Alex was always courteous and polite and clearly knew what he was doing. I always felt that we were getting good value for money and not once did he try and 'hard sell' his services. He was always very clear as to what needed doing because it was potentially unsafe and what we may want to do and the reasons we may wish to consider doing it.
