I used this company a couple of times recently- to fix a squealing toilet & repair a leak in another. Different engineers came out & both were brilliant! They explained what needed doing & why. Both were friendly yet professional & very efficient. One of the engineers came out twice (to assess the issue & then to repair it). On the second visit he remembered me saying that I only moved in a few months ago & he made sure I knew where my stop cocks were & how to use them (the information the previous owner left wasn't entirely clear!). He also answered other questions I had. Also, the office staff who I spoke to on the phone were excellent. Extremely helpful & ensuring that the jobs were booked in on suitable timescales. I thoroughly recommend this company & will certainly use them in the future. A real find.

Nick was prompt in responding to my email and set up an appointment within a couple of days. He serviced the combi boiler and installed a new thermostat which is working brilliantly, and even bled the radiators. Nick is friendly, professional and honest, and I will certainly be contacting him for future jobs. Update: Nick installed a new boiler listening carefully to the specification and sourcing a well priced boiler. He completed the work promptly and professionally - it was not an easy job as the boiler is in the loft.

Recently booked a last minute boiler service with Nick at N C Plumbing & Heating, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism from start to finish. From the moment I contacted Nick, received clear communication and accurate costs. Arrived right on time, serviced boiler and looked into another issue for me, showed me what I needed to do going forward for maintenance and, left area clean and tidy.

Boiler install with new flue and associated gas and water pipework. Excellent! My old water heater broke down, and Nick fitted me a combination boiler replacement, relocated in the kitchen. I thoroughly recommend Nick for all and any type of plumbing & heating works. He is clearly an expert in his trade with years of experience, which shines through. All the work undertaken was explained and agreed, the standard of work exceptionally high, results are neat and tidy. Nick works efficiently with the minimum of fuss, clearing up behind himself as he goes along. The price charged was fair and reasonable. Makes me look forward to my annual boiler service next year!

I've used Ross multiple times now to do various plumbing jobs that I've had in the past. He's always been quick to come round to give a quote, which I've always found to be reasonable. I've never been messed around with dates, if he says he's coming to do the job on a day, he'll do the job, none of this making excuses and changing dates. The jobs have always been completed to a high standard without needing call backs unless a replacement part has failed in which case he's always been happy to come back. Would be happy to recommend.

Ross was great and super friendly! Had a leak from my water heater and he came in same day, identified the problem within a couple of minutes and ordered the parts. Before he left he fixed the leak so it didn’t continue to get the flat wet. Came back about a day later once the parts had come in and fixed the problem before his coffee had a chance to cool down! Very knowledgeable and charged a very good price. Would 100% recommend. Will be asking him to come back to help me with some other bits around the flat.

I needed a replacement hot water cylinder and controls. Dene did a very good job especially extracting the old cylinder from a very tight corner. This is the second job he has done for me, both of which were very tricky but that wasn't a problem for Dene.

Had a challenging job to replace our old boiler and tank but Dene expertise managed to install new boiler and rerouting gas supply. Overall really pleased with the work.

We have used Bespoke Gas for a number of years. Anthony runs a tight ship and his team have been carefully chosen. Kurtis has made two visits recently - one an annual service and the other to deal with a couple of problems we were having. He listened, made his diagnosis and gave us a couple of tips to keep the system running smoothly without further intervention from himself. All done in a professional and helpful manner. I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends Work done: A cracked and leaking 50 gallon loft water tank spurred me into replacing the vented hot water and heating system (300 litre tank) and very noisy pump with an unvented/pressurised system. No more irritating pump noise when turning on the hot water. No mess, no stress, the work was carried out efficiently by Daryl and Steve, everything works perfectly with good pressure. An access hole was required to be cut into the hall ceiling for the tank blow off valve drain. Steve had pin point precision in locating the drain to be tapped into. They organised decorators to skim and paint the repair to as good as new. A top job.

Excellent very professional service. We were looking for new plumbers after our previous one retired. We went by the reviews and are glad we chose Gair Gas. We had a new boiler fitted and it all went very well. Both Sams who attended did an excellent job and were very friendly polite and professional. The office staff were also very polite and helpful. I've used Gair a few times and have only good things to say. Every person attending has been polite and professional and gone above and beyond to give me advice about the heating and gas systems in my house. The first visit this year was a routine boiler inspection and service as I wasn't sure if I needed a new boiler (just bought an old house), the engineer advised me that although old, the boiler was in good working order, but he could have easily recommended I get a new one - as a different company had - and I'd have been none the wiser! Plus, he spent extra time investigating where an old gas pipe from a gas fire went which I wanted removed. The second visit was the installation of new radiators across the whole house and a hive heating system. The guys did a great job and left me with a wonderfully heated home! Definitely recommend for honest open advice and professional service.
