I am so pleased with the service of this company. Chris came out to assess my needs and gave me a quote for two new electric heaters and to check all the electrics in my flat that I have recently moved into. The quote was very reasonable so I accepted this. Chris gave me a date to install within two weeks which I was very pleased about given that the colder weather is almost upon us. Chris arrived on time and carried out all the work in less than 4 hours. He took the old heaters and all the rubbish away with him. I am delighted with the work and I am recommending him to friends.

Pleasently surprised with the professional and competent service and workmanship. Chris came over promptly to access the work and provide a written quote. A few clarifications were provided and work carried out on agreed day and time. He knew his job and completed on time. Definitely recommend Chris. Thanks mate 👍

Chris is a pleasure to deal with.He always does that little extra to make sure you are satisfied.In our case he even dealt with the SSE on our behalf to make sure all was well and electricity was restored! 100% recommended.

Excellent and professional service. Chris came out quickly - even for a small job - and is efficient. Chris had to visit twice to address a misunderstanding but he was very fast to willingly change it and to ensured all was completed to my complete satisfaction.

Chris did a fantastic job today installing our new Nest Thermostat and also putting a light into our airing cupboard. He was courteous and highly professional throughout and we shall certainly be using him again for the list of electrical jobs we need doing! I do not typically write reviews, but this is an outstanding pizza restaurant! We went to botley mills and accidentally found flour and fire pizza, we dined in and the quality of pizza was exceptional, a crispy base, fresh and high quality ingredients. The service was outstanding and the restaurant team made a fuss of my dog, who got some nice treats and ended up as happy as my son and I. We highly recommend Flour and Fire pizza, it’s a great pizza and really nice people!

Amazing local pizza. We’ve been a few times and love the food- the kids say it’s the best pizza they’ve ever had. Staff friendly and accommodating- we always ask for changes to some of the kids pizzas and nothing is ever an issue. Chocolate dough balls are THE best! Would definitely recommend a visit!

We absolutely loved it here! The pizza was so delicious and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! The food came so quickly and was devine! We're vegan, and the staff were so accommodating, they swapped out the mozzarella for vegan mozzarella on the mushroom special (I can't remember the exact name) and let us know that the some ingredients in the starters can be swapped to be made vegan, so we'll definitely be back for that! They also offer vegan Jude's ice-cream as well as dairy ice-cream. It was so nice to have a dessert that wasn't sorbet! 10/10 would recommend!

We had Shem from Solid Electrics over to move some lights for us, and he did a fantastic job! He was friendly, punctual, and really knew his stuff. The lights look great, and he left everything clean and tidy afterward. Highly recommend Shem and Solid Electrics—reliable, efficient, and easy to work with. We’ll definitely use them again!

I was looking for an electrician to install a HIVE EV charger I had already purchased. Shem was the first person to contact me, ask me a number of questions and supply a quote. After few days of waiting for others to contact me I went with the quote he provided. It was the best decision I could have made! Communication was the best I've experienced from any trades person. I was given text updates as to when Shem would be arriving, he was polite and courteous and not only explained what he needed to do, but also asked for my opinion and any suggestions I had. The work he carried out was to an extremely high standard and in less than 3 hours the charger was ready for me to use. All the relevant paperwork was completed and authorities informed, and I have now received all the certificates required should I need to evidence the work that was carried out. I cannot recommend Shem enough!

Excellent pre-installation advice to choose the right charger. Competitive and inclusive quote with no surprise additions. Installation arranged within a week of accepting the quote. Arrived promptly, minimal disruption during the install, and cleaned up afterwards. All relevant compliance paperwork sorted within a couple of days. Will recommend to friends and family.

-Shem went above and beyond to accommodate a prompt appointment for me. -Shem wired internet from our house to two separate outdoor spaces. -Shem’s communication was 5* -Shem completed the job well and tidied up all mess made. -Shem was friendly and knowledgeable. On the road with the kids (16) who played footy locally, a quick google search and Harvey’s appeared to be just 5 minutes away. I am so glad we made the effort, avoiding the “high st. “ chains and enjoyed a truly wonderful experience. The staff were attentive and genuinely happy, it was no bother changing pork products on a breakfast for vegetarian. We had a mix of standard breakfasts and baps and none disappointed. This is the type of cafe that is hard to find and needs support as the UK is a lesser place without them. Absolutely 1at class! 👏

We had a fantastic experience at Harvey’s Café! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, going the extra mile to make our visit special—especially for our daughter. It was the perfect pit stop before heading to Peppa Pig World. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and our food arrived quickly. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of colouring pencils and books to keep our little one entertained. A big thank you to the wonderful team for the excellent service, and a special shout-out to Avah for making our visit even more memorable. Highly recommend—thank you for a great experience.

Visited this morning for a team meeting over breakfast and it was delicious! Not greasy at all and really nicely cooked! I had the mushrooms with bacon on toast and my colleagues got the full english and all 3 plates were cleared! Good strong coffee and the staff were lovely! Thank you!

We had a lovely breakfast here! I messaged them via Facebook a week before visiting to check they have gluten free options and they were very responsive. The gluten free menu is good and you can just choose the items you want and they price it accordingly. Coffee was good and service was excellent. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic Breakfast, 4 of us popped in without a reservation. A couple of tables were left. Table service was very friendly, the breakfast choices were great. The meals were delicious and the young man serving was so polite, making sure everything was correct, and did we need anything else. Would highly recommend and will be returning ☺️

Small coffee shop but very friendly/experienced staff. Photo of a hot chocolate but we also had a coffee which was excellent. Enjoyed it so much we bought some coffee to take home and enjoy. We didn’t have any brownies etc (as we were going out for lunch) but they looked delicious. Will definitely return when that way again.

This is the best coffee shop in the area by a mile. They really know their stuff and roast their own coffee on site. Can't get much fresher than that. The team are happy to chat about coffee and it's origins (when not too busy obviously) and also sell their own products. Slightly hidden away at Botley mill but so worth looking for. If you are anywhere in the area I highly recommend a visit.

Authentic coffee roasters. I tried flat white (extra hot) it was well rounded and no bitter taste. Loved it! After that I bought 1kg coffee and car smells coffee. High recommended for coffee lovers.

Easily my favourite place for bespoke, freshly made coffee with some fine vinyl in the background. The old pump house in the mill sets the scene for good conversation and an outer space to sit by the river and chill.

Absolutely great dinner. Really enjoyed the wine flight, along with charcuterie for 2. Generous portions and good service. Amelia was great and very helpful. Only issue was that although we booked through online reservation, the table was ready only after 20-25 minutes due to previous booking. Happy to be more laid back but others may not.. Overall great experience and happy to revisit!

Visited with friends/family and had a lovely evening here. A great selection of cocktails to start followed by a very extensive charcuterie board with an excellent selection of cheese and meats. Highly recommended and will plan to visit again.

We’ve been here to eat and drink a couple of times and cannot recommend enough! Great service and delicious food. I would recommend the Blueberry Cocktail- it is so delicious! We cannot wait to go back 😊
