If you are looking for a professional, prompt and value for money plumber then Nialls the man to call. It's sad to say that most'professionals' today don't even pick up the phone or return calls let alone do a good job, however Niall has given me faith in tradesmen again. I highly endorse his work and he's a good bloke too.

My boiler stopped working, leaving me without hot water at home. I contacted Niall, who promptly diagnosed the problem and determined that a part needed to be replaced. He returned the very next day with the necessary part and fixed the issue. Great job, Niall! I’m extremely happy with his service and highly recommend him.

Niall is fantastic. We had a heating emergency on a Friday night. He walked through over the phone how to check the problem. He ordered a part overnight and came the next day to fix it and even help adjust and explain some things about our heating system. He was very calm, honest (rare these days), helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him.

Niall was very professional. He explained everything clearly and even went to the effort of testing our fire alarms. Communication throughout was brilliant. Very friendly and lovely with our kids who insisted on watching him! We will definitely use again and 100 % recommend.

I rang LDA plumbing as my sink was blocked and I couldn’t clear it. He arrived quickly and did a great job getting things moving. My pipes were blocked with years of build up which he cleared and replaced without a fuss and mess. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Lee came out today as an emergency job to fix our toilet. He was fast and extremely reliable. He was honest and did a great job. Highly recommend if you need a plumber, even lets you know when he’s on his way.

I needed a plumber who was experienced in handling macerators, to sort out my mother's one in her bathroom. I chose LDA because they had good feedback. Lee arranged to visit and look at the job required. He was super with my very elderly mother, reassuring her that it could all be fixed. Although the job wasn't urgent, Lee went above and beyond to get it replaced and the new one installed. It is so good to find local tradesmen, who are reliable and are good with their customers too. Absolutely top class service. Got back to me quickly. Fixed my leak in my airing cupboard and serviced my boiler the next day and replaced a pump that the previous engineer put on upside down!!! Friendly and very reasonable price too. No hesitation in recommending Simon.

Simon was great, really quick to respond when I reached out and after being in to do the checks was so fast to send over the details we needed. 100% would recommend.

Having had an extension done a few years ago, we have had multiple issues with the new plumbing. Those plumbers have since gone out of business (shock) - and i struggled to find a plumber who could come in and fix the various issues honestly and with integrity. I was finally recommended to Simon and I'll never change! He's responsive, upfront, clear and fair. He runs it how a business should in 2025 with clear and quick invoicing and whatsapp messaging. From the very start James was always on time, responsive to every call and reliable. One of the most professional trades people I have met - ensuring the work area was tidied every single day, to changing his plans to suit when our bathroom design changed. Never made a fuss even if some of the workload increased and took any issues in his stride. James kept us updated throughout the build with progress and anything he found which needed input he made sure he spoke to us to confirm. The standard of James’s work is extremely high and we now have a bathroom to be proud of. I cannot recommend James enough. I would gladly use him again and wish there were more like him out there.

Mid-2021: In 2021, we had several plumbing jobs completed by James including fitting a kitchen tap, bathroom tap and fitting a sink waste. James came out and priced the work as agreed and came back with a competitive price. He arrived to do the work on time and did a brilliant job. Great communication, friendly, professional and all work done to a very high standard. Highly recommended. We're looking forward to him working on a bigger project later in the year. Mid 2022: we’ve recently had James back to renovate our main bathroom. As with the cloakroom, James did a fantastic job. The work was completed professionally, to the quoted price and on time. As James encountered small problems imposed by our previous bathroom and non-square walls, he discussed options with us and the end result was fantastic. Cannot recommend enough.

James has done a few small plumbing jobs for us at our business premises and has just completed our downstairs loo refit at home. He is always brilliant and we would highly recommend him. He is friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and endlessly patient in explaining all the options. He was very flexible on timings and worked around exactly what we needed. There’s a reason why it’s so hard to book James! From start to finish, James is professional, friendly and, above all, he takes so much pride in his work. Upon visiting the company he recommended for the fixtures and fittings, it’s clear that he has earned a lot of respect from other professionals too. Our bathroom looks fantastic and the tiling is perfect. It was fascinating watching the whole process and especially the precision of his tiling work. I couldn’t have asked for a better result!

I've used ECS for a number of jobs both large and small. We did extensive remodelling in our house and used ECS to completely re-plumb the building, fitting new underfloor heating and radiators, boiler and plant room. They did a great job and over the past 4 years I've used them for annual boiler maintenance, tap leaks and more recently sorting out a drain issue. ECS are always on time and have often coming out quickly or at short notice. They provide a quote before doing any work, payment is easy and they produce a job report so you can see exactly what's been done. I highly recommend them!

I could not be more impressed. We had an issue with our air source heat pump system. ECS responded immediately and identified the issue instantly. They suggested several options and talked through each with us. They did a superb job and constantly kept cost in mind ensuring we received the most cost effective repair. Gas Boiler failed just before Christmas, EPH were recommended to us by a friend of my daughters. To say they were amazing is an understatement, Paul and Sam replied to our email and text message very promptly and arranged a visit at the busiest time of year. Paul diagnosed the boiler fault within five minutes of arriving, ordered the required part immediately and returned to fit it as soon as parts arrived at the suppliers, two days later. We are so grateful as it was bitter cold and the house had no heating or hot water, everything now working perfectly.
