Excellent service. We had a wasp nest behind the fascia of a bedroom window. Totalcare Pest Control came on the same day that I contacted them and solved the problem immediately.

John is such a nice guy, so efficient and very good at his job! Had a massive wasps nest in the loft which he kindly removed for me as it was absolutely massive. Would’ve been stung numerous times if it wasn’t for him.

After being let down by other "experts" was a joy to meet and chat with Grant. He then set to work as the moles had really made a mess of my lawns. 5 days later - all clear. Good to see real experts and nice people..will use again..

I highly recommend this company. Unfortunately for us we have a very old house where wasp nests love to live with us. Not alone did he take time to show where the wasp nests are , their size but explains what product is been used and how it will affect the wasps and what we have to do and look out for over the next few days. He was professional and kept his distance at all times, very respectful and excellent value for money. Due to weather conditions he had to cancel Saturday but came out on Sunday, what a fantastic service. Keep up the excellent work.

Grant is an absolute superstar. For over two years I have had to battle rats in abundance in my attic and walls. The house is a 17th century cottage and near to two duck ponds. For over 50 years the rats have made the attics their home. Grant doesn’t just come and repeatedly put poison down- he finds where the rats are getting in. He worked with me and my adjoining neighbour and gave such great advice on where the holes were and how to fill them. He understands these highly intelligent creatures and after two years of utter hell I have been able to finally have some peace and quiet from the dreadful invaders. And this is all thanks to Grant! An absolute godsend and gentleman. I would not recommend anyone else for help with pests but him! You won’t regret it. And what he charges for his time is beyond reasonable!

I can't recommended Mike & Abbotstone Pest Control highly enough. We initially wasted 2 months working through multiple pest control businesses who would do a bad job and just disappear. We were losing all faith in the industry when we were referred to Abbotstone Pest Control by someone who had a similar experience. From Mike's first visit it was clear that we had found someone who would solve our problems. Mike is incredibly thorough, he comes with years of experience and know-how but doesn't assume every case is the same and invests hours assessing the problem and looking for the root cause rather than a quick fix. Each visit was action-orientated and when we needed to bring in other contractors for drainage work Mike worked closely with them to ensure alignment. Rarely give 5 stars but George really did provide excellent service. Very quick response to deal with 2 wasps nests, and reasonably priced. Definitely my first port of call for any future pest control issues.

I cannot thank George enough for his prompt and efficient response to my call. Despite being fully booked he kindly came to assess the issue of a possible infestation in our House in between jobs as he was working close by. He took photos of the insects and discussed their classification with a colleague and was able to calmly reassure me that they were infact harmless beetles! I am extremely grateful to him for all of his expert advice. It is not until you have a problem that you realise how lucky you are to meet someone as proffessional and knowledgeable .

Very quick and efficient service. John came 8;00 the next morning after my phone call and he destroyed the wasp nest immediately. Would highly recommend him.

We contacted HWPC for a potential issue with rats in our garage. John was clear regarding pricing and effectiveness of varying options, laid traps and sealed our garage up that day. John also came back a week later to check in. John went above and beyond our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

The evening before we were due to host an important family event, we found a deer corpse had been left on our boundary by Humane Dispatch. Having received no luck with the authorities, we looked for assistance online and found HW. John came out without complaint on a Friday night and removed the carcass for us. He also followed up with advice on how to remove the smell. A very good experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company
