We have used 5 Star Pest Control for many years and have never had a pest issue, we have only ever experienced extremely professional, efficient and friendly work from David. David’s knowledge within his line of work is second to none, would highly recommend!

I called and arranged an appointment but unfortunately had to cancel. Well you think that's the end of that but.... I got a phone call the next day to say they understood why I had to cancel and then spent 10 minutes helping me with really great advice on my rodent problem. I mean that's above and beyond isnt it! No surprise why they are called 5 Star Pest Control is it. Thank you so much for your help, I really appreciated your kindness.

Excellent service. David was very professional. I needed further help some months later and his wife was kind enough to give me extensive help via the telephone. She could not have been more helpful and proved that they do actually care about their customers. I would highly recommend them.

After a thorough investigation Jonathan found the cause and resolved it. He also advised on preventive measures. I needed a report which was done professionally and swiftly. He is reasonably priced as well. A very good all-rounder.

11/07/24 22:00 We found a wasp nest in the roof space at home. Emailed the company and got a prompt reply from Sean within 10 mins! 12/07/24 10:00 Sean attended. All sorted. Wasps/Nest no more. Great service. Sean was happy to explain the whole process. Professional and knowledgable. Would absolutely recommend.

Called with a dangerous wasp nest and they were so helpful fitting it in. Came the same afternoon which was a relief for my old dad. Explained everything clearly, said would come back to redo at no cost if found necessary. Very grateful for the quick, efficient and friendly service, would definitely recommend.

Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. They were very efficient and dealt the problem satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company.

I phoned HPC247late afternoon and informed them I had a wasp nest in my dormer roof they fitted me in for 8.00 am next morning . Sean arrived on time and dealt with the problem immediately .I cannot recommend him and his friendly team enough, very informative and fingers crossed no more wasps.

Super friendly and very professional. We didn't know if we had mice or a bird in our loft (luckly nothing) but this lovely man came out and took a look for us and came back a few more times just to check. Would use this service again if we had another problem.

Lee attended our property to assist in the removal of a family of rats 🐀. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in setting bait traps. He returned 3 times each after a couple of weeks to check and was happy after the third visit that the problem had been resolved. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use again. Lee was always smartly dressed, polite and tidy.

Thought we had roaches. Contacted Lee and sent him a photo which he identified as crickets. He advised us what to get and do. Excellent service from Nat, seems to have resolved my issue with a squirrel in the loft. Would recommend.

Nat was recommended to me by a friend to help with a rodent problem. He was extremely helpful and efficient, as well as being a really nice bloke. Nat carried out a full survey of the house and garden, investigating any possible access points and explaining how rodents move around and how they may have got in. He laid some dog-friendly bait in one area and some stronger bait in another area and explained how it would work and what to expect - including any smell. He even recommended things I could buy to help with the smell. He also made some recommendations of actions to be taken at possible access sites to prevent the problem reoccurring. A lovely man providing an excellent all-round service. I can highly recommend.

Nate has dealt with several wasp nests I have had on my property very efficiently. He is very knowledgeable about his trade and is a pleasure to deal with. I thoroughly recommend using his skills.

I haven't posted a Google review before but the service we have received from Adam and Jerry at Wessex Pest control has been exceptional and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. The communication, swift action, expertise..and understanding has seen us through a very difficult time with 'unwanted visitors' after a failed diy attempt to rid ourselves of the problem.
