Andy and Pete, with Nick and Graham, carried out our loft conversion this year and we are so happy with their work. What we liked best was their time-keeping (they ran exactly to schedule) and costing (they ran exactly to quote, except for some extras that we requested). As important was their pleasantness in working with. They are very courteous, great communication, and any problems were listened to carefully and a sensible solution found. Our project was quite large (dormer L-shape loft conversion, complete reroof, chimney repoint, 2 new bathrooms and fitted cupboards and wardrobes). Their workmanship is of a very high standard and we strongly recommend them.

Well it’s been nearly a year since Pete and Andy and the team took on my loft conversion. I can say that their professionalism, skill and just hard work finished my project on time to the day !!! Andy and Pete consistently confirmed that we'd made the right decision when we asked them to build a single storey extension onto the back of our house and a replacement porch. They were not only highly skilled, patient, honest, trustworthy and communicative, they (and their team) were just great people to have around. That's pretty vital when they are going to spend months on your project! They used their vast experience and network to quickly resolve any challenges which arose and have left us with a life changing extension that we enjoy each and every day. The gorgeous extension is filled with light due to an apex roof housing two Velux windows and a complete wall of bifold doors with glass gable end. The Utility Room houses our white goods at a raised level for ease of use and our very swanky porch (!) is rendered as per the bottom half of the entire house. Quite a transformation! For your interest I attach before, during and after photos of their work here in Chandler's Ford We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Updating my review following a second job completed by Pete and Andy - excellent job again, and can thoroughly recommend - the work that they do is of the highest quality, but they are also very good post-completion at coming back for any snagging - have always felt everything is well communicated and have stuck to quoted prices. No hesitation in recommending and would certainly use them again.

I recently enquired about having 3 internal doors altered in my house after having new carpets fitted etc… Alister was very quick to respond and booked us in as soon as he could. When he carried out the work, he was very polite, clean and tidy and I would 100% recommend him to anyone who needs a carpenter.

Alister replied to my email promptly with a very competitive price. The doors he has hung are lovely. He arrived on time, cleared up and the workmanship is excellent. I have already recommended him to my family and have some future projects lined up.

We had Elliot come and fit 12 new oak veneered doors. The quality and the care that Elliot puts into his work is exceptional. He didn’t rush the job and he spent time ensuring that the fit and finish of the hinges and door hardware was spot on. Everyday when finished he left the work area clean and tidy and genuinely cared about the way in which he works. We employed Elliot to build some bespoke cupboards in the kitchen diner with a book case either side of the fire place and a wine rack built into the fireplace and nice detailed finish. We were delighted with the result The finish was excellent and well worth paying for nice materials and having a skilled person to transform them into something to be proud of. So much so that we had another cupboard built in the porch! Mark came and refurbished our banister. When he came to assess the job he discussed style and materials with us to ensure he knew what we envisaged for our home. We agreed a date for the work. He let us know traffic was making him a few minutes late arriving. He coped magnificently with the uneven wall and woodwork which the house builder had left us. The resulting job looks very good. He put down covers and cleaned up after working. We would definitely recommend Mark.

Booked Mark to fit 4 internal doors after he did such a great job fitting a kitchen worktop for us. Mark arrived on the day agreed, on time. Measured the individual frames (all different sizes!), removed the old doors, cut the doors to size, fitted the door handles & added an additional hinge for each door. During his visit, Mark was friendly, professional & tidied up after he'd finished the job. He cut the old doors in half to make it easier for me to dispose of them. And he took away some wood that needed to be edged / bevelled as he didn't have the tools woth him and returned it a couple of days later which I will be making into a table. New doors look great (still need to be painted though) & fit perfectly. Another great job by Mark. Again, woud happily recommend Mark for your woodwork needs. Thanks Mark.

Mark came to refurb our staircase and has done an excellent job! Took care and tried to work us as we have toddler who naps. Explained the job as he went along and cleaned up along the way. I would highly recommend Mark!

I have been using Lewis and the Team for some time now, the quality of workmanship is excellent, Lewis consistently goes out of his way to make sure we are looked after and Gareth and Craig are great guys, I would highly recommend.

Lewis advised and replaced the bannisters on our stairs. He did a great job and was polite and courteous. I will be using his services again…. And I did, this time to replace all our internal doors with oak ones. Craig and Garath did an amazing job; they were really friendly and polite and left no mess.

The experience from start to finish has been fantastic! I was given a really reasonable quote, and though additional costs were added (due to extra work which needed to be carried out) these were also really reasonably priced and I was kept well informed about it before the work was carried out. I'd also discovered what can only be described as a nightmare of hidden pipework under the old larder (before work was due to be carried out), and though my own worries about this caused delays with the work starting, Lewis was really supportive in addressing this and was really quick to respond to all of my concerns. Garath fitted my new cabinets, moved my extractor fan/boxing, replaced my windowsill and also worked on a few extra areas in the kitchen and I'm honestly impressed with how good it all looks! All his work has been topnotch and throughout the process he was always polite and took the trouble to answer any questions I had. Work was also finished really quickly which was a bonus! My thanks to you both - can't recommend highly enough!

Paul replaced two rotten window cills in out downstairs. Everything was done well and to time and there were no issues. Price is good and work is good. Efficient and accurate and timely. Good job, well done.

I asked Paul to deal with a number of jobs, including repairs to timber sash windows, boarding over an outside doorway, and repairing fencing. I am very pleased with the results. Paul is a lovely man. He always arrived on time and left everything tidy. Price was reasonable too. Highly recommend.

We were absolutely delighted with the built in wardrobe that Mark designed, constructed and installed into a large bedroom alcove. He was an absolute pleasure to do business with from first contact through to finished product. All communication was quickly and comprehensively answered. The wardrobe is extremely well built, fits the space perfectly and looks amazing. Plus, the work was performed for a fixed price. I would strongly recommend using Mark for any carpentry work.

We first came across Mark a good few years ago when we wanted fitted drawers and wardrobes doing in an eaves bedroom. I drew a quick sketch of cupboards above and drawers below with some photos of the room and Mark came back with a CAD drawing which was exactly what we wanted. We booked him and he did the job for us. We were thrilled. When we had a loft conversion done some years later and wanted a run of cupboards in the bedroom that became the landing, including an office cupboard in the middle, there was only one person we were going to ask. Again, I outlined what I wanted, we had a bit of a chat via email and we came up with a design which Mark built and fitted. Subsequently he has done us a built in cupboard in an alcove in the bathroom and also a bespoke door for the under stairs cupboard. Mark is a really nice bloke, I am more than happy to have in my house with the family around. The guy that fitted my doors took one look at Mark's work and said enviously 'That guy's good'.
