Quick response to my initial enquiry about pigeons roosting in my porch alcoves and Tony was able to come and carry out the proposed fix very soon after. Work carried out professionally. Tony was very knowledgeable about pigeons and their habits and we discussed ways to avoid them returning.

Tony was absolutely diligent in his approach. He meticulously and successfully pursued his plan to find the entry and exit points used by the rodents, employing phosphorescent powder to track following a camera survey of the sewer system, all for a very reasonable price. I recommend this company, and Tony specifically, unreservedly. So very different to the usual attitude of put poison down, go away, return, put down more poison and charge a fortune for the privilege!

Had a problem with a nasty little Rat, thought he’d move in and keep warm. I tried with traps and poison but had no luck. Gave DKG a call, they understood the problem straight away, came round promptly and decided on a plan to oust the little sod. After first visit I was assured he’d solve the problem and within a few days I didn’t hear any more scratching and scraping, with 3 visits in total, No more Rat! We used the pest company as we had a Mole which was ruining our garden with multiple mole hills. Elliott came round very quickly and left traps under ground, then covered them up so they were not dangerous to children/pets. After a couple of days he returned and had captured the Mole. Excellent quick service and resolved the problem. Would highly recommend.

Elliot is amazing, he is highly knowledgeable, professional, responsive, prompt, but most importantly understands the behaviour of the pest and adapts the treatment strategy to the environs accordingly. We were advised that our evasive rodent problem might take a while to rectify but from first inspection to confirmed pest absence was fairly quick and in less time than expected. In a good old fashioned way, payment for the the really good value service provided was only forwarded upon resolution. Really wish we had contacted Elliot sooner

Elliot came to our home the same day i called to tell him about a particularly nasty wasps nest we had on our garage. He came, gave me some background information, explained the procedure and got right to work. 24hours later, all wasps have gone. Job done. No fuss, no issues, perfect customer service and super efficency. Very fair on value as well. Why cant all trades work to this high calibre? Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

A job well done. I'm the first to get overly frustrated with an inability to talk to a person directly when engaging with any service provider but that cannot be said of Laura in the office at PGH. She was true to her word. When she said she'd ring back......she did. She was informed, easy to engage with and a definite plus as a point of first engagement with this firm. The technicians turned up on time and the job was done professionally with minimal fuss and disruption. In the course of the works I met Dan, Emily and Andre all of whom were excellent and dealt with the pests such that they are no longer a problem to me. I did have reason to ask for one small piece of work to be done again and the resulting communication and follow up service was prompt, hassle free and without any quibbling which was refreshing. We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof. We had an excellent service today from Matt. He questioned us first to make sure they were wasps, possibly saving us the expense of an unnecessary callout, which was very fair of him. Unlike others he promised a same day service, plus he guaranteed his work. To be honest it's only been a few hours and no wasps are going in or out so it looks safe to go back outside. We used Matt early last year to treat a very active wasp nest and it was gone 24 hours after he treated it. After seeing what we thought was Wasp activity again near our patio door area in the brickwork i called him again for help. He came out as promised hours within an hour or so of me calling him and promptly advised us they that infact it was a minor masonry bee problem and that it would be best just to leave them to it as they cause no harm. I felt that we had wasted Matt's time but i appreciated his Honesty and prompt response. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone and should the need arise again for any pest problem i would not hesitate to call him out for help.
