Have always received excellant service from the vets and did so on this occasion. Handled dog well was very kind to her even warmed up the medication. Gave me good explanations of medication. Would strongly recommend

I've been with this vet practice for a few years now and since day 1 both the vet team and reception staff have been very warm, understanding, kind and attentive to my pets needs. The vets have always been lovely and happy to answer any questions and I even got a follow up call about my pet to see how he is doing the following day. Every vet I've seen here is passionate about animals and has treated my pets like they were their own.

Dr, Rado was very kind and helpful. He answered all our questions perfectly. He made sure that our cat was fine and our cat seemed to be happy with him too. Thanks

My Assistance Dog Luda gets very excited when she knows that we are going to the Vet. She jumps on the scale at each visit and adores all of the staff. My cats are very laid back about their visits too. I wish that my doctor's receptionist, doctor and nurses were as friendly and caring as the people at Harrier Vetinary Surgery

Ollie has been cared for brilliantly by Harrier for 13½ years. The team are kind, friendly and helpful. The vets, Richard and Phil have over 30+ years experience each, so I am confident that they can deal with anything that presents.

We have used Christopher Carter vets for many years with 4 different cats. Always found them to be helpful and kind, our two boys pumpkin and pickle are safe in their hands and we are glad we have them as our vets, without any hesitation I would recommend this practice and so pleased they continue to operate as Chris and sue would want.

Both Ruth and Alice are amazing vets - so gentle, kind and thorough with everything they do. Great at answering any questions, follow ups and genuinley care about the animals they see. Always taken care of well by the receptionists and the nurses behind the scenes too, wouldn't take my pets anywhere else

I phoned at 18:00 as I had come off work and my usual vets close at this time. My dog was accepted as long as I arrived in the time slot provided as they close at 19:00. The staff member who answered my call was good with my nervousness and dealt well with my queries. My dog was seen in five minutes of me arriving at the vets. Dr. Cave is very nice and cared about my dogs comfort during the appointment. He was very happy to explain what he thought was going on and how to administer the medication prescribed and what exactly the medication does. He also explained what I could do depending on how my dog’s wound heals. He was very kind and patient and made sure to talk to me and my partner during the appointment so we were both included in my pets care.

What a great team. Always friendly and very knowledgable. Always go above and beyond with my dogs and cat. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Me and my partner booked in our cat with Becky the receptionist at chandlers ford. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. She booked us in to brook house where rebecca the nurse was brilliant, so helpful and really wonderful with our cat sapphire. Would really recommend the excellent service. 10/10

We have an almost 2 year old American Bulldog Gus, who has just had TPLO surgery, I cannot praise Anderson Moores enough for their service, from the initial consultation with Maria who spent nearly an hour explaining what she surgery entailed, how she would do it and the recovery process we were instantly put at ease, she was clear, concise and above all kind, the professionalism, empathy and kindness shown to us and Gus throughout has been amazing. Juan Carlos too has been amazing, nothing is too much trouble. We are in the recovery process now, and is a long road ahead but feel we are In the best hands, at no time have we been made to feel a nuisance with the endless worries and questions we've posed, top notch service, top notch vets, admin team and nurses. A great practice 👌

My pet was recently referred to Anderson Moores and had emergency and will have on-going treatment there. It’s really hard to entrust him to people I’ve only met once (even if they are fully qualified vets and the best possible people to help him)! But the care and treatment he received was speedy and so caring. All staff have been fantastic with me too. Great care taken to explain things to me. Importantly to me, the liaison with my local veterinary practice has been brilliant so I can be sure my pet continues to get the best possible care from both practices and everyone has current notes. The atmosphere at Anderson Moores is very calm, a massive help at a time of distress.

Exceptional care for my dog Eddie by truly knowledgable specialists. Eddie was referred in the middle of the night and after a two hour journey to Winchester I was welcomed by Eliana, Jorge and the clinical team who immediately jumped into action. Their care for my dog and concern for my piece of mind has been unmatched from specialists to front desk to nurses. I highly recommend Anderson Moores, in case of urgent care. Also it is located at a beautiful, clean and well looked after premise in the countryside. Thank you so much team for fixing my darling boy!

Our Westie, Pixie, underwent TPLO (on both legs) surgery in March. It was traumatic for her and us, but with Anderson Moores' skills and care, we could not thank the Team enough, especially that of her Consultant, Kate Holroyd. We visited this vet clinic just under a month ago with my 8-month-old kitten. On our first visit, the vet we saw was nice, but I didn’t feel she checked my kitten thoroughly. Despite explaining all of his symptoms, she only gave him an anti-sickness injection and sent him home. The next night, we returned and were seen by a different vet—a lovely lady from Romania, I believe. She was incredibly helpful, did a proper examination, and took my concerns seriously. Thanks to her thorough care, they kept my kitten overnight and did all the necessary treatments. Because of her, our baby kitten is still here with us today! I just want to say a huge thank you to her for all her help and advice. I truly appreciate the care she provided. Would definitely recommend this clinic, especially if you get a vet as kind and thorough as she was!

Had to make an emergency visit with my dachshund in the early hours of the morning. Received excellent service, offered an immediate appointment and treatment which has resolved his illness. Would not hesitate to use them again in an emergency. Was also given options and support to make a claim through his insurance. Thank you for saving my baby boy and making him happy and healthy again.

Was referred for an emergency appointment for my little chihuahua that had a piece of wood embedded in his eye ball and unfortunately had to have surgery. Anna, the ophthalmologist was reassuring and really nice and done a great job with him. Everyone from the nurses to the receptionists were friendly and helpful. They helped with with the insurance side of it as well, which I am grateful for. Would definitely recommend them.

Wanted to mention and thank Seadown Vet Shafak for being so thorough in looking after our beloved cat Munchie. After several weeks of issues with a non- healing wound to his tail Shafak managed to find the cause..a broken tooth that had caused a mouth abcess. It would appear this caused Munchie to start attacking his tail to distract from his painful mouth. It is thanks to Shafak Munchie is finally on the mend.
