I was looking for an electrician to install a HIVE EV charger I had already purchased. Shem was the first person to contact me, ask me a number of questions and supply a quote. After few days of waiting for others to contact me I went with the quote he provided. It was the best decision I could have made! Communication was the best I've experienced from any trades person. I was given text updates as to when Shem would be arriving, he was polite and courteous and not only explained what he needed to do, but also asked for my opinion and any suggestions I had. The work he carried out was to an extremely high standard and in less than 3 hours the charger was ready for me to use. All the relevant paperwork was completed and authorities informed, and I have now received all the certificates required should I need to evidence the work that was carried out. I cannot recommend Shem enough!

Excellent pre-installation advice to choose the right charger. Competitive and inclusive quote with no surprise additions. Installation arranged within a week of accepting the quote. Arrived promptly, minimal disruption during the install, and cleaned up afterwards. All relevant compliance paperwork sorted within a couple of days. Will recommend to friends and family.

Really happy with the care and treatment all my dogs have received from Chilworth veterinary surgery. Andrei has been incredibly thorough managing an issue my elderly dog has had without the need for anything invasive. He also made him feel as relaxed as possible during visits and nothing has been too much trouble. Knowing that such great care is available 24/7 should we need it, gives me peace of mind. There are very few veterinary practices that now provide this in-house. I applaud them for doing things differently and have every confidence in them!

Hi this place is a heaven for animals, the staff are the most friendliest I’ve ever met considering it’s my first time going to vets, the front team are the most hospitable and welcoming, big thank you to Dan and Daisy, the team at chilworth including Andre, Mario and the others that aren’t named their work does not go unnoticed and if anyone has any pets in need of a vet rest assured chilworth Veterinary surgery is the number 1 place I’d recommend always. Our koko a Bombay kitten who broke her paw had no chances left of saving it, however chilworth veterinary surgery has done the impossible and saved kokos right paw and is now back to her playful, chaotic self. Big thank you’s and will never forget this amazing experience

I recently visited them, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The clinic itself is brand new, and everything inside is modern, clean, and well-organized, which made my visit even more pleasant. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Andrei and Mario on two separate occasions with my Boston Terriers, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Both Andrei and Mario were kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring that both my dogs and I felt comfortable. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients, and are very passionate about animal care. It’s rare to find a place where both service and atmosphere are so inviting. Pete & Dean did a fantastic job installing my new vanity unit and shower in my bathroom. They were extremely helpful to talk through what work was needed and assisted me with choosing the best products that would go perfectly with the decor of the room. They were very punctual, professional and finished their work area clean and tidy. I will be recommending to all and if I ever need them again, they're only phone call away.

I called HAMPS Plumbing the other week for a free quote. They were on time and provided a free quote for installing a new toilet and sink. They did an excellent job and I'm using them for future jobs from now on. Hands down the best plumbers I've dealt with before.

Recommended, a great company. I’m very pleased with the quality and speed of work done at a good price. Steve was very responsive to all communications and accommodating to fit the job in quickly. The guys are very knowledgeable, experienced and take pride in their work. I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends Work done: A cracked and leaking 50 gallon loft water tank spurred me into replacing the vented hot water and heating system (300 litre tank) and very noisy pump with an unvented/pressurised system. No more irritating pump noise when turning on the hot water. No mess, no stress, the work was carried out efficiently by Daryl and Steve, everything works perfectly with good pressure. An access hole was required to be cut into the hall ceiling for the tank blow off valve drain. Steve had pin point precision in locating the drain to be tapped into. They organised decorators to skim and paint the repair to as good as new. A top job.

Sam came out and did our quote - he was lovely and very knowledgable. The quote was very competitive. Ben came out and did the work, he did a really great job. A full new combi system from scratch as we didn’t have a present system already. It’s a very tidy job, everything works perfectly and we finally have a nice warm house! Thank you very much.

Alex fitted a new lock to my door. He also cut and fitted smoke safety strips and a new letterbox. I booked this with Nigel. They both turned up and were polite and punctual. The work was carried out to a high standard in about 90 minutes. I found it difficult to find someone willing to do these tasks but Nigel and Alex were willing to. I strongly recommend them

Alan recently provided leak detection services for me including invasive access. The team spent a considerable amount of time both on the phone prior to booking and whilst at the property discussing the issue and to establish potential causes before removing floors. The job investigation was completed faster than expected and most importantly my property was treated with absolute respect, to the point where its hard to tell the reinstated floor was even taken up. Alan even reduced the quote to account for the shorter time on site. He also offered advice regarding dealing with insurers before having the job confirmed. Angel responded to a check a trade request. His partner got in contact and explained everything and made sure it was a time that suited us. Angel fitted new pipe work, water and waste pipe for a washing machine. Angel was very friendly and explained what he was doing and the options I had. Would highly recommend his services and would use him again for any future plumbing needs.

Angel's Plumbing Ltd replaced our leaking bath taps, hoses and valves. His work was quick, efficient and professional. He kept me informed every step of the way, so I could see exactly what he was doing. He also took great care to ensure no leaks remained. He even helped me finish off some plumbing work that I was doing at the same time. The communications from his partner before and after were excellent! She was the first to respond to my Check-a-Trade job request. The labour estimate was accurate and the quote was the lowest of all four responding companies. I would not hesitate to use Angel again and would highly recommend him to others.

Angel is fantastic and I highly recommend him. He will see you as soon as he is able, and is very positive in finding out what the problem is and how best to fix it. I have used him twice for emergencies and both times he has been prompt and helpful. Both times he had the issues fixed same day and the problem has not recurred. He is friendly and will explain exactly what the situation is and what he is doing. Very fair pricing too. He's my go-to guy now.

I used this company a couple of times recently- to fix a squealing toilet & repair a leak in another. Different engineers came out & both were brilliant! They explained what needed doing & why. Both were friendly yet professional & very efficient. One of the engineers came out twice (to assess the issue & then to repair it). On the second visit he remembered me saying that I only moved in a few months ago & he made sure I knew where my stop cocks were & how to use them (the information the previous owner left wasn't entirely clear!). He also answered other questions I had. Also, the office staff who I spoke to on the phone were excellent. Extremely helpful & ensuring that the jobs were booked in on suitable timescales. I thoroughly recommend this company & will certainly use them in the future. A real find.

I was there for the first time today. We bought a house nearby and I decided to look around the area. I had a vegetarian breakfast which was amazing and very fresh. I didn't notice that you can only pay in cash, but the lady behind the counter said I could withdraw cash from a nearby ATM and pay later. I was surprised by the warmth and trust. There aren't many places like that anymore.

Have been to Clover dental practice most of my life and I’ve always had great treatment, friendly service and customised support available when I need it. Anna, the hygienist - who I’ve seen for at least a decade actually - is particularly supportive, and with her support staff Emmie took the time to go over everything with me in detail and provide unbiased advice on how to keep my teeth clean. In addition, the main dentists at the practice really know their stuff. Would recommend to all Baddesley residents and those outside of the area.

I spoke to the receptionist, Courtney, who booked my appointment she was very helpful and informative which made the booking process very easy. My dentist Charlie made me feel at ease during my treatment and nurse Emmie was excellent. The fillings i had done were quick and painless. Just had my implants done. I generally am not a fan of dentists due to my low pain threshold, but I need not of worried as Dr Khan is a master of his craft and the whole process was virtually painless. The implants blend very nicely with my other teeth. Glad I’ve had it done and thanks to the whole Clover team for a job well done.

Following my morning visit, and after 90 generous minutes of Charles' time, I can confidently say I have my happy smile back. Charles and Sham worked exceptionally well together and made what I considered to be impossible happen. Thanks guys, today has been my best ever experience at Clover Dental Practice. He even modified my anti snoring guard into a temporary gum shield, to help prevent wearing my teeth away when I grind away during the night. Today I realised what I'm paying for in terms of private dentistry. Charlie's expertise in composite bonding has changed my views of a routine 6 month check up. Vote for Charles 💪
