Have always been pleasurable to deal with for my vans MOT. Unfortunately I couldn't get a booking for my Nov 2022 MOT as they are a busy garage, but will attempt an earlier booking next year.

Great efficient service. Had our cam belt changed on our motorhome. Iris called when the workers completed and it was ready and waiting.

Brilliant people from the office staff through to the mechanics. They look after all our work vehicles and have always gone that extra mile.

Had issues with my car so called in to speak to Mark as he's been looking after our car's for 23 years. A couple of minor items quickly sorted and car booked in to sort out clutch/gearbox problem. As always professional and friendly service from all the team, wouldn't go anywhere else.

What can I say other than they go above and beyond to help you get your car sorted. They are extremely helpful and will do everything they can to help, I felt in safe hands when my car was being serviced and fixed by all the team at town and country. Everyone that works there are so passionate and caring about what they do, nothing was to much trouble to help me with my car being fixed, they even stayed later to make sure my car was sorted so I wouldn’t be without it that night. I highly recommend them you won’t be disappointed with the work they do for you, all complete gentlemen and very professional. I don't leave many reviews and never for a garage before but these guys are awesome! I'd been driving my Mercedes with a rattle and a clunk but never had time to go the garage to leave car and get sorted. I tried Kwik Fit in Chester who told me I could not book and had to come in morning and leave all day saying they were 'too busy' to do bookings. I could not leave my car all day like this this, so I called this garage Thursday 10th April night and spoke to Mark (I found out there's 3 MArks so be aware :-) and asked him if he could check it out Friday morning quickly and order the parts and then we could book do fix the following week as they are not opened weekends. MArk was cool and he said to drop in early Friday (11th April) and he's do this for me. I live just 2 blocks away so I got there 9am before too many other customers arrived. They had it on a ramp 9:15am; found heat sheild (exhaust) was loose and a rear spring was busted. They said they could order parts and have delivered in the hour and fixed in an hour after delivery if I left the car. As I lived rond the corner I could do this and was amazied. They called me 11:15am to tell me it was fixed and I was back on the road. So helpful as I am so busy. These guys are polite; helpful; proactive and very friendly and competent. Their reviews are fully justified and I now have a garage I can get stuff done on my doorstep! Epic and thanks guys!!

A fantastic garage that knows what they are doing in all circumstances. By far the best customer service of any garage I have used in the last 20 years. They dont make them like this anymore. Fast and efficient with the job well done. Did amazing work with my 2006 350z. Will continue to use for all motoring needs going forwards.

Called in on a Thursday about a new shock absorber for my partners car. MW had it booked in for the following Tuesday and had it back on the road within 2 hours of having the car dropped off to them . Top top service. Big up Pete for making it a smooth process

Had a wishbone ball joint fail on my van, (miles from home) Thank goodness I found MW Car & Commercial garage to fix my vehicle. I can tell you they are very professional and knowledgeable and consider the customer 100%. I’m certainly coming back to them for my vehicle service and MOTs, just down the road from Broughton retail park where there’s loads to do while your vehicle is in MW Car and Commercial. I've used broadway (and their sister garage) multiple times over the years for multiple vehicles from motorbikes to vans. Most recently I brought in a car with multiple issues, that again had issues when I left (through no fault of the garage) all the staff are great, easy to talk to and a personable experience.
