Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. They were very efficient and dealt the problem satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company.

I phoned HPC247late afternoon and informed them I had a wasp nest in my dormer roof they fitted me in for 8.00 am next morning . Sean arrived on time and dealt with the problem immediately .I cannot recommend him and his friendly team enough, very informative and fingers crossed no more wasps.

Called with a dangerous wasp nest and they were so helpful fitting it in. Came the same afternoon which was a relief for my old dad. Had these guys come out for a wasp nest in our garden, with one treatment it killed the nest. Person who came round (sorry forgot her name) was really nice and gave advice to keep kids away as well as any dogs for a few hours after. Amazing service. Came out to investigate noises in ceiling of ground floor flat and found no entrance point. Ensured they tried traps at suspected entrance points - the one under the bath was the one - something the previous pest control never tried. Friendly and personable and even followed up to ensure everything was okay before re-visiting to remove the caught pests. First class service.

Amazing service, solved the rodent problem on day 1, but continued to provide followup visits to ensure no further activity. Thorrough and detail focused. When he couldn't find the entry point on my property, went around to all 3 of my neighbours until entry point found and sorted. Despite not working at weekends on one visit, he made the time to provide the service anyway and did so with the same dedication, even though it came out of his personal time. That was definitely much appreciated. Left nothing to chance and we were ALL thrilled with his work. Lovely man, great service, definitely one I am recommending to all my friends. Just moved into a new home on the Island and immediately had a problem with bees. We called Coast to Coast Pest Control and Daryl was here in under half an hour. Fantastic service! Elle replied to my email regarding a wasp nest promptly, providing me with the cost of the work. She was able to send someone the next day. Todd arrived the next day and was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He treated the nest externally and it only took about ten minutes. We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof. Great company. Called them for a fly infestation in the loft and were round within a couple of hours. Super helpful

John came to inspect the loft of our old cottage at a very short notice and provided us with a range viable options to deep clean it and remove the exisiting insulation in order to replace it with new and more efficient material. John went above and beyond our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Jonathon is highly experienced in eradicating pests in our case the squirrels (also mice) that were resident in our attic. He was very polite and thorough in his initial survey of our property and quickly found the entrance that these pests were getting in. After eradicating the pest he repaired the places where they were getting in. The cost of his work was very very reasonable. He is a 5 star saviour!

I have contacted Jonathan on a few occasions regarding pests in my home. He is extremely professional and always finds the cause of the problem. He found a hole in my house and even went to buy materials to fill the hole then and there for me. He always follows up his work a few days later to check the issue is resolved or if any further support is needed. And he was happy to answer my many questions I had! I was very surprised when receiving my invoice as it was very reasonably priced for the amount of time he spent sorting treatment and filling holes for me! I can not thank him enough!
