We hired Aston & the team back in April 2024 for our wedding. Fast coward to August 2024 and my Husband turn’t 30. I knew I had to contact Aston and the team to get them to come to his surprise birthday party. I contacted Aston, as always so quick to respond and just so friendly. On the day, we had an issue where the initial venue cancelled on us. We sourced another venue (only 10 minutes away) and the Pop Up team were first there. Having the pop up photo box at our wedding just made the reception! Our guests absolutely loved it and we captured some amazing memories from using the booth. Aston was really quick and informative when we spoke on email and the lady who was the attendant on the night (apologies I didn't grab her name) was amazing and seemed to be enjoying helping us take some great and hilarious photos. We hired the Pop up Photo Box for our wedding reception and it was absolutely fantastic. The props and the back drop fit well to our theme (we got married in Vegas a month ago). Kayleigh (sorry if I got this wrong) was so friendly and helpful, the guests were also loving her fun vibe. We had as many prints as we wanted, which guests could stick in the signing book that was included. I was also sent all the photos by WeTransfer just in case any were lost and I can see all the pictures taken on the night! Would definitely recommend.

We hired Pop up Photo Box from Aston Dobson Events for our wedding. They were incredible and provided a great service with a fantastically large range of props for guests to use! We really appreciated the lovely book which guests were able to put a copy of their photos in and write a message. I can’t thank the girl running the photo booth enough as she pointed out that she hadn’t seen the bride or groom have photos and alerted guests to go get us before she packed away! We really appreciated this and her giving us time to get photos with our family and friends. We also love that we have received digital copies of all the photos! Amazing service which added so much fun to the evening. We highly recommend :)

Suzie & Steve and the entire Events 4 u team were incredible in providing our centre pieces, lighting and all of our finishing touches at our recent wedding at Audley Woods Hotel. The day was incredible and the beautiful blossom arch and trees were complimented by all of our guests!

Events for you did the decor for our wedding at sandford springs. The seats, backdrop and decor was on point and beautiful. They were on time and where they needed to be to make it work and happen. I would highly recommend.

We contacted our local Events For U at Pack Lane, Basingstoke to talk about decorations for our forthcoming Golden Wedding party. Although we could have looked on line we decided to go and see them f-f l easy to this was not too much trouble. We were given great guidance on what was available so we were able to make an informed decision on what we actually wanted. We had black and gold table balloons which looked lovely and we decided to have, across the back of the chairs, gold glitter bands. Against the black table cloths and chairs they looked stunning and well worth using them to enhance the room. We also had the large 50 sign which was all lit up and looked lovely. Thank you.

We used events for u for a starlit cloth for our wedding. They were very easy to communicate with and the cloth looked great. Would highly recommend.

We hired Suzanne to organise my little sisters wedding. From the outset Suzanne was absolutely charming, knowledgeable, amazingly organised and clearly passionate about what she does. She took on board all of our ideas and used her experience and expertise to bring these to fruition. She was so much fun and had so many ideas and suggestions that we hadn't even thought of. The day was absolutely beautiful we couldn't of asked for anything better. Everyone was so impressed with the attention to detail and all the little extra touches. Anybody who is trying to find the solution on how to plan a succesful wedding, look no further. Booking Suzanne to help plan and orgasnise our wedding was the best thing we did. I can honestly say our wedding would not have been the same without her help. My wife and I could relax fully knowing Suzanne had everything under control on the day which made everything easy. I hope you make the same decision we did as you wont regret it!

Where do I start? . . . . . We had a lovely marquee wedding at the end of August and, to allow us to fully enjoy the day, we went looking for a wedding co-ordinator to run the day itself (as we were doing all the organising ourselves leading up to it) - what we ended up with was the Mary Poppins of wedding co-ordinators (complete with bottomless bag ready for ANY situation that may occur). Suzanne was everything we could have hoped for and more. From our first meeting with her, she presented herself as professional, experienced, dedicated and a truly lovely person to boot. While we didn't hire her services leading up to the wedding, she still made sure that she kept in touch, giving us little snippets of assistance in terms of where we were with our plans, drawing up a very comprehensive list of information to help with the structure of the day and checking in with us. Her insight when she came on a site visit was invaluable, to the point that we changed our intentions for where our guests entered (and what we finished with was truly perfect as well as feeling very natural). I was also able to reach out to Suzanne for help with other services, as her list of contacts was vast and each one with a proven track record (otherwise she wouldn't have recommended them), and it was down to her help that we were able to find a staffing agency for the waiters we needed. Her contacts also came in very, very useful as, a week before the wedding, our evening food supplier had to drop out. Suzanne was actually able to find some alternatives for us at such very late notice. Suzanne also insisted on coming onsite the day prior to the wedding to make sure that she was completely familiar with the set-up and what needed to be done the next day eg: We could set the tables up but the cutlery, crockery & glassware was arriving the morning of the wedding. When we arrived at the wedding, we were greeted by Suzanne and a member of staff with a) umbrellas (thankfully only needed for all of 5 minutes) and a drink, which was a lovely touch and epitomised the high level of excellence that Suzanne works to. We walked down the lawn to the marquee and when we got inside, it was the most incredibly magical experience - Suzanne had made sure that everything was exactly as it should be; the tables looked fantastic, the cake stand was brimming and everyone was laughing and talking with a Pimms or lemonade! Throughout the whole day, everything ran so incredibly smoothly with Suzanne's firm hand on the tiller. At no point did the service any of the staff provided seem rushed, lacking, or in any way anything other than amazing and that was down to her supervision; she had everything prepped and planned from the teapots & cake plates to the toast glasses and brownies. With a plane to catch the next day for her own 20th anniversary, Suzanne went well beyond the call of duty and at least the last hour of her time was off the clock as she just wanted to make sure that everything was sorted before she left, leaving us with so much less tidying to do ourselves the next day - it was great to see someone so invested in making your day special. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Suzanne! From start to finish she handled every detail of our wedding with the utmost professionalism, care and passion. Her creativity, organization and attention to detail made our special day truly magical, the venue looked incredible, and the day ran so smoothly (despite the non-stop rain!) and the little extras she went above and beyond to do were so appreciated. Lorna set up the floral love letters, doughnut wall and sweet cart for our wedding reception and we also hired the post box. She was so lovely and friendly and everyone loved the sweets and doughnuts.

Would definitely recommend this company to anyone! Absolutely amazing service! Completely transformed our venue for our wedding at the weekend, and it looked fantastic! Lorna is amazing, has everything from table decorations to chair covers, to the sweet cart- which went down a treat! James, the fun photographer with all his props was just fantastic! So relaxed and polite, and was so much fun! Lorna went above and beyond by helping the venue set up and pack down, and moving our centrepieces from the house to the marquee in the evening! We knew from the moment we stepped into Rivervale that this was the place we wanted to get married. The venues and grounds were beautiful and we fell in love with the outdoor space, however on our wedding day the weather had other ideas and because of the rain we held the ceremony indoors. The indoor space was just as gorgeous and now we look back on the day we wouldn’t have had it any other way. The staff were brilliant from planning to the actual day. We would especially like to mention Victoria who we could have not asked for a better person to help us through our day. Our guests were very complimentary of her too as we know it can be quite difficult to organise our friends and families, but she handled it so brilliantly. We can’t speak highly enough of her! Rivervale Barn has also built up amazing partnerships with their suggested supplies, who some of which we used for our day and would recommend taking a look at yourself.

No words can express how thankful we are to Rivervale Barn for making our wedding day so special. We new Rivervale Barn was our venue from the initial tour we had with Victoria, she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions with no hesitation. We had viewed a few venues and both agreed Rivervale Barn stood out to us. The moment we drove down the lovely swooping driveway to see entrance, we instantly had that excitement you dream of. Seeing and hearing how the spaces flowed so well allowed us to imagine how our big day would work at this incredible venue. We asked to come back the following week with our family, as we were so keen to show them the venue we had our heart set on. The staff at Rivervale were so accomadating with tbis and our families felt welcome. This was the day we booked the venue and we all left with a warm and excited feeling. The next 12 months consisted of planning and wedding meetings every few months. Again any questions or queries we had were easily answered and they were more than happy to cater to a brides very particular dietary requirement. Our wedding day then arrived, as soon as we arrived at the venue Victoria and the whole team were on hand helping getting everything out of the cars and asked how we wanted everything set up. This Instantly took all the stress away from us and allowed us to get ready. The whole staffing team were also fantastic in ensuring my bride and I didn't see one another at all. The day was truly perfect, any issue that arose Victoria was straight onto and some never even came to our attention as they were sorted out before we could stress about them! All of our guests raved about how incredible the food was, and those with dietary requirements were so thankful to have such lovely meal as this is often an after thought. The guests all commented on how beautiful the venue was, and how they were blown away. We could not fault Rivervale Barn and the team in any way shape or form and we will be forever thankful for all the hard work they put in throughout the day. Matt & Rach catered our wedding in June. The food was excellent, attention to detail fantastic, collaboration with the other suppliers seamless, and all our interactions were so friendly and calming. They're adept catering events of any size (we had 150), and more than happy to go off menu and create anything you want which was very meaningful to us. It was really helpful getting their advice on other parts of our wedding not strictly catering related as well, which they were always happy to help out with. The Martha Hollis team catered for our son's wedding last Saturday. They were a big part of a very happy day. Every aspect of the service was beyond excellent - the food was absolutely delicious, the staff so efficient and charming, the organisation faultless. We cannot thank them enough and would recommend to everyone.

Martha Hollis catered for our wedding in September and I really couldn't recommend them highly enough. Ever since the first phone call they were so friendly, efficient, quick to reply and unbelievably flexible with all our asks - nothing fazed them! The tasting was great fun and they happily tweaked the menu which allowed us to have some personal elements to the dishes which meant a lot. The bar staff were incredible at serving the numerous different drinks we wanted to offer (frozen margaritas from a slushie machine were a hit!) and Rach made the most stunning (and delicious) wedding cake. They took all the stress out of any of the organisational aspects by liaising with all the other suppliers. On the day they set up the tables beautifully and took great care with all the small details we had requested. So many guests commented on how amazing the service was and how charming everyone was. We had 150 guests and canapes, 3 plated courses and big pan mac and cheese for later in the evening. All of it was utterly delicious and during the reception they ensured everyone always had a full glass and plenty of canapes! The quality of the food was outstanding and Matt and team made everything seem so easy and run like clockwork. They were an integral part of making our wedding day so wonderful and we couldn't thank you enough.

Honestly, absolutely, downright fabulous! Your food was a triumph and so many friends have asked since “who did the catering”. But even better than the food (and that’s really saying something) was your wonderful team of waiters and waitresses. They passed the food and drinks around perfectly and, best of all, were good fun and embraced our party vibe. We can’t thank you enough. Jennifer and her team were very easy to deal with. In the planning stages, she knew exactly what I envisioned and new quote requests were never any bother for her. When I finally decided on what I required she made the experience very easy. She arrived on time and seamlessly made the venue beautiful. Beyond Expectations provided decoration service for my wedding ceremony and reception dinner. I had a consultation with them where I explained my vision. This was captured to perfection on the day. Each detail from the centrepiece to table plan decor exceeded my expectations. Our guests gave us positive comments on how everything was set out. Overall Beyond Expectations provided a great service throughout the wedding planning stage and I would 100% recommend.

All I can say is that Zee and Emma have been amazing. I decided to have a 70th Birthday Bash-and then thought, a month before the party-Gazebos/tents….. tables and chairs!!! Well, those diamonds came to my rescue and they had two Indian tents, tables and chairs! Their team erected the tents and laid out the tables and chairs. On the day, we had torrential showers-but we were all dry and the day was simply amazing! I cannot praise their company enough-fantastic service and very fair price as well.

This is an amazing company run by 2 very clever and highly organised ladies Emma & Zee. Right from the start the girls understood our vision and made all of our dreams come true on the day.
