2020 - Yet another superb bathroom from LFM! I cannot fault Rob’s service, he is always polite, tidy and honest. On time, as quoted and the finished results are, in my opinion are always better than I had expected! 2022 – As Rob did such a good job of bathroom refit, I asked him to return to do my kitchen plumbing, and he did not disappoint! Robs service as usual was superb, I cannot fault his service, so pleased…but I will let the pictures speak for themselves. 2023 - Rob did such a lovely job of my bathroom & kitchen refit, I have asked him to move my water cylinder to make space in my bedroom. Having had an extension done a few years ago, we have had multiple issues with the new plumbing. Those plumbers have since gone out of business (shock) - and i struggled to find a plumber who could come in and fix the various issues honestly and with integrity. Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days. Niall is fantastic. We had a heating emergency on a Friday night. He walked through over the phone how to check the problem. He ordered a part overnight and came the next day to fix it and even help adjust and explain some things about our heating system. He was very calm, honest (rare these days), helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him.

Team was hired for a complete kitchen renovation. New flooring, wall tiles and a Wren supplied kitchen including appliances were installed. My new kitchen is beautiful. They obviously take pride in their work and they left the place spotless.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework.
