Took our German Shepard there. Very good very calm with him. Put a muzzle on him like it was nothing and he had absolutely no issues with it. Can’t praise Emily the vet high enough. Really good service

Highly recomend for reactive dogs and kinda and caring team. We moved from our local vet to Oak Barn Vets a few months ago. Our german shepherd is very nervous and reactive (extremely to dogs) and has to be muzzled. Our previous vets couldn't care less about his needs, so we had to find somewhere else. After some research, my partner found this vets which is a half an hour drive away, on the other side of Guildford. It was the best decision we could have made for him. The team here truly cares about your pets. From the receptionists when we first arrived, to the doctors who helped us and our dog. They are so caring and sympathetic to our situation and circumstances and actively listened to us and wanted to help. We didn't know how our dog would react to the staff as he is also weary of people but he seemed to love them. A massive selling point for us is the side entrance into one of the practice rooms which we could request to avoid bumping into other dogs which was our biggest concern. Sadly we had to put our boy to sleep which was a really tough and heartbreaking decision. The vet team supported us and gave us all the time we needed on the day (I may have over stayed our appointment slightly) but they were very supportive and kind to us and made sure our boy was looked after through this process. We picked his ashes up a few days ago and the receptionist was so kind. He was in a beautiful box with a sympathy card signed by the pet crematorium which I didn't expect but was comforted to recieve. I cannot fault this place. The facilities are perfect and the team are full of wonderful people. If we decided to eventually get another dog we would without hesitation go back.

I’ve been bringing my dog to Oakbarn Vets for the past 3 years, and the care has always been exceptional. Dr. Emily and the entire nursing team have been consistently responsive and attentive, providing excellent care and support. They’ve been particularly amazing during emergencies, offering immediate appointments and making sure my dog received the best attention. Highly recommend Oakbarn Vets for their dedication and professionalism!

I had to visit Oak Barn vets after an incident with a dog I was looking after. They are excellent, helpful, caring and very reassuring. The environment is welcoming and not clinical. I highly recommend.

An unplanned emergency trip due to Lily choking on a bit of biscuit. The receptionists immediately went to get help and took Lily directly out the back.After what seemed an age Millie called us in and said that Lily was ok after a spell in an Oxygen tent. I can't fault the team at Alresford,they are always friendly and helpful regardless of the reason.Its clear they care deeply about all their patients. Thank you from Lily and Daisy

Cedar vets never fail to be absolutely responsive. My dog became worrying ill and within 1 hour of calling she was she, examined, diagnosed and provided medication ….. 24 hrs later thankfully she is on the mend. Thank you Izzy - amazing service!.

My border terrier Monty slipped and injured his back and was having problems walking in his back legs. From the start everyone was fabulous, and his vet Louise was amazing, very reassuring, and professional. Monty is receiving the best care and doing really well!

Absolutely could not fault Waterlooville staff and the way they looked after my Westie Holly. She had a lump removed and they were very professional and caring towards Holly giving me aftercare advice . Holly was very happy and had been really looked after thank you !

Amazing as usual! Diesel had some dental Work and we had several calls to confirm each process and just to give us an update diesel was ok, which was much appreciated! Spared time to go through the cost and invoice which was very much appreciated. Been registered with them for over 9 years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Thank you for looking after diesel and taking good care of him as usual.

Really friendly staff and couldn’t do enough to help. Anna has been particularly wonderful when treating my cat. She has taken the time to listen and work out the best plan to treat my cat that works for everyone. She has been brilliant. I would highly recommend.

I can't recommend Village Vets enough. We've been registered with them for years and have had nothing but the very best experiences. Both Pat and Tom have a wonderful way with both my cat and dog and I always feel they are in the very best hands. They always take the time to explain everything and give you all the options available. They were especially kind to me when my cat was attacked by a dog and really made an awful experience a lot easier to deal with. My cat has both chronic kidney disease and hyperthyroidism and Pat has been excellent throughout, providing us with guidance on treatment and helping keep my cat's stress to a minimum. Would highly recommend.

Patrick is kind, caring and compassionate to our dogs needs. Appointments don’t feel rushed and he is always available for any questions. Receptionists are always lovely and welcoming too

Always polite friendly staff. The vet gave my dog a thorough examination, and then her booster vaccination. He assures me she's doing really well. She even gets a treat, which she loves. Very happy with the service I receive.

We have recently moved to Valley park and fortunate enough to have our dog registered with this fabulous vet practise. Pat and his very lovely team have been above helpful, friendly and professional in dealing with me, our dog and a couple of other issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Village Veterinary Centre to anyone looking for somewhere fab with pets.

We adopted a Chihuahua a year ago. She is new to our family and can be nervous and she is certainly really scared of vets and having her nails clipped. In the past we had awful experiences where she became so distressed and loud at the vet. This experience at Bluebell was completely different. We have been twice now and Wojciech quickly builds trust and put our dog at ease as well as providing detailed knowledge in even a short session. Would recommend to everyone.

I had been with my previous independent vet for over 20 years but having recently moved house it was necessary to find a practice that was closer. I do not find the big chains very personal so I was delighted to find Blubell who are also independent. The vet was thorough and knowledgeable and I was pleased to also be able to discuss the current health protocols of my particular dog breed. I am sure my dogs will be in safe hands with Bluebell.

We’re so incredibly pleased to have come across this Vet clinic. We had an upsetting emergency with our poorly Lab and have been asked to come in immediately, we were registered by a lovely receptionist Crystal who was very compassionate and friendly. She came out of her way to make our dog feel comfortable. Wojciech, the Vet Surgeon, has been very supportive and informative, he’s explained everything carefully to us and made sure to take a good assessment of our dog. He’s made an excellent diagnosis and treatment plan, and our dog has recovered, to our huge surprise. This was only possible thanks to Wojciech’s thorough assessment and excellent care. The team at bluebell are great. The vet is super knowledgeable, skilled and patient with both my anxious dog and with all my questions. One of the best vets I have encountered. He diagnosed cancer in my dog's toe. The surgery the vet performed was successful and she is back to enjoying her walks cancer free.

We have taken our 3 beautiful cockapoos here since they were puppies and they have been fantastic with them. Would highly recommend them to every pet owner.

I called the practice at 9 am on Monday morning to register as a client and book my cat in for an appointment. We were in with the vet just over an hour later. All the staff were friendly and the vet Alison was excellent. Very happy cat and owner. I would recommend the practice.

Every one made you feel welcome and are so loving and caring to our little Willow. I have never seen her be so happy going to a vets she could not wait to get in there and get spoilt like she did. Unfortunately my poor spaniel has spent too much time at Southern Counties, thankfully they are such a caring, professional & specialist vet that each time Lola visits we know she is in such safe hands, we are constantly kept up to date with Lola's condition and welfare which helps ease the worry. Cannot recommend Southern County Vets enough!!

On referral to here we were greated and dealt with ASAP. Our cat had eye injury with something in his eye. The staff were amazing, considerate and gave us time alone to discuss with each other the way forwards with his eye. James operated on Jaz and saved his eye,extremely clever person and had explained the operation so well to us, plus the after care. He has now been seen for after checking and is leading the life of a cat again much to his joy and ours. Thank you all at Southern Counties Veterinary.

They took amazing care of my little dog, had a specialist consult with Ana and she had him in surgery that afternoon, he was incredibly well looked after in the days following the surgery and they have been happy to answer any emails or questions I’ve had since, he’s recovering remarkably well, extremely talented vets and great customer service. For our little fury family it’s worth the cost to be seen by true specialists

Nearly 3 years ago I had a very much loved ten year old call duck with a serious eye problem. It transpired he needed the whole eye ennucleated (removed) but being an elderly and small boy who never liked packing on the pounds I was incredibly fearful of finding a vet with both experience of the operation he needed and on working on birds. Not only working on birds, but appreciating he was as loved and treasured as a "conventional" pet bird. I had tried to find an experienced vet, "settled", but then had a horrible nightmare the night before his operation was originally scheduled and panicked again trying to find somewhere I felt he was in good hands. I cannot remember the name of the vet who performed the operation, but I understand she had recently done the procedure on one of her own chickens, so I took him to her. He pulled through and came home drugged up, going back for a check-up a week later where it transpired he was doing well. It cost around £550 in 2020. It bought my boy 2 more years with me and I'd do it again. He was treated kindly and with respect. His tear duct continued to weep the remainder of his life but as it caused no issue we just kept him clean and enjoyed him. Thank you so much for my extra time with Edwin, he was my heart-animal and I still miss him. I am eternally grateful to the vet who performed his surgery and everyone else who cared for him. Thank you.

I couldn't fault the care given by both the out of hours surgery at Emsworth and the after care and regular care at our local Denmead surgery. Phil, the resident vet at Denmead, luckily was on duty when I brought Lola in with a very bad cut. After surgery, Lola is continuing with after care and is progressing step by step with the aid of Phil and the team at the Denmead surgery.

I have always received excellent service at Downland (and previously Lemon Grove) veterinary practice. The staff are always pleasant and professional. David, the vet, always treats our dog with care and explains all options available to us in great detail. I am grateful to attend such a supportive team with our much-loved pet!

You are always made to feel welcome . David was very good checking our two Cock Spaniels for their yearly check and vaccinations. He was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful as well.

Used St Peter’s for many years. They have put my last 4 cats to sleep and were very compassionate. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic care and staff are friendly and helpful. We have been with this Vet's for a long time with our Cat's Rosie and Milo and sadly Milo was very poorly and had to be put to sleep 2yrs ago but staff were so caring at that difficult time.
