Lee attended our property to assist in the removal of a family of rats 🐀. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in setting bait traps. He returned 3 times each after a couple of weeks to check and was happy after the third visit that the problem had been resolved. Nat arrived within ten minutes of our phone call to deal with a very active wasps nest. He located the point they were entering within another five minutes and had dealt with the problem within another ten ...so all together from start to finish about half an hour ! - excellent service...just have to wait for them to die and leave us in peace!! These guys did an excellent job of getting rid of pidgens living under our solar panels. They have not come back over the two weeks since we had the system installed.

I phoned HPC247late afternoon and informed them I had a wasp nest in my dormer roof they fitted me in for 8.00 am next morning . Sean arrived on time and dealt with the problem immediately .I cannot recommend him and his friendly team enough, very informative and fingers crossed no more wasps.

Called with a dangerous wasp nest and they were so helpful fitting it in. Came the same afternoon which was a relief for my old dad. Explained everything clearly, said would come back to redo at no cost if found necessary. Very grateful for the quick, efficient and friendly service, would definitely recommend.
