Andy responded to my phone call immediately, arrived within the hour and stayed until he found the problem and fixed it. A professional, friendly and conscientious electrician. Andy was great from start to finish. From calling me back and asking if the problem was urgent (it wasn't) then booking an appointment for only a few days time. He texted me on the day to confirm and to say he was on his way, and he arrived at the agreed time. He troubleshooted an unusual problem (likely aged wiring that came loose) and fixed it. Andy came to fit 2 new lights and extractor fan in loft. He noticed that my old wiring had no grounding and couldn't fit the solid metal lights. He suggested I get double insulated ones, which I did. He came back to fit them and the extractor fan. Andy stayed until he got the timer right on it and that I was happy with everything. Fair price and good manners throughout as well.
