Shape Contractor fixed a leak in my bathroom that seems to have been a long standing problem (I moved in 3 months ago). The two plumbers that came out we're polite and got straight to the job at hand. It did take three visits but they worked systematically to rule out one problem after another. Each visit was followed by excellent notes detailing the problem and the work done. Will use them again.

I have no hesitation on recommending Shape Contractor Ltd. They have carried out plumbing repairs and a gas boiler service at my home. The company provides a great service from the office staff through to the technicians.

My Bosch boiler was installed successfully by Shape Contractors two years ago, with the minimum of disruption. It is now serviced annually, most recently last week. Jim arrived punctually, as usual, and charged a fair price. I can definitely recommend this company.

I've used Jim's company a couple of times and both times they've been excellent. My most recent cause to get in touch with Jim last Sunday evening at 22.00, was when a central heating expansion vessel dropped off the wall, twisting the copper pipes on its way. I contacted Jim that evening and he came back to me within minutes, moving other jobs the next day to accommodate my request. Two of his guys turned up at the time he said they would and resolved the problem within a couple of hours, making good and cleaning up after themselves. Good rates. From my experience (I'm a landlord as well as FTE), decent tradesmen are hard to find, but SHAPE get a 10/10 from me.

Really happy with the service, turned up when he said he would, had no problem with me asking to see credentials and he provided them. Diagnosed the problem quickly and got our boiler working again, was extremely polite and worked very tidy. Would recommend and will use again.

Amazing plumber. Came in to a flooded kitchen within one hour of phoning. Sorted out the corroded tap and pipe under kitchen sink. I would highly recommended Kevin. He is calm, efficient, professional and reasonably priced. I am a happy customer.

Kevin provided a superb service. Came out on a Sunday to fix a leaking toilet, and was here within 30 minutes of calling, couldn't ask for more. He needed parts and went off to source them and then fitted them and left everything like he hadn't been here. Also a reasonable fee, especially given an out of hours call out. Would highly recommend.

Kevin came to our house and checked out the problem within minutes on a day of the heatwave. He is a really approachable and down to earth guy, I don’t know anything about plumbing and he explained and broke things down so I understood, told me the best way to go about things as we were upgrading our shower and sink taps and he gave me a quote on the spot for labour. I found Kevin very professional, polite and his work was very clean and carried out to a good standard, as well as messaging to say he is on his way. we will definitely be using Kevin at Drip drip plumbers again when we have future issues.

We have previously been happy using Sean for our regular gas boiler and gas fire service. He has now done a great job installing a compact water softener underneath the kitchen sink. The pipework is very well organised in the limited space and we still have use of a part of the cupboard for storage. We highly recommend him for anyone needing gas or plumbing work.

Called at 9am Monday morning as I had no heating or hot water, they were here before 3pm and had the problem fixed in an hour. Another company I had tried said they couldn’t come until the following week! The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, and they took great care not to make any mess. The cost was very reasonable considering this was an emergency call out. The office team were lovely to deal with and so I will be definitely calling Stonehenge plumbing for any future work needed. Dexter is first class. Had a problem with a air source boiler, which a lot of plumbers wouldnt touch, but he came, sorted what he could, learnt about and then sorted the bits he didnt know about. Very diligent, tidy, friendly & knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.
