I so loved my first appointment with Richmond and Sarah. It was so relaxing and so informative. And the impact on my skin just from this consultation visit amazed me. I'm afraid I've been poor with skin care all my life. But this will be a turning point. To the men out there, give Richmond a try, there's nothing to fear, you'll love it!

It was my third visit to Richmond house. I had Poppy for the second time. She did all my nails for my holiday beautifully. Green for paddys day in Spain. Massage with Sarah was so relaxing. I love this store, as usual the staff were welcoming. Nothing is too much for them. They even managed to squeeze me in for an extra treatment without any notice.

Everything about my experience today was perfect. The welcome at Reception was warm and kind. The setting of the room, temperature and comfort of the bed was perfect. The delivery of the facial itself was absolutely exceptional and a huge thank you to Monika. The level of facial massage in this treatment was fantastic and I felt extremely well looked after. I left feeling like I can't wait to book in again. Thank you again.

Thrilled with my beautiful nails - thank you so much. I felt pampered during my manicure and enjoyed my complimentary detox tea too! So looking forward to my next visit and to trying some of the other wonderful treatments on offer!

My therapist Sarah was lovely and so knowledgeable. Sarah talked me through the facial treatment step by step with time for any question's I had. The room was warm and Sarah made sure I was comfortable before starting the treatment. I really felt Sarah’s passion and love for her work which was contagious. Some good aftercare information too. Front of house, Claire made booking my treatment to leaving, a seamless and warm experience. I would highly recommend a visit to Richmond House in Stockbridge.

Honestly, I am a very nervous patient and Dr. Masud and Tina made me feel super comfortable, I was amazed at how quick a tooth was removed with no pain or discomfort. A great team, so glad I was treated by them and the reception team are lovely too!

I want to express how happy I was with river dentals treatment, especially Alex and prabha. The professionalism was something I have never experienced. I have always been nervous and anxious when visiting the dentist but the girls made me feel at ease and relaxed and continually talked me through everything they was doing. It has given me the confidence to visit the dentist knowing I am under good hands.

Great quality service, very reasonable pricing. Ravi is more than qualified for all the handyman tasks we had his help with. He also demonstrated skills also with plumbing and electric. He completed about 10 household DIY tasks at a very high standard. He came fully equipped and had some great suggestions for how to fix things up in a tidy way. I've included photos of Ravis mounting work at our home.

I called in desperation to get my new curtains up for Christmas. I tried and failed! I explained my need and was given an appointment for today. Amandeep came out and in no time at all my curtains are up. He even hoovered up some dust from the drilling! I am impressed and definitely recommend him and will use again. Price was realistic. Happy to have found him. Now looking at other things I need doing!!

My hair was cut short back in September and has been growing ever since. Unfortunately 4 months later, my hairstyle was uneven and flat looking. I decided to use cutting services at the Hub Hair salon as I work nearby. Samantha was very professional and looking after me very well that late afternoon. She listened to my comments and ensured we both know the results I expected from this visit. The Indian head massage after the wash, natural smelling cosmetics, candles around washing sink were lovely touches during the visit and made me feel extra special. I am delighted with the results and cannot wait for my hair to grow to see what Samantha will create from my hair on my next visit.

As a visitor to the area, to attend our son's wedding, I was so delighted with the care, advice and attention by Michell to style my hair so beautifully. Even Adele repaired my makeup. Thank you both so much for your time and care to make everything so perfect so I looked my best for this very special day, so many people complimented me, so the improvement must have been remarkable!! The hair stills looks good. When I am in the area again, I will come again.

Private course for John Lewis & Waitrose partners. Very well kept and an interesting course made of two 9 hole course, old (original and better) and new which is still good.

Had a great day playing against the seniors today, a lovely course, testing but inviting and the greens were in beautiful condition. But the best part was the great bunch of guys we played with. Thanks for the day guys, and hopefully will be back again.
