We have been with Emily and Jamie for 11 years, from the first day to the last day for one dog and the other dog is still with them. The Hampshire Vet team is amazing, friendly and helpful and we would never go anywhere else. Our long standing interaction with Ruth and more recently with Rachel and Lucy has also been valued, we couldn’t ask for more.
We cannot fault the service since transferring our 3 girls over earlier this year. The team are attentive, friendly and always make you feel welcome. Our cat had a fall in November and badly hurt her knee and the team were amazing in getting her seen late in the evening, getting a recuperation plan in place and providing all the medical assistance she needed. After 6 weeks she is back on her paws and is very happy again.
Such a brilliant vets. I’ve moved here from another reputable vets in Basingstoke, and the service is like night and day! Absolutely everyone makes such a fuss, my new puppy loves going to the vets. They care, ask and give brilliant advice. Love them, highly recommend. I’m also on their monthly package which is great value for money!
