I cannot get over how wonderful these guys treat my furbabies. We have called with questions regarding them at all hours and it's never too much trouble to answer and advice us. Our pets love them they feel comfortable here unlike previous vets where they have been so scared they soiled themselves. Here they explore and get affection from staff. I highly recommend this vets

Our pets are incredibly important to our family. So you can imagine how worried we were when one of our cats had a recoccurance of a bladder problem. The vet explained our options clearly and with care. Surgery was required. It is clear to us that animal care isn't just a job for the staff at this branch of Medivet. They really do care about the best outcome for your pet. The team communicate clearly and don't make you feel silly for asking a billion questions. Reasonably priced services and plentiful parking available close by. I recommend this vet and the team.

My cat Milo absolutely loves this practice. All members of staff make him feel comfortable and relaxed. Very nice experience at all times - highly recommended! Good location and parking facilities.

Had the best experience after my very old dog became poorly. I was seen quickly and all staff were extremely polite. Everything was well explained and I was given time to think about decisions. Unfortunately she did not get better despite excellent care and attention from the vet Julia. The staff fit me into the last visit of the day to give me some time and she was put to sleep with lots of care and attention. I cannot thank the staff enough for being so kind.

Brunswick Place have done so much for our puppy, at a time when we had little options in Basingstoke. Though they were the only practice to accept our registration they have been exceptional in the care of our dog. From illness, jabs and minor surgery they have been courteous, professional, skilled and most of all patient. Our dog is not fond of visiting the vet and is not shy to show it, but they’ve handled her well and I’m so grateful for all the work they’ve done from receptionist, to nurses and vets themselves. I would recommend them to anyone.

Such a wonderful, helpful vets! Reception have all been so kind and helpful every interaction I've had with them. All vets I've seen have been so sweet and kind with my very VERY timid cat, Luna. Helped with calming meds to make getting her into her appointments a bit easier. Always so keen to go the extra mile to make us owners and pets feel welcome and comfortable. Really a wonderful place. After a disgraceful misdiagnosis (we didn’t know this at the time- but knew it wasn’t right) from another veterinary practice on the other side of Basingstoke, we took Floss to St Kitts in Brighton Hill for a second opinion. One of the best decisions we’ve made. Floss had a seriously fractured femur (previously diagnosed as a sprain!!!), diagnosed by Anna one of many wonderful vets at St Kitts. We were given a few options for surgery, one was Kristina (we call her Auntie Kristina now). Where do we start… Kristina saved Floss’ leg, fixed it, but that’s just the start. The after care we received from everyone at St Kitts was second to none, and still is. Kristina wanted to see Floss in her own time to make sure she was healing well, the beaming smile on Kristina’s face when we brought her in said it all. She truly cared! I could go on, but we, and more importantly Floss, were unbelievably lucky to meet Kristina, and to have had the support of all at St Kitts. Floss is now back to being a little rascal, if it wasn’t for Kristina, she would’ve lost her leg! Thank you doesn’t quite do it… But thank you

Anna and Edda gave the best care to my gorgeous little hamster Buttercup. They were so gentle with her and treated her like any other pet. Towards the end of her life they gave me same day appointments when they knew she was suffering. I was and still am heartbroken that I've lost her but St kitts Basingstoke were so compassionate and understanding. They offered a really nice private cremation service , paw prints and sent a sympathy card out the blue which really makes you feel your pet was valued. Anna even found the time in her busy schedule to call me when I was really struggling with the loss. The receptionists are always so friendly and willing to help. Customer service here is above and beyond with such amazing compassionate staff.

I have 3 sweet fur babies, Toast, Guinness and Beanie, they love this vet and so do I. We’ve had such good levels of care here. If I’ve called up with an emergency they’ve fitted me in that same day! Everyone who works here is very kind and caring. Highly recommend this vet

Both my pups love all the staff and all the staff love my pups zeus and leigon are treated like royalty at the vets and they look forward to going every time plus when they made a mess there was no fuss. They gave us the equipment to clean and we offered to clean even though they wanted to clean it themselves we wouldn't allow it as it was our pups mess I can't give a high enough rating for them all the staff are amazing expecially Rachel on front desk

Great vet experience, booking is a long time in advance but not too much of a problem. Vets take your pet on time and deal with it very professionally. I have been using the Barn for many years and I never had a bad experience ( or my dog, who is known to be difficult )

The Barn Animal Hospital is a great Vet's they are always on hand to help you with any problems you have and the staff esp the Vets are soo lovely and very good with the patience and the owners. Offering help and advice and show great Empathy when hard decisions have to be made about our loved ones. I have been using there services fir many years now. Thank you for all you have done

Being neurodivergent, I always feel seen and heard here. My girl is always attended to in a loving manner and everyone is friendly and welcoming throughout. It is now one of my safe places and I am really grateful to them for saving my girl’s life and fabulous aftercare. Always clean and a great calming music and video playing to chill animals and humans out before visits.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Took my girl in for a day yesterday and they were all reassuring and the information provided when we collected her was super helpful. Her cut was small and neat. Have used this branch for 15 yrs and would never go anywhere else. The only downside is a month after my dogs spay, I got a message saying I owed them money for additional tablets they issued at the operation day, I have paid it, but it was their error as they forgot to add it to the invoice! So be aware of your bill so as not to fall fowl of their errors.

Amazing service again from all at the vets. Took my bunny in without an appointment as she had falling ill very quickly yesterday. Everyone was so helpful and caring. Really show genuine care for pets. Thank you all so much. Bunny doing much better today. .

I have very recently attended this vets at opposite ends of dog lives, when my chihuahua needed to be pts and vet checks and injections for a litter of sausage dog puppies and the treatment I received was second to none. The respect and time needed to say my goodbyes to my much loved old girl was second to none and I received a lovely card and forget me not seeds which have been scattered around her grave. Also 5 puppies that were noisy had the utmost attention and not a single sound from them during the actual injection! Thank you

My cat Ruby has been poorly recently and GP vets have been amazing. Always able to slot her in when she’s needed to be seen. Everyone’s so lovely there and nothing is too much trouble. Ruby is on the mend now thanks to GP vets

The vets at GP are professional and friendly. My cat had a very bad leg, and I was grateful that she was able to see her usual vet quickly. He examined her, took an x-ray, and understood and treated the problem the same day. She's much better now thanks to GP. Her insurance claim was sorted efficiently too.
