Kevin came to our house and checked out the problem within minutes on a day of the heatwave. He is a really approachable and down to earth guy, I don’t know anything about plumbing and he explained and broke things down so I understood, told me the best way to go about things as we were upgrading our shower and sink taps and he gave me a quote on the spot for labour. I found Kevin very professional, polite and his work was very clean and carried out to a good standard, as well as messaging to say he is on his way. we will definitely be using Kevin at Drip drip plumbers again when we have future issues.

Jim King is a super professional, delivering high quality work. We've tried others in the past when he's been busy, but have come back to him and won't go elsewhere again.

I've used Jim's company a couple of times and both times they've been excellent. My most recent cause to get in touch with Jim last Sunday evening at 22.00, was when a central heating expansion vessel dropped off the wall, twisting the copper pipes on its way. I contacted Jim that evening and he came back to me within minutes, moving other jobs the next day to accommodate my request. Two of his guys turned up at the time he said they would and resolved the problem within a couple of hours, making good and cleaning up after themselves. Good rates. From my experience (I'm a landlord as well as FTE), decent tradesmen are hard to find, but SHAPE get a 10/10 from me.

Shape Contractor fixed a leak in my bathroom that seems to have been a long standing problem (I moved in 3 months ago). The two plumbers that came out we're polite and got straight to the job at hand. It did take three visits but they worked systematically to rule out one problem after another. Each visit was followed by excellent notes detailing the problem and the work done. Will use them again.

Dexter is first class. Had a problem with a air source boiler, which a lot of plumbers wouldnt touch, but he came, sorted what he could, learnt about and then sorted the bits he didnt know about. Very diligent, tidy, friendly & knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.

Will carried out all planned work promptly and perfectly, in particular fitting a new shower. In addition he investigated a post-storm roof leak, which required using a very difficult access route. We will definitely ask him first whenever further plumbing needs occur.

Fast to arrange a call out. Came bang on time with a text warning of the time of arrival. Will is so nice, and really works hard to get to the source of the problem. He fixed it and was a pleasure to deal with. They are dearer than some but you get what you pay for. Thank you. 5 stars in all respects.

Use Stonehenge for our yearly boiler service, always great service so decided to ask about fitting a new sink. Came back with a good quote to take out our old kitchen sink and replace. Really helpful, Richard gave advice which helped selecting the new sink. Great communication from start to finish. Special thanks go to Jacob who was amazing, worked so hard and ensured everything went in ok, especially as new sink was a lot heavier than the original one. He left the kitchen clean and tidy. Definitely a credit to the company. Before and after photos, so pleased.

Called at 9am Monday morning as I had no heating or hot water, they were here before 3pm and had the problem fixed in an hour. Another company I had tried said they couldn’t come until the following week! The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, and they took great care not to make any mess. The cost was very reasonable considering this was an emergency call out. The office team were lovely to deal with and so I will be definitely calling Stonehenge plumbing for any future work needed. I can highly recommend Humphrey and Crockett. A first class service from start to finish. Had them to do numerous bits of work for us and they recently fitted a water softener for us and can’t fault their work. Adam was so efficient, polite and tidy completing the job. Heat pump installation Paul and the team quoted me for the installation of a new heat pump to replace our old electric boiler. The work was started and all went smoothly only one small issue with a third party supplier delivering late which held up the work for a short time. Installation was completed and the hand was really easy the heating and hot water are excellent. I cannot thank the team enough for their care and attention to our needs and aways explaining all of the processes as the work was done. On completion all the system was fully explained as the running of the heatpump system is not the same as the old boiler system. We have never been so warm and lashings of hot water. I will have no hesitation to recommend the team too any one in the future. Well done humphrey And Crockett. A very happy customer.

We had a great experience with Humphrey & Crockett from start to finish! Having moved into a property with an old back boiler heating system (not ideal), we contacted H&C for ideas on how to better heat our home and Paul suggested upgrading to a heat pump. We were a little skeptical about the idea of a heat pump to start with but after seeing one in action at their show home and having everything explained in detail (and doing some of our own research as we didn’t know a lot about them), it was definitely the right decision! Carl took us through all the plans/numbers in detail and sorted the BUS grant. Installation all went smoothly, the team were really friendly and worked hard to complete it throughout one of the hottest weeks of the year. We had a couple of teething issues as we started to use it more towards winter which H&C came out and sorted, no problems. So far the heat pump has been great, providing us with a consistently warm house (great for working from home) and all the hot water we need. All in all a really great service from H&C and we would highly recommend them.

Can't recommend Humphrey and Crockett enough! We had a heat pump system put in after moving to our new house. We didn't appreciate how detailed the survey and paperwork would be but Carl at H&C dealt with everything very quickly and although he kept us posted, we didn't have to worry about that side of it at all. The installation was much less disruptive than we thought and all the staff were so hardworking and pleasant. The heating itself is fantastic. The house is always at a temperature we want (and selected). We are so pleased we had it done. All credit to H&C who were superb throughout and we are really pleased we used them
