Contacted DJW re a significant water leak in my kitchen. Darren made sure someone got to me very quickly, ie same day. Freddie, who carried out the work, was polite, friendly and efficient. Leak stopped on first visit and then very quick turnaround to replace defective parts, and Freddie described at each point the work he was carrying out and why - in such way even a layman like myself could understand! Great service, would highly recommend. Thank you!!

Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days. I’d definitely recommend Options and without doubt, I’ll use them again in the future.

After today’s boiler service, they will be my only ‘Option’ from now on. Rory came out to service my boiler, he was on time, polite and friendly. He sorted our boiler out in our new home, fixed many issues left by the previous owner on the same day as he had most of the spare parts on the van. He explained all the issues that it had very clearly and when he was done he left no mess behind! See you next year!

I needed a new shower but they were no longer making them. Wayne managed to find one that was the same size which meant I didn't have to retile. It was a perfect fit and he left the bathroom immaculately clean and tidy. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Excellent service from Scott and the lads. I had a leak in an upstairs shower room. Scott was clear about the costs for an advance booking or an emergency call out. Originally the leak was small so booked for a week's time, but after 24h it got a lot worse. Scott setnt out his team, who were friendly and respectful, located and fixed the leak quickly and efficiently. They didn't try to drag the job out to charge more hours than necessary, unlike some other plumbers I've used in the past. The invoice was for exactly as Scott had quoted. First class quality and service - great guys. Hopefully I won't have any other plumbing problems, but if I do, I'll call Southern.

Scott and his team took on a job to move and replace two old rads. His staff were kind, courteous and professional. Included was a boiler service. To note - as an older women there’s a trend for tradesmen to heavily over quote me, assuming I don’t know the details and the going rates, therefore preying on my status. It’s good to know that Scott and his team did not fall into this category and I personally feel his rates for this job were reasonable and fair, and the service of a good quality. I Highly recommend his company and his team based on this.

Amazing company with amazing staff. Owner and engineers were totally professional, efficient and arrived dead on time. This company answered our desperate call for a gas hob to be fitted in home before Christmas. They came the next day and completed the work including a gas check for entire house in 1 hour. Their work was excellent and we are so happy to have found this local company.

Having had an extension done a few years ago, we have had multiple issues with the new plumbing. Those plumbers have since gone out of business (shock) - and i struggled to find a plumber who could come in and fix the various issues honestly and with integrity. I was finally recommended to Simon and I'll never change! He's responsive, upfront, clear and fair. He runs it how a business should in 2025 with clear and quick invoicing and whatsapp messaging. Kevin provided a superb service. Came out on a Sunday to fix a leaking toilet, and was here within 30 minutes of calling, couldn't ask for more. He needed parts and went off to source them and then fitted them and left everything like he hadn't been here. Also a reasonable fee, especially given an out of hours call out. I had a problem with a toilet not flushing away properly. I called BG Drains at 4:45 pm on Thursday and Steve arrived at 9 am on Friday and identified a blockage in an outside drain. By 10 am Steve had removed two drain covers and jetted away the blockage completely, restoring the toilet to normal use. I can't praise Steve highly enough for his prompt assistance and can thoroughly recommend BG Drains. Thanks guys.
