Excellent service from Scott and the lads. I had a leak in an upstairs shower room. Scott was clear about the costs for an advance booking or an emergency call out. Originally the leak was small so booked for a week's time, but after 24h it got a lot worse. Scott setnt out his team, who were friendly and respectful, located and fixed the leak quickly and efficiently. They didn't try to drag the job out to charge more hours than necessary, unlike some other plumbers I've used in the past. The invoice was for exactly as Scott had quoted. First class quality and service - great guys. Hopefully I won't have any other plumbing problems, but if I do, I'll call Southern.

Scott and his team took on a job to move and replace two old rads. His staff were kind, courteous and professional. Included was a boiler service. To note - as an older women there’s a trend for tradesmen to heavily over quote me, assuming I don’t know the details and the going rates, therefore preying on my status. It’s good to know that Scott and his team did not fall into this category and I personally feel his rates for this job were reasonable and fair, and the service of a good quality. I Highly recommend his company and his team based on this.

Lee and the team have helped me a couple of times now. First to sort out the plumbing to install my dishwasher and more recently to fix my leaky shower. They have a great attention to detail and a genuine care to give good customer service. With some services I feel a bit undermined or bamboozled but Lee and the team are personable, relatable and most importantly… they always turn up and get the job done! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Lee arranged to visit and look at the job required. He was super with my very elderly mother, reassuring her that it could all be fixed. 2020 - Yet another superb bathroom from LFM! I cannot fault Rob’s service, he is always polite, tidy and honest. On time, as quoted and the finished results are, in my opinion are always better than I had expected! 2022 – As Rob did such a good job of bathroom refit, I asked him to return to do my kitchen plumbing, and he did not disappoint! Adam has recently installed a Honeywell EvoHome system for me. We have a large, 1950s house with solid walls. Adam was very thorough in his survey, recommended where to site the controller for best signal, and even altered the piping to one of the radiators to put the HR92 in an optimum position for reception. As well as this, I had an antiquated setup with the pipes around the boiler and cylinder and with the wiring which Adam reworked whilst reusing as much as possible to keep costs to a minimum. Throughout his two days here, Adam was cheerful in the face of (1950s-era) adversity, chatty, tidy, etc. His knowledge of heating systems and some of the physics behind things is exemplary and should be a shining example to all his peers. I had two quotes for this work and Adam's was half the price of the other one because he recommended a pragmatic, keep it simple approach rather than trying to tackle everything at once. I anticipate a boiler upgrade in the next 12-15 months, and Adam will be the first person I call. I highly recommend Adam and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Adam took on the challenge of improving our hot water system, after a builder left us with a huge mess. He was not phased by the task and completed the work to a very high standard, always looking after our immediate water needs. It was a pleasure to meet such a dedicated and experienced tradesman, who you can trust. I would definitely recommend Adam.

Having just fitted a new bathroom I had awful pressure issues. Coupled with a boiler on the way out I knew it was time to look for quotes to replace the system. After several "no you don't want that"s I finally found Chapman! Jo was friendly and happy to work around my timeframe when booking for a quote visit which really helped as I work in London. Adam appeared a day later eating into his own evening, he spent the better part of 2 hours talking me through the probable causes of my problems and the options to fix. He explained everything right down to what must be basic plumbing to me and was very patient and easy to understand throughout. It's clear that Adam can do the simple installs and the complex as, every time there was a problem, we worked through it together so I wasn't clueless towards the end. Needless to say my pressure problem is permanently solved and earlier than expected too. The new system looks the part as well, professional, clean and safe Adam even placed some extra pipe protection in the loft as I mentioned I throw things up there on occasion. All this was done for the fair and quoted price which was honoured till the end. I'll only be using Chapman in the future and wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Chapman plumbing and heating have always been my go to people especially with my elderly mother whilst I'm away and can't oversee the work. I trust them and they have always gone above and beyond. If there was a problem Adam would investigate until he found a solution no matter what it took.he would return until my mum was satisfied. Jo is always professional,friendly and accommodating. From the very start James was always on time, responsive to every call and reliable. One of the most professional trades people I have met - ensuring the work area was tidied every single day, to changing his plans to suit when our bathroom design changed. Never made a fuss even if some of the workload increased and took any issues in his stride. James kept us updated throughout the build with progress and anything he found which needed input he made sure he spoke to us to confirm. The standard of James’s work is extremely high and we now have a bathroom to be proud of. I cannot recommend James enough. I would gladly use him again and wish there were more like him out there.

There’s a reason why it’s so hard to book James! From start to finish, James is professional, friendly and, above all, he takes so much pride in his work. Upon visiting the company he recommended for the fixtures and fittings, it’s clear that he has earned a lot of respect from other professionals too. They were not only be able to accommodate my urgent visit on Sunday to service my boiler but also provided a comprehensive overview & education to our heating and boiling system of recently bought house. Niall is fantastic. We had a heating emergency on a Friday night. He walked through over the phone how to check the problem. He ordered a part overnight and came the next day to fix it and even help adjust and explain some things about our heating system. He was very calm, honest (rare these days), helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework.
