I couldn’t be happier with the care I always receive, especially the love, attention to detail, dedication from Andy whether it’s Prince, Sox, or Bolt. I can’t forget the wonderful nurse Rebekah, who is always so attentive, reassuring, and kind. She relays everything again clearly, putting my mind at ease with her warmth and compassion. Andy is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and truly caring. They all take their time to explain everything in detail, not forgetting Rebecca in reception so welcoming and polite, an amazing team. Thank you.

From my initial enquiry to ask about joining the practise to receiving my first visit to my donkeys I have found Celtic to be friendly and professional in their approach. I got the feeling that they really enjoyed what they were doing and were more than happy to spend time with their clients. Chloe's common sense approach to treatment was a breath of fresh air and I look forward to cementing my relationship with the practise. In these days of high costs it is good to know I am paying for a vets expertise without lining the pockets of share holders. Delighted I have made the move.

I have been using Celtic Equine Vets since they started the practice and I would 100% recommend them. I have had 2 visits in the last week, one of which was an emergency. Alan was amazing in treating our mare who had colic, it was a very upsetting couple of days but thanks to Alan she is now doing great. Chloe visited us this week for routine dental treatment and was very thorough and explained what she had found, she spent time talking through ways we could overcome the mares behaviour/trust issues which will really help.

Thanks to Caroline for sorting out my pony's abscess. She has been kind, skillful and patient. The staff have all been friendly and very helpful since we joined the practice. As a follow-up to my review my pony had developed quite a needle phobia after needing a lot of procedures over the winter. Chloe has been absolutely fantastic using positive behaviour techniques to desensitise her. With great patience and good humour she was able to do a dental check and take a blood sample with no drama at all. Cannot thank her enough.

Firstly I'd like to thank Caroline for everything she did for my boy Harbour. In all honesty, when I found him unable to move in the middle of the field I thought it was all over, but Caroline's cool head and quick action enabled us to get him in and in and safe. Turned out he'd impaled himself on something, which required a standing operation. Caroline's surgical skills to unearth the rather impressive fragment of wood buried deep in his leg were second to none. He's not the easiest of horses, being a young ex-racer thoroughbred, but I love him and we are eternally grateful and so glad you've joined Celtic. 🥰 I'd also like to complement the rest of the team - everyone I have dealt with is so proficient & professional but also so kind. I have no hesitation in recommending Celtic.

Every one made you feel welcome and are so loving and caring to our little Willow. I have never seen her be so happy going to a vets she could not wait to get in there and get spoilt like she did. They took amazing care of my little dog, had a specialist consult with Ana and she had him in surgery that afternoon, he was incredibly well looked after in the days following the surgery and they have been happy to answer any emails or questions I’ve had since, he’s recovering remarkably well, extremely talented vets and great customer service. For our little fury family it’s worth the cost to be seen by true specialists

Simply put, I don’t think our English Cocker Spaniel would be here without the skill of all the staff and especially Theofanis Liatus at Southern Counties. After operating on Charlie to repair a slipped disc in the neck, we have a very happy dog with a new lease of life. Playful and importantly pain free after a horrendous episode. Theo’s skill navigated tremendous risk associated with the actual procedure on an 11 year old dog, but it had got to the point we had to give it a go. Theo came through for us and his words “He’s breathing on his own” sum up the momentous achievement Theo delivered and the fight for life left in Charlie. Forever grateful to Theo and Southern Counties. Picture of Charlie as he should be, relaxed, and recovering well!

Unfortunately my poor spaniel has spent too much time at Southern Counties, thankfully they are such a caring, professional & specialist vet that each time Lola visits we know she is in such safe hands, we are constantly kept up to date with Lola's condition and welfare which helps ease the worry. Cannot recommend Southern County Vets enough!!
