We had our first visit, staff is very nice and friendly! Vet is amazing, everything went so smooth and quickly, he knows what he’s doing which is so important. We felt very comfortable there and our cat too:) Good parking and location. Definitely recommended🥰

Such a lovely friendly vets. My dog doesn't normally like the vet but he is fine here. All the vets are very kind to the animals. We've been in and out almost every other day over the last 2 weeks and they've always been lovely and have got to know my dog really well, which shows how much they care about the well being of the pets. Can't recommend them enough.👍😁

I have been using Hedge End Vets for about 10 years. During that time I have given “end of life care” to three elderly cats, one at a time - have just adopted a fourth. The vets have been really supportive with this, kind, patient and always discussing all the options available. Particularly empathic when the I have had to say “goodbye” to the cats. Excellent service.

Fantastic place. The staff are brilliant and so caring. I've taken my miniature dachshund there since day one, and she loves them. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have been going to Fernhill Vets for a few years now and we can say without a doubt it is the most caring vet practice we have visited with our dog Harrie(t) who sadly we had to say goodbye. The vet Roanne and staff have always been understanding, empathetic and reassuring. On Harrie’s sunset day she and us were look after with care and dignity in what must be the hardest decision for any pet owner and vet. We will miss Harrie dearly but we shall hold onto all those good times and unconditional love she gave us for her 14 years. Although it feels at the moment so awful - it was not the wrong decision and we thank Fernhill Vets for helping us come to the right decision for Harrie. After 14 years a whole new pattern to life. Early days, so loved and missed Harrie. Thank you.

Having not long moved to the area, today was my first visit to the practice and I must say it was the best veterinary clinic visit I've ever experienced, in all the years I've owned my dog. I felt listened to and my concerns addressed, with an appropriate course of action, with follow-up steps provided if necessary. Outstanding service! Where do I start with this amazing practise. On the first day of our holiday one of our dogs injured his foot, we phoned around the different vets and from first call with Fernhill, we felt instantly like we were in the best hands. They did everything in their power to help us and our dog to get better and were very very fair on price also. We can not thank them enough for their dedication and care. Would recommend to everyone 100%.

I called the practice at 9 am on Monday morning to register as a client and book my cat in for an appointment. We were in with the vet just over an hour later. All the staff were friendly and the vet Alison was excellent. Very happy cat and owner. I would recommend the practice.

The clinic itself is brand new, and everything inside is modern, clean, and well-organized, which made my visit even more pleasant. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Andrei and Mario on two separate occasions with my Boston Terriers, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Both Andrei and Mario were kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring that both my dogs and I felt comfortable. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients, and are very passionate about animal care. It’s rare to find a place where both service and atmosphere are so inviting. I can’t wait to return in the future and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-quality veterinary care in Southampton!

Hi this place is a heaven for animals, the staff are the most friendliest I’ve ever met considering it’s my first time going to vets, the front team are the most hospitable and welcoming, big thank you to Dan and Daisy, the team at chilworth including Andre, Mario and the others that aren’t named their work does not go unnoticed and if anyone has any pets in need of a vet rest assured chilworth Veterinary surgery is the number 1 place I’d recommend always. Our koko a Bombay kitten who broke her paw had no chances left of saving it, however chilworth veterinary surgery has done the impossible and saved kokos right paw and is now back to her playful, chaotic self. My little pug felt very poorly in the middle of the night. We were incredibly worried and called chilworth vets. Within 15/20 mins we met Mario where he checked over my dog right away and made her feel calm and safe. They kept her over night, when we picked her up she was calm and seemed herself again! Since she is now being medicated and the staff are straight on the phone with additional support anytime we call. Brilliant, friendly staff and the clinic is spotless and the kennels are in excellent condition! Best vets in southampton!

It was the first time we had taken our cat Flo to Warsash Vets. The vet was very informative, gentle and caring. We could see that she just wanted Flo to have the very best of care. The nurse on reception was so kind and completely proactive & friendly with all the animals who were coming in. Having attended many vets throughout the years with various pets, this practice is definitely amongst the very best! An easy 5 stars!

A drastic improvement on the experience I had with a “chain” vet previously. Everyone I have dealt with at Warsash and Whiteley village vets has been so friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Always polite friendly staff. The vet gave my dog a thorough examination, and then her booster vaccination. He assures me she's doing really well. She even gets a treat, which she loves. Very happy with the service I receive.

Pat and his very lovely team have been above helpful, friendly and professional in dealing with me, our dog and a couple of other issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Village Veterinary Centre to anyone looking for somewhere fab with pets.

I can't recommend Village Vets enough. We've been registered with them for years and have had nothing but the very best experiences. Both Pat and Tom have a wonderful way with both my cat and dog and I always feel they are in the very best hands. They always take the time to explain everything and give you all the options available. They were especially kind to me when my cat was attacked by a dog and really made an awful experience a lot easier to deal with. My cat has both chronic kidney disease and hyperthyroidism and Pat has been excellent throughout, providing us with guidance on treatment and helping keep my cat's stress to a minimum. Would highly recommend.

Patrick is kind, caring and compassionate to our dogs needs. Appointments don’t feel rushed and he is always available for any questions. Receptionists are always lovely and welcoming too

My Assistance Dog Luda gets very excited when she knows that we are going to the Vet. She jumps on the scale at each visit and adores all of the staff. My cats are very laid back about their visits too. I wish that my doctor's receptionist, doctor and nurses were as friendly and caring as the people at Harrier Vetinary Surgery

Ollie has been cared for brilliantly by Harrier for 13½ years. The team are kind, friendly and helpful. The vets, Richard and Phil have over 30+ years experience each, so I am confident that they can deal with anything that presents.

We have two young british shorthair cats who we adore. After some poor experiences at other local vets we decided to move them both and try Harrier Vets. Naturally we were nervous about taking them to a new vet. We took both cats at the same time for a vet check and were really pleased with the whole experience. Parking was easy and the receptionist was really helpful. The vet was fantastic (Unfortunately I can’t remember her name) and really approachable. At previous vets we have been made to feel like bad cat owners despite our very pampered cats, and previous vets have not seemed to have confidence around cats; this was not the case here. The vet was knowledgeable and really happy to answer any questions we had. She handled both cats (one who is exceptionally nervous) really well and made us feel very comfortable. We were given really helpful advice and their healthy cat plan was explained to us and seems good value for money. We can’t recommend them enough and are pleased to have finally found a vet that we feel comfortable with.

Without doubt the best vets in the area, by a long way. We have been coming here since 2020 when my cat needed an operation - with Claire’s excellent care she is now still in perfect health - another vet practice told me to have her put down! Moira and Kim on reception are both lovely, very kind and friendly both on coming in and leaving, and very helpful on the phone. Claire is by far the best vet we have ever visited, excellent thorough advice and explains things really clearly but also so warm and friendly. Always have fantastic service here and wouldn’t go anywhere else

Bought my dog in unregistered and unannounced under an emergency with a piece of bone stuck in her mouth. They quickly sedated her and sorted it out. The price was really reasonable considering it was an emergency and they had to put all other patients on hold. The vet and all reception staff was so caring and helpful in a Horrible situation they couldn’t have been better and I would hesitate to return or recommend.

Christopher Carter vets have served our various dogs for 37 years and have maintained an extensive level of care, professionalism, service and empathy in all that time. The canine care plan is a great asset too.

This veterinary surgery is the best I have ever been to. They genuinely care about the animals they treat and did everything they could to make my dear Gizmo better. They also were very supportive, thightful and empathetic to myself, along with treating him with utmost care and respect. This is how i wish all vets were.

We'd like to express our sincere gratitude and thanks to the staff of the clinic, for looking after our Ukrainian, white, long-haired cat Ticha. Special thanks goes to Dr. Amy Macklin and Dr. Amie Nugent. The incurable diagnosis of "kidney failure" came as a shock to us, as Ticha was a completely healthy cat whilst in Ukraine. Undoubtedly, the stress from the explosions and then - long time of unsettlement by the move to the UK, must have left an imprint on his health. Both Dr. Amy and then Dr. Amie, selected the right supportive therapy and constantly provided us with all the necessary consultations that supported Ticha's normal life. Inevitably, the disease took its toll, Ticha's condition deteriorated suddenly and he could not live to see his 14th birthday one month time. Despite our huge loss - we are very grateful to two professional doctors who gave us an extra year and 9 months of happiness with Ticha. Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts! Ticha's family 🇺🇦.
