Great service and very helpful installed a gas cooker and gave us some great advice will be using again.

Tidal Plumbing and Heating were recommended and I understand why. Very knowledgeable and helpful when I phoned with a query. They were able to schedule a visit quickly. Lee was prompt and very professional with his work. Would highly recommend.

Cannot fault the service from Tidal Heating. We had no heating or hot water & they came out straight away, even though they were fully booked. Lee fixed the problem straight away. Maxine & all of the other staff are a pleasure to speak to. Cannot recommend enough.

I've used ECS for a number of jobs both large and small. We did extensive remodelling in our house and used ECS to completely re-plumb the building, fitting new underfloor heating and radiators, boiler and plant room. They did a great job and over the past 4 years I've used them for annual boiler maintenance, tap leaks and more recently sorting out a drain issue. ECS are always on time and have often coming out quickly or at short notice. They provide a quote before doing any work, payment is easy and they produce a job report so you can see exactly what's been done. I highly recommend them!

I could not be more impressed. We had an issue with our air source heat pump system. ECS responded immediately and identified the issue instantly. They suggested several options and talked through each with us. They did a superb job and constantly kept cost in mind ensuring we received the most cost effective repair. Exceptional company who originally fitted out the bathroom 10 years ago so were invited back. From initial planning to completion of the work, every aspect was done to an incredibly high standard. Both fitters, Phil and Nathan, were friendly, tidy and were very receptive to ideas on the go. Each day, at the end of the work, they tidied up and nothing needed doing. We are so pleased that they have been invited to quote for further work. Laura in the office, who was the link between us and the fitters, was again exceptionally friendly and helpful. Just wanted to say thank you to Jamie and team. Had a very unpleasant job of trying to work out what was blocking outside pipe leading from toilet. Guys worked hard and did a great job. Family now very happy to have a toilet upstairs that works.
