I seldom post reviews, but was hugely impressed by Simon's swift and efficient service at a superbly competitive price, and so happily offer one based on my experience. Polite, efficient and pragmatic, Simon communicated consistently and simply throughout. His work rate and quality are of the highest order, and he powered through a longish list of domestic fixes and installations to a fantastic standard. Thorough, safe, top-quality installation and a great communicator; Unreservedly recommended.

Brilliant service. Simon went out of his way to make space for a short-notice EICR. When he arrived, he was cheerful, professional, and hard-working. He also went the extra mile to sort out another (unplanned) issue with the electrics in the kitchen. First-rate electrician - recommend.

Simon came to change our consumer unit and fit a new EV charging point at my mother's house. He was very responsive to phone calls and messages and managed to fit us in at short notice despite a busy diary. Simon came to do our insurance inspection and a few general repairs. He fitted us in very quickly, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and tidy. We were very impressed by the standard of work and he was a joy to have in the house. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Paul did a great job at fitting our new garden lights. It was not an easy job for him but they looked really good when he had finished and he recommended a good solution. Paul has just completed some work for me on an investment property which will be ready for tenants next month. I am really pleased with the electrical work Paul and Paul did for me. Replaced kitchen undercupboard lights, ceiling lights lights in the ceiling in the sitting room and one over the stairs. The lights are lovely and bright. They also took out my microwave combination oven and replaced it with a new one. The work was done efficiently and cleanly.

Wow what a great find. Neil responded to my query straightaway. Our Wi-fi hadn’t been connecting properly into our office and we thought it was the CAT 5 cabling. He was extremely thorough and checked everything and talked us through the problems we were experiencing, providing solutions along the way. He went over and above and took our extended away to completely reset it and dropped it back the same day. Can’t fault the service he provided so much so that he’s coming back to fix some lights in the garden. Would highly recommend using Neil for any electrical issues that you have. Great guy.

Absolutely brilliant emergency service. We phoned at 8pm and Neil answered straight away and talked through the issue with us, he asked for a few pictures and managed to solve the issue using the pictures. Issue solved within 5 minutes. Neil was wonderfully helpful over the phone in a crisis. All power had gone in the house with no obvious reason on the fuseboard. Talked us though an idiots guide to reset and check each circuit. All sorted and Saturday afternoon has returned to calm. Thank you!

A leak in my utility room cut off the power in my home on a Saturday morning. I left many messages for emergency electricians only NH Lighting & Electrical returned my call. Even though they were not able to visit they walked me through the steps to get the power back up and all at no cost. Brilliant service, really helpful. Would highly recommend.

Alex was always courteous and polite and clearly knew what he was doing. I always felt that we were getting good value for money and not once did he try and 'hard sell' his services. I contacted Autumn Electrical Services to replace a few light fittings in my house. Communication was great from the beginning and remained as such throughout the work, which was completed to a high standard. Overall a very good experience, would definitely recommend.

Needed an electrician to resolve a problem that had been identified at previous landlord electrical safety check, resulting in disabling of some power outlets. Approached the contractor who did that check several times - no response. It also reminded me that, when the check was done, I had to chase to get the formal paperwork from him. Found Autumn Electrical through a review site - very different experience from the get-go. Seems like it is a family business. It runs very professionally and costs have been reasonable. Customer communications have been clear and timely, even when it required them to liaise with tenant. Work was done on time and tenant happy with end result. Very appreciative - would readily use them again when required.

Micheal did a great job installing a new ring main and induction hob as well as updating our distribution board. He and his team are good to deal with and they managed to fit us in to their busy schedule.

Contacted George at GHE with a list of my requirements. He responded quickly and was able to send Melvin around the next day. Three outside lights fitted and two internal lights fitted. Quick, friendly, professional and thorough. George and his team have been my go to for over 5 years. He has even given me advice freely when asked.
