Excellent service. We had a reoccurring problem with rats in the attic - Latham Pest Control were the only company to finally resolve the problem. They worked out how the rats were getting in, successfully got rid of them and advised on preventing their return. I am pleased to say that 18 months later - still no more rats!! Extremely efficient and good value service. The guy came out the day after I contacted him, laid some bait and showed me where the rats were entering the house. Two follow-up visits were included in the initial price, and I'm happy to say that the rat problem has gone. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend Jonathan for any pest control support you need. My parents used him a few years ago at their house and he helped them tackle their issue very quickly as well as easing everyone’s anxieties around the problem. We have now used him in our house and he has been extremely helpful at helping us be rodent free. He’s extremely knowledgeable, has time and loads of Patience! Discussed options, recommended and installed a physical barrier to prevent ongoing rat burrowing underneath a concrete plinth by our garage. Jonathan was easy to work with, completed the work as expected, on time and to the estimated cost, and he left the place neat and tidy. He has also offered a follow up when he is next passing to check that all is well.

We called Jonathan in the morning and explained our situation, that we had inherited a flea issue from the previous tenants in a new property we had just moved into. He was extremely helpful and professional and came that day at no extra cost. We often messaged him for advice and had a lot of issues with our estate agents which he helped out and supported us with. We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Jonathon is highly experienced in eradicating pests in our case the squirrels (also mice) that were resident in our attic. He was very polite and thorough in his initial survey of our property and quickly found the entrance that these pests were getting in. After eradicating the pest he repaired the places where they were getting in. The cost of his work was very very reasonable. He is a 5 star saviour!

Nat arrived within ten minutes of our phone call to deal with a very active wasps nest. He located the point they were entering within another five minutes and had dealt with the problem within another ten ...so all together from start to finish about half an hour ! - excellent service...just have to wait for them to die and leave us in peace!! Nat was recommended to me by a friend to help with a rodent problem. He was extremely helpful and efficient, as well as being a really nice bloke. Nat carried out a full survey of the house and garden, investigating any possible access points and explaining how rodents move around and how they may have got in. He laid some dog-friendly bait in one area and some stronger bait in another area and explained how it would work and what to expect - including any smell. He even recommended things I could buy to help with the smell. He also made some recommendations of actions to be taken at possible access sites to prevent the problem reoccurring. A lovely man providing an excellent all-round service. I can highly recommend.

Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. They were very efficient and dealt the problem satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company.

I phoned HPC247late afternoon and informed them I had a wasp nest in my dormer roof they fitted me in for 8.00 am next morning . Sean arrived on time and dealt with the problem immediately .I cannot recommend him and his friendly team enough, very informative and fingers crossed no more wasps.

Used George on an emergency call out for a wasps nest that he removed very quickly. Whilst on site he also started a process to remove the rats that were present. I can now say I haven’t seen a single rat since. Excellent work at a good price. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I cannot thank George enough for his prompt and efficient response to my call. Despite being fully booked he kindly came to assess the issue of a possible infestation in our House in between jobs as he was working close by. He took photos of the insects and discussed their classification with a colleague and was able to calmly reassure me that they were infact harmless beetles! I am extremely grateful to him for all of his expert advice. It is not until you have a problem that you realise how lucky you are to meet someone as proffessional and knowledgeable .

I can't recommended Mike & Abbotstone Pest Control highly enough. We initially wasted 2 months working through multiple pest control businesses who would do a bad job and just disappear. We were losing all faith in the industry when we were referred to Abbotstone Pest Control by someone who had a similar experience. From Mike's first visit it was clear that we had found someone who would solve our problems. Mike is incredibly thorough, he comes with years of experience and know-how but doesn't assume every case is the same and invests hours assessing the problem and looking for the root cause rather than a quick fix. We knew our problem wasn't ever going to be an overnight fix but once we found Abbotstone Pest Control and had Mike working with us, we always had confidence that it would be rectified and we were always thankful for methodical and transparent approach. Each visit was action-orientated and when we needed to bring in other contractors for drainage work Mike worked closely with them to ensure alignment. In situations which are obviously stressful and upsetting to have around your home, Mike is very reassuring and empathetic and works through the problem with you - providing you with a clear explanation of where the problem is coming from and how to fix it permanently. John came to inspect the loft of our old cottage at a very short notice and provided us with a range viable options to deep clean it and remove the exisiting insulation in order to replace it with new and more efficient material.
