SO GOOD I WANT MY NEW BOILER TO BREAK AGAIN! Highly Recommended Gas Engineer in Andover! I had a wonderful experience with a local gas engineer in Andover. They were incredibly punctual and proactive, reaching out to me promptly to schedule an appointment at their earliest availability. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. I found DJ Heating to be very efficient and professional. Their advice/feedback both before and after the visit was detailed, comprehensive and appropriate. It was very easy to book an appointment and the engineer arrived on time and carried out the installation of a new boiler with the minimum of disruption. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Dave has previously serviced boilers for me and I a new build home he condemned the one that was fitted due to improper installation during the build. It was actually a risk to life!!! Obviously we went back to the builders (Taylor Wimpey) who did the remedial work. Since then we always return to Dave and are very happy with his work. He recently provided a quote for new boiler installation and radiator power clean which was very competitive, will be using him for that. He also installed a Honeywell Evohome smart heating system on to my current boiler. I happily recommend DJHeating.

We have used Woodstocks twice in the last year as we are renovating our house. We initially went to other large chain bathroom stores, however at Woodstocks they were so friendly and gave us a personable experience. As we were fitting our bathrooms ourselves, Woodstocks helped us with so much practical advice and ensured what we were buying would work. Their customer service is excellent which is why we knew we had to buy our bathroom from them, and we will be going back in the future. Highly recommend if you're after advice and expertise with designing a new bathroom. Every member of the team is full of knowledge and experience. Big thank you to them all 😊

We used Woodstock’s planning / design service for our bathroom and it was bruised. Fin (the guy who did our design) listened really carefully to what we wanted, made some great suggestions and made us feel fully involved. After the bathroom was fitted (Paul Towerton - I’d highly recommend him too) we had a small defect with the shower screen we chose and the supplier wouldn’t replace it but Fin went to bat for us and got a replacement screen free of charge. Great service and great aftercare.

Can't recommend Humphrey and Crockett enough! We had a heat pump system put in after moving to our new house. We didn't appreciate how detailed the survey and paperwork would be but Carl at H&C dealt with everything very quickly and although he kept us posted, we didn't have to worry about that side of it at all. The installation was much less disruptive than we thought and all the staff were so hardworking and pleasant. The heating itself is fantastic. The house is always at a temperature we want (and selected). We are so pleased we had it done. All credit to H&C who were superb throughout and we are really pleased we used them

I can highly recommend Humphrey and Crockett. A first class service from start to finish. Had them to do numerous bits of work for us and they recently fitted a water softener for us and can’t fault their work. Adam was so efficient, polite and tidy completing the job. I will be using them everytime.

We had a great experience with Humphrey & Crockett from start to finish! Having moved into a property with an old back boiler heating system (not ideal), we contacted H&C for ideas on how to better heat our home and Paul suggested upgrading to a heat pump. We were a little skeptical about the idea of a heat pump to start with but after seeing one in action at their show home and having everything explained in detail (and doing some of our own research as we didn’t know a lot about them), it was definitely the right decision! Carl took us through all the plans/numbers in detail and sorted the BUS grant. Installation all went smoothly, the team were really friendly and worked hard to complete it throughout one of the hottest weeks of the year. We had a couple of teething issues as we started to use it more towards winter which H&C came out and sorted, no problems. So far the heat pump has been great, providing us with a consistently warm house (great for working from home) and all the hot water we need. All in all a really great service from H&C and we would highly recommend them.

Heat pump installation Paul and the team quoted me for the installation of a new heat pump to replace our old electric boiler. The work was started and all went smoothly only one small issue with a third party supplier delivering late which held up the work for a short time. Installation was completed and the hand was really easy the heating and hot water are excellent. I cannot thank the team enough for their care and attention to our needs and aways explaining all of the processes as the work was done. On completion all the system was fully explained as the running of the heatpump system is not the same as the old boiler system. We have never been so warm and lashings of hot water. I will have no hesitation to recommend the team too any one in the future. Well done humphrey And Crockett. A very happy customer.
