Did a fantastic job replacing an old radiator. They were polite, hard working and tidy. Great from start, getting a quote, to finish, a shiny new radiator installed. All in all a reliable and professional company.

Excellent service from Scott and the lads. I had a leak in an upstairs shower room. Scott was clear about the costs for an advance booking or an emergency call out. Originally the leak was small so booked for a week's time, but after 24h it got a lot worse. Scott setnt out his team, who were friendly and respectful, located and fixed the leak quickly and efficiently. They didn't try to drag the job out to charge more hours than necessary, unlike some other plumbers I've used in the past. The invoice was for exactly as Scott had quoted. First class quality and service - great guys. Hopefully I won't have any other plumbing problems, but if I do, I'll call Southern.

Amazing company with amazing staff. Owner and engineers were totally professional, efficient and arrived dead on time. This company answered our desperate call for a gas hob to be fitted in home before Christmas. They came the next day and completed the work including a gas check for entire house in 1 hour. Their work was excellent and we are so happy to have found this local company.

Scott and his team took on a job to move and replace two old rads. His staff were kind, courteous and professional. Included was a boiler service. To note - as an older women there’s a trend for tradesmen to heavily over quote me, assuming I don’t know the details and the going rates, therefore preying on my status. It’s good to know that Scott and his team did not fall into this category and I personally feel his rates for this job were reasonable and fair, and the service of a good quality. I Highly recommend his company and his team based on this.

DJW plumbing were great in our time of need. Our boiler broke and they were able to come out the next day to check. Alfie then came back with the needed parts and heating was restored. Very friendly, explained everything and reasonably priced. Thank you!

Contacted DJW re a significant water leak in my kitchen. Darren made sure someone got to me very quickly, ie same day. Freddie, who carried out the work, was polite, friendly and efficient. Leak stopped on first visit and then very quick turnaround to replace defective parts, and Freddie described at each point the work he was carrying out and why - in such way even a layman like myself could understand! I had a problem with a toilet not flushing away properly. I called BG Drains at 4:45 pm on Thursday and Steve arrived at 9 am on Friday and identified a blockage in an outside drain. By 10 am Steve had removed two drain covers and jetted away the blockage completely, restoring the toilet to normal use. I can't praise Steve highly enough for his prompt assistance and can thoroughly recommend BG Drains. Thanks guys.

Kevin provided a superb service. Came out on a Sunday to fix a leaking toilet, and was here within 30 minutes of calling, couldn't ask for more. He needed parts and went off to source them and then fitted them and left everything like he hadn't been here. Also a reasonable fee, especially given an out of hours call out. Would highly recommend.

Omar is a true professional in his field and is very methodical in his approach to the work. We had a pump change, radiator thermostats fitted and the whole system flushed to clean out the years of debris and sludge. Clear, precise and courteous.

Niall is fantastic. We had a heating emergency on a Friday night. He walked through over the phone how to check the problem. He ordered a part overnight and came the next day to fix it and even help adjust and explain some things about our heating system. He was very calm, honest (rare these days), helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him.
