What a wonderful and welcoming vets. Once we moved from pets at home vets we realised what we had been missing. A special thanks to Izzy for her time and patience trying to help our gorgeous dog Monty. Unfortunately we had to make the decision to let him go to rainbow 🌈 bridge. Completely broke our hearts, the support and care we received was the best, so I would highly recommend izzy and this practice. It's not all about money with them, they truly care. Thank you for the card we received, very touching. ❤️

I have 3 sweet fur babies, Toast, Guinness and Beanie, they love this vet and so do I. We’ve had such good levels of care here. If I’ve called up with an emergency they’ve fitted me in that same day! Everyone who works here is very kind and caring. Highly recommend this vet

After a disgraceful misdiagnosis (we didn’t know this at the time- but knew it wasn’t right) from another veterinary practice on the other side of Basingstoke, we took Floss to St Kitts in Brighton Hill for a second opinion.
One of the best decisions we’ve made.
Floss had a seriously fractured femur (previously diagnosed as a sprain!!!), diagnosed by Anna one of many wonderful vets at St Kitts.
We were given a few options for surgery, one was Kristina (we call her Auntie Kristina now).
Where do we start…
Kristina saved Floss’ leg, fixed it, but that’s just the start.
The after care we received from everyone at St Kitts was second to none, and still is.
Kristina wanted to see Floss in her own time to make sure she was healing well, the beaming smile on Kristina’s face when we brought her in said it all. She truly cared!
I could go on, but we, and more importantly Floss, were unbelievably lucky to meet Kristina, and to have had the support of all at St Kitts.
Floss is now back to being a little rascal, if it wasn’t for Kristina, she would’ve lost her leg!

Anna and Edda gave the best care to my gorgeous little hamster Buttercup. They were so gentle with her and treated her like any other pet. Towards the end of her life they gave me same day appointments when they knew she was suffering.
I was and still am heartbroken that I've lost her but St kitts Basingstoke were so compassionate and understanding. They offered a really nice private cremation service , paw prints and sent a sympathy card out the blue which really makes you feel your pet was valued.
Anna even found the time in her busy schedule to call me when I was really struggling with the loss.
The receptionists are always so friendly and willing to help.
Customer service here is above and beyond with such amazing compassionate staff.

Such a wonderful, helpful vets! Reception have all been so kind and helpful every interaction I've had with them. All vets I've seen have been so sweet and kind with my very VERY timid cat, Luna. Helped with calming meds to make getting her into her appointments a bit easier. Always so keen to go the extra mile to make us owners and pets feel welcome and comfortable. Really a wonderful place. Highly recommend!
