HPC247 have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. I called HPC247 regarding a wasp nest and they came out to me in less than 24 hours. The team are friendly, helpful and efficient. I can not fault anything - I wish I could give them more stars 🌟. I will be recommending to friends & family.

Called with a dangerous wasp nest and they were so helpful fitting it in. Came the same afternoon which was a relief for my old dad. Explained everything clearly, said would come back to redo at no cost if found necessary. Very grateful for the quick, efficient and friendly service, would definitely recommend.

I phoned HPC247late afternoon and informed them I had a wasp nest in my dormer roof they fitted me in for 8.00 am next morning . Sean arrived on time and dealt with the problem immediately .I cannot recommend him and his friendly team enough, very informative and fingers crossed no more wasps.

Wasp nest. Wessex pest control attended and covered nest in powder. Said if any wasps seen alive in 2 days contact office but all dead with 24hrs. Easy payment too

Marcus is simply ‘the bee man’ and has just removed a nest from our chimney using a cherry picker (see photo). It was fascinating to see the steps involved and the job was carried out very carefully. We fully recommend Marcus … he’s also a very nice chap. Thank you.

Marcus attended to an issue of bees/hive in an Anchor Hanover building, top floor cavity walling. Removal was carried out professionally with minimal disruption to residents. Remedials to restore the wall exceeded our expectations and we will be continuing our contract with Lakeside Bee Services. Marcus provided a first rate professional service. He was swift to reply and come out to our house to assess and advise on the bees in our chimney. His knowledge on bee behaviour and use of his camera scope produced a clear image of the bees and combs in the chimney pot.
