We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. Shape Contractor fixed a leak in my bathroom that seems to have been a long standing problem (I moved in 3 months ago). The two plumbers that came out we're polite and got straight to the job at hand. It did take three visits but they worked systematically to rule out one problem after another. Each visit was followed by excellent notes detailing the problem and the work done. Will use them again.

Kevin came to our house and checked out the problem within minutes on a day of the heatwave. He is a really approachable and down to earth guy, I don’t know anything about plumbing and he explained and broke things down so I understood, told me the best way to go about things as we were upgrading our shower and sink taps and he gave me a quote on the spot for labour. Another excellent job by Chris, this time replacing an ailing boiler. I’ve used Chris' services for several years at our own home and at our rental properties and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Over the years, he has dealt with everything from regularly servicing boilers and performing Gas Safety Checks, to emergencies such as handling leaks and heating faults and big projects such as fitting a new boiler and a Honeywell smart heating system. He is always clear and knowledgeable in identifying, explaining and fixing problems. He is reliable, professional, tidy and friendly. A tenant recently commented on what a great find he is!

We cannot thank Chris enough for his help this weekend. Coming out late on a Saturday evening and early Sunday morning to help us get our heating back up and running. You just can’t find tradesmen these days who are able to help you at such unsociable times and Chris was very willing to help and solve the problem for us.
