job in hand, well the end product speaks for itself, you would think they have come out a factory there that good. James made a new sash window, window frame and ledge for us. He kept us informed of progress at all times. From his photos it was good to see our window taking shape. Bespoke built in wardrobe 5* Recently moved house and our bedroom was only suitable for a bespoke built in wardrobe due to its odd shape. We contacted several large companies who really couldn’t get to grips with our bespoke idea & wanted us to change our minds! We were recommended James via word of mouth as he was local and we got him round to have a look. He was very good with explaining how things would go and expertly measured up. He listened to what we wanted, added his own ideas and advice but nothing was a problem and he designed & quoted exactly what we asked for. His prices were competitive and he ensured we had a final price with no hidden extras or surprises. James used quality materials and discussed all fittings and fixtures with us before purchase. The finish of the wardrobe is outstanding, little details such as the edging on the doors really makes his work special. He turned up daily on time. Worked in all weather conditions, was incredibly polite, friendly and probably the cleanest tradesman we have used. We 100% will be using James again in the near future when replacing our kitchen!

I asked James to build me a bookcase and I have been blown away with James’s professionalism, attention to detail, communication and care. He completely understood what I was looking for and suggested oak, which is absolutely perfect in the setting. His timeframe was realistic, he was flexible and his time keeping spot on. He shared his passion for his craft, all of which I was able to follow on Instagram, seeing the whole thing coming together in his workshop before it was expertly fitted in my home. James is a friendly and engaging craftsman whose workmanship and pride in his work is evident. It was a pleasure to work with James. Would I recommend him? It’s a BIG YES from me.

Input did a few jobs for us, including fitting a new fascia to the front of our house which was quite an involved task. The replacement fascia seems great but what really impressed us was Input’s work ethic. Lots of heavy lifting required during the fitting process but Mark and Dave removed and replaced the old fascia in remarkably short order. Input has also been keen to make sure that everything was just right, dealing patiently with our indecision on door locks and returning to adjust a door that rubbed slightly. Overall we had really impressive service, from people who have been a pleasure to work with.
