Absolutely amazing. Two lads were polite and understanding and done an amazing gesture with helping me out as a young lad who was stuck. Couldn’t recommend these lads enough the way they present themselves will be coming here again anytime. Amazing lads. Amazing job

Had issues with my car so called in to speak to Mark as he's been looking after our car's for 23 years. A couple of minor items quickly sorted and car booked in to sort out clutch/gearbox problem. As always professional and friendly service from all the team, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I don't leave many reviews and never for a garage before but these guys are awesome! I'd been driving my Mercedes with a rattle and a clunk but never had time to go the garage to leave car and get sorted. I tried Kwik Fit in Chester who told me I could not book and had to come in morning and leave all day saying they were 'too busy' to do bookings. I could not leave my car all day like this this, so I called this garage Thursday 10th April night and spoke to Mark (I found out there's 3 MArks so be aware :-) and asked him if he could check it out Friday morning quickly and order the parts and then we could book do fix the following week as they are not opened weekends. MArk was cool and he said to drop in early Friday (11th April) and he's do this for me. I live just 2 blocks away so I got there 9am before too many other customers arrived. They had it on a ramp 9:15am; found heat sheild (exhaust) was loose and a rear spring was busted. They said they could order parts and have delivered in the hour and fixed in an hour after delivery if I left the car. As I lived rond the corner I could do this and was amazied. They called me 11:15am to tell me it was fixed and I was back on the road. So helpful as I am so busy. These guys are polite; helpful; proactive and very friendly and competent. Their reviews are fully justified and I now have a garage I can get stuff done on my doorstep! Epic and thanks guys!!

What can I say other than they go above and beyond to help you get your car sorted. They are extremely helpful and will do everything they can to help, I felt in safe hands when my car was being serviced and fixed by all the team at town and country. Everyone that works there are so passionate and caring about what they do, nothing was to much trouble to help me with my car being fixed, they even stayed later to make sure my car was sorted so I wouldn’t be without it that night. I highly recommend them you won’t be disappointed with the work they do for you, all complete gentlemen and very professional. Kath was also lovely, friendly and made me a coffee and kept me company while i waited. So thank you so much for everything you guys done, very appreciated 😊

A fantastic garage that knows what they are doing in all circumstances. By far the best customer service of any garage I have used in the last 20 years. They dont make them like this anymore. Fast and efficient with the job well done. Did amazing work with my 2006 350z. Will continue to use for all motoring needs going forwards.
