We adopted a Chihuahua a year ago. She is new to our family and can be nervous and she is certainly really scared of vets and having her nails clipped. In the past we had awful experiences where she became so distressed and loud at the vet. This experience at Bluebell was completely different. We have been twice now and Wojciech quickly builds trust and put our dog at ease as well as providing detailed knowledge in even a short session. Would recommend to everyone.

The team at bluebell are great. The vet is super knowledgeable, skilled and patient with both my anxious dog and with all my questions. One of the best vets I have encountered. He diagnosed cancer in my dog's toe. The surgery the vet performed was successful and she is back to enjoying her walks cancer free.

Wonderfully caring and compassionate team. Izzy has been twice now, once for an initial consultation with Vojciech and once for surgery with Natalie. I was was a little apprehensive as previous visits to another local vet haven’t been too positive, but I need not have worried. They were so kind and gentle with Izzy. They explained everything fully in great detail and I felt very reassured leaving her in their hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team at Bluebell.

I had been with my previous independent vet for over 20 years but having recently moved house it was necessary to find a practice that was closer. I do not find the big chains very personal so I was delighted to find Blubell who are also independent. The vet was thorough and knowledgeable and I was pleased to also be able to discuss the current health protocols of my particular dog breed. I am sure my dogs will be in safe hands with Bluebell.

Always polite friendly staff. The vet gave my dog a thorough examination, and then her booster vaccination. He assures me she's doing really well. She even gets a treat, which she loves. Very happy with the service I receive.

I can't recommend Village Vets enough. We've been registered with them for years and have had nothing but the very best experiences. Both Pat and Tom have a wonderful way with both my cat and dog and I always feel they are in the very best hands. They always take the time to explain everything and give you all the options available. They were especially kind to me when my cat was attacked by a dog and really made an awful experience a lot easier to deal with. My cat has both chronic kidney disease and hyperthyroidism and Pat has been excellent throughout, providing us with guidance on treatment and helping keep my cat's stress to a minimum. Would highly recommend.

Patrick is kind, caring and compassionate to our dogs needs. Appointments don’t feel rushed and he is always available for any questions. Receptionists are always lovely and welcoming too

I have always received excellent service at Downland (and previously Lemon Grove) veterinary practice. The staff are always pleasant and professional. David, the vet, always treats our dog with care and explains all options available to us in great detail. I am grateful to attend such a supportive team with our much-loved pet!

You are always made to feel welcome . David was very good checking our two Cock Spaniels for their yearly check and vaccinations. He was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful as well.

Fantastic care and staff are friendly and helpful. We have been with this Vet's for a long time with our Cat's Rosie and Milo and sadly Milo was very poorly and had to be put to sleep 2yrs ago but staff were so caring at that difficult time.

Vet gave my cat a thorough check over, I didn’t feel rushed and she answered my questions. Also gave me the details to update his microchip. Went in on time so no waiting around. Used St Peter’s for many years. They have put my last 4 cats to sleep and were very compassionate. Would highly recommend.

St Peters Vets are professional, very helpful and kind to my pet. Have used this vets for several years for my current pet and a previous one. They have never let me down and when too busy to fit us in at the local branch they have another in Petersfield that is also very good. I would highly recommend this veterinary surgery.

We cannot fault Hook Veterinary Surgery, all the staff are so helpful and friendly. We have pet plan and pet plan+ for our fur babies. Pet plan+ really does give you extra peace of mind knowing that you can go for a consultation and not have to pay anything for that. You also get a good discount on treatments and products with pet plan. We have had our first dog spayed and also teeth cleaned there, they give such amazing care. Our new rescue dog is booked in for teeth cleaning next week and then a spay in March, we know she will be really cared for. Highly recommended.

Absolutely could not fault Waterlooville staff and the way they looked after my Westie Holly. She had a lump removed and they were very professional and caring towards Holly giving me aftercare advice . Holly was very happy and had been really looked after thank you !

Amazing as usual! Diesel had some dental Work and we had several calls to confirm each process and just to give us an update diesel was ok, which was much appreciated! Spared time to go through the cost and invoice which was very much appreciated. Been registered with them for over 9 years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Lovely, friendly staff, my dog is a bit anxious so getting her injections and drops done can sometimes be quite a bit of a trial, however Anna was very patient and managed to get it done without too much hassle. Only thing we missed having done was a check on her teeth and claws just to make sure everything's ok as by the end of the appointment she was clinging onto me for dear life to escape!!

An unplanned emergency trip due to Lily choking on a bit of biscuit. The receptionists immediately went to get help and took Lily directly out the back.After what seemed an age Millie called us in and said that Lily was ok after a spell in an Oxygen tent. I can't fault the team at Alresford,they are always friendly and helpful regardless of the reason.Its clear they care deeply about all their patients. Thank you from Lily and Daisy

Cedar vets never fail to be absolutely responsive. My dog became worrying ill and within 1 hour of calling she was she, examined, diagnosed and provided medication ….. 24 hrs later thankfully she is on the mend. Thank you Izzy - amazing service!.

Cedar took great care of our 10yr old JRT today as he underwent a (big) lumpectomy, we have always used cedar for both our JRT's & recieved nothing but the best. Here he is in the car on way home, strapped in looking like nothing happened! Thanks Cedar! Especially Millie Hopkins!

I called the practice at 9 am on Monday morning to register as a client and book my cat in for an appointment. We were in with the vet just over an hour later. All the staff were friendly and the vet Alison was excellent. Very happy cat and owner. I would recommend the practice.

We have taken our 3 beautiful cockapoos here since they were puppies and they have been fantastic with them. Would highly recommend them to every pet owner.

Highly recomend for reactive dogs and kinda and caring team. We moved from our local vet to Oak Barn Vets a few months ago. Our german shepherd is very nervous and reactive (extremely to dogs) and has to be muzzled. Our previous vets couldn't care less about his needs, so we had to find somewhere else. After some research, my partner found this vets which is a half an hour drive away, on the other side of Guildford. It was the best decision we could have made for him. The team here truly cares about your pets. From the receptionists when we first arrived, to the doctors who helped us and our dog. They are so caring and sympathetic to our situation and circumstances and actively listened to us and wanted to help. We didn't know how our dog would react to the staff as he is also weary of people but he seemed to love them. A massive selling point for us is the side entrance into one of the practice rooms which we could request to avoid bumping into other dogs which was our biggest concern. Sadly we had to put our boy to sleep which was a really tough and heartbreaking decision. The vet team supported us and gave us all the time we needed on the day (I may have over stayed our appointment slightly) but they were very supportive and kind to us and made sure our boy was looked after through this process. We picked his ashes up a few days ago and the receptionist was so kind. He was in a beautiful box with a sympathy card signed by the pet crematorium which I didn't expect but was comforted to recieve. I cannot fault this place. The facilities are perfect and the team are full of wonderful people. If we decided to eventually get another dog we would without hesitation go back.

Oak barn has been our Vets for the past few years and I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you can fully trust them. We had a scare with one of our Pugs a few weeks ago and every member of the team who helped was incredible, they dealt with everything with urgency and provided the absolute best care. You don’t feel like you are walking into a scary clinical atmosphere, it’s a lovely building with access to grass and lots of parking, and our pugs love going there. I’ll always continue to recommend them 🤍🐾🤍 the picture is with their favourite vet right after they had some chicken and can’t contain their excitement 🥰

I’ve been bringing my dog to Oakbarn Vets for the past 3 years, and the care has always been exceptional. Dr. Emily and the entire nursing team have been consistently responsive and attentive, providing excellent care and support. They’ve been particularly amazing during emergencies, offering immediate appointments and making sure my dog received the best attention. Simply put, I don’t think our English Cocker Spaniel would be here without the skill of all the staff and especially Theofanis Liatus at Southern Counties. After operating on Charlie to repair a slipped disc in the neck, we have a very happy dog with a new lease of life. Playful and importantly pain free after a horrendous episode. Theo’s skill navigated tremendous risk associated with the actual procedure on an 11 year old dog, but it had got to the point we had to give it a go. Theo came through for us and his words “He’s breathing on his own” sum up the momentous achievement Theo delivered and the fight for life left in Charlie. Forever grateful to Theo and Southern Counties. Picture of Charlie as he should be, relaxed, and recovering well!

On referral to here we were greated and dealt with ASAP. Our cat had eye injury with something in his eye. The staff were amazing, considerate and gave us time alone to discuss with each other the way forwards with his eye. James operated on Jaz and saved his eye,extremely clever person and had explained the operation so well to us, plus the after care. He has now been seen for after checking and is leading the life of a cat again much to his joy and ours. Thank you all at Southern Counties Veterinary.

Unfortunately my poor spaniel has spent too much time at Southern Counties, thankfully they are such a caring, professional & specialist vet that each time Lola visits we know she is in such safe hands, we are constantly kept up to date with Lola's condition and welfare which helps ease the worry. Cannot recommend Southern County Vets enough!!

They took amazing care of my little dog, had a specialist consult with Ana and she had him in surgery that afternoon, he was incredibly well looked after in the days following the surgery and they have been happy to answer any emails or questions I’ve had since, he’s recovering remarkably well, extremely talented vets and great customer service. For our little fury family it’s worth the cost to be seen by true specialists
