Highly experienced, organised, professional and prompt! Just the best. I was extremely pleased with their responsiveness to my enquiry and were prompt to arrange an appointment. The engineer was highly experienced and knowledgeable. Throughout the electrical inspection that he carried out thoroughly, he kept me informed and advised on next steps. I received the full electrical report and recommendations within 2 days. They have also carried out repairs on my property to a high standard. Absolutely recommend!

Our outside light has bothered me for months intermittently working! The electrician was really friendly and very thorough. Loose wire found in another of our lights which was the problem. Diagnosed and fixed within an hour. I would definately recommend, and will always use this company for electrical issues.

The guys did my EICR in December. It’s an old house and I was dreading the results. It was quick, easy, they are all really friendly and took me through the results to make sure I understood. Excellent communication and great service from EMS! Vicente’s responses were almost instant, and he took the time and care to explain the proposal in detail. As a first-time buyer with no electrical knowledge, this was very reassuring. I had an electrical check, and electricians were booked to fix the issues the following week! Rob came over one evening, on the same day as contacting 3 other local electricians. He was the only one to do so. The quote came over promptly and was competitively priced. He arrived at 8am (the promised time) this morning and installed 12 spotlights in my master living room. Before and after pictures are attached. He left the room cleaner than he found it! I didn't even see him take a break all day. I strongly recommend this company. I am now going to use him for the rest of my house.

Neil was wonderfully helpful over the phone in a crisis. All power had gone in the house with no obvious reason on the fuseboard. Talked us though an idiots guide to reset and check each circuit. All sorted and Saturday afternoon has returned to calm. Thank you!

A leak in my utility room cut off the power in my home on a Saturday morning. I left many messages for emergency electricians only NH Lighting & Electrical returned my call. Even though they were not able to visit they walked me through the steps to get the power back up and all at no cost. Brilliant service, really helpful. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant emergency service. We phoned at 8pm and Neil answered straight away and talked through the issue with us, he asked for a few pictures and managed to solve the issue using the pictures. Issue solved within 5 minutes. Wow what a great find. Neil responded to my query straightaway. Our Wi-fi hadn’t been connecting properly into our office and we thought it was the CAT 5 cabling. He was extremely thorough and checked everything and talked us through the problems we were experiencing, providing solutions along the way. He went over and above and took our extended away to completely reset it and dropped it back the same day. Can’t fault the service he provided so much so that he’s coming back to fix some lights in the garden. Would highly recommend using Neil for any electrical issues that you have. Great guy.

Very pleased with work carried out my Averiss & Son to refurbish our main bathroom in March 2020 so happy with the work and overall finish had them return to refurbish our en-suite February 2021. Removed all old white goods and rubbish, re-tiled, plastering, new floor & installed all new white goods. Value for money with high standards of workmanship and attention to detail, reliable, efficient with friendly service.

BECS were recommended to us by our kitchen company. Over the course of five months, their team organised and renovated our kitchen and dining room to create one amazing space. They managed all aspects of the build, plumbing, electrics, tiling and decorating and worked seamlessly with the kitchen company. We could not recommend Danny, Emma and the team highly enough – all the work was of the highest quality, and they supported us through every aspect of the project – even managing the kitchen company for us. They were available and on hand 24/7 to ensure the process was as smooth as possible and treated us and the house with the utmost respect – Emma even popped round to tidy up before we returned from holiday! Everything they managed was on budget, to time and focused on the customer. We will be using them again and we highly recommend.

BECS project managed our kitchen renovation and, from the first contact we had with them, they were friendly and approachable. Our main point of contact throughout, Emma, was incredibly responsive and understanding and when any hiccups occurred, which are common with any renovations, they were promptly resolved. They lined up all of various trades who performed the work to a high standard and we couldn't love our open plan kitchen/diner any more.

I contacted Mike due to a problem I had with excess heat being generated in my airing cupboard/ hot water cylinder area. Mike arrived at the agreed time and after me explaining the problem he quickly identified the fault as a u/s water valve. He then went away to get the part, returned and fitted it and all was well. Great job 👍
