The engineer arrived on time with a courtesy text advising of expected time. They were respectful of my property and were polite. Able to identify the issue and solve it in a timely manner. I have used their services before, They will continue to be my "go to" I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent very professional service. We were looking for new plumbers after our previous one retired. We went by the reviews and are glad we chose Gair Gas. We had a new boiler fitted and it all went very well. Both Sams who attended did an excellent job and were very friendly polite and professional. The office staff were also very polite and helpful. As I’m vulnerable the Company very helpfully expedited the works. The added bonus is that they also do electrics etc and we are looking forward to joining the Home Shield cover as it will give us peace of mind.

I've used Gair a few times and have only good things to say. Every person attending has been polite and professional and gone above and beyond to give me advice about the heating and gas systems in my house. The first visit this year was a routine boiler inspection and service as I wasn't sure if I needed a new boiler (just bought an old house), the engineer advised me that although old, the boiler was in good working order, but he could have easily recommended I get a new one - as a different company had - and I'd have been none the wiser! Plus, he spent extra time investigating where an old gas pipe from a gas fire went which I wanted removed. The second visit was the installation of new radiators across the whole house and a hive heating system. The guys did a great job and left me with a wonderfully heated home! Definitely recommend for honest open advice and professional service.

There is a real sense of customer care from all involved with the company from the extremely competent and helpful engineers to the office staff and booking and follow up process. We have used Bespoke Gas for a number of years. Anthony runs a tight ship and his team have been carefully chosen. Kurtis has made two visits recently - one an annual service and the other to deal with a couple of problems we were having. He listened, made his diagnosis and gave us a couple of tips to keep the system running smoothly without further intervention from himself. All done in a professional and helpful manner. What more can you ask? Bespoke gas - well recommended.

We've got an old water heater for service. We are new home owners and we were looking for someone who can do the boiler service and at the same time to do a survey about heating improvements. However, Anthony has done just the service as we are not ready for big changes. I needed a replacement hot water cylinder and controls. Dene did a very good job especially extracting the old cylinder from a very tight corner. This is the second job he has done for me, both of which were very tricky but that wasn't a problem for Dene.

I used this company a couple of times recently- to fix a squealing toilet & repair a leak in another. Different engineers came out & both were brilliant! They explained what needed doing & why. Both were friendly yet professional & very efficient. One of the engineers came out twice (to assess the issue & then to repair it). On the second visit he remembered me saying that I only moved in a few months ago & he made sure I knew where my stop cocks were & how to use them (the information the previous owner left wasn't entirely clear!). He also answered other questions I had. Also, the office staff who I spoke to on the phone were excellent. Extremely helpful & ensuring that the jobs were booked in on suitable timescales. I thoroughly recommend this company & will certainly use them in the future. A real find.

Angel's Plumbing Ltd replaced our leaking bath taps, hoses and valves. His work was quick, efficient and professional. He kept me informed every step of the way, so I could see exactly what he was doing. He also took great care to ensure no leaks remained. He even helped me finish off some plumbing work that I was doing at the same time. The communications from his partner before and after were excellent! She was the first to respond to my Check-a-Trade job request. The labour estimate was accurate and the quote was the lowest of all four responding companies. Angel is fantastic and I highly recommend him. He will see you as soon as he is able, and is very positive in finding out what the problem is and how best to fix it. I have used him twice for emergencies and both times he has been prompt and helpful. Both times he had the issues fixed same day and the problem has not recurred. Adam & Joe suggested an alternative cheaper option of a purpose built dog shower rather than the shower enclosure we had asked for & they were spot on. No more carrying a muddy cocker up the stairs to have the bathroom walls spattered. Job left clean & tidy and is used most days. Would highly recommend Platinum for your plumbing needs.

Boiler install with new flue and associated gas and water pipework. Excellent! My old water heater broke down, and Nick fitted me a combination boiler replacement, relocated in the kitchen. I thoroughly recommend Nick for all and any type of plumbing & heating works. He is clearly an expert in his trade with years of experience, which shines through. All the work undertaken was explained and agreed, the standard of work exceptionally high, results are neat and tidy. Nick works efficiently with the minimum of fuss, clearing up behind himself as he goes along. The price charged was fair and reasonable. Makes me look forward to my annual boiler service next year!

Nick was prompt in responding to my email and set up an appointment within a couple of days. He serviced the combi boiler and installed a new thermostat which is working brilliantly, and even bled the radiators. Nick is friendly, professional and honest, and I will certainly be contacting him for future jobs. Update: Nick installed a new boiler listening carefully to the specification and sourcing a well priced boiler. He completed the work promptly and professionally - it was not an easy job as the boiler is in the loft.
