2020 - Yet another superb bathroom from LFM! I cannot fault Rob’s service, he is always polite, tidy and honest. On time, as quoted and the finished results are, in my opinion are always better than I had expected! 2022 – As Rob did such a good job of bathroom refit, I asked him to return to do my kitchen plumbing, and he did not disappoint! Robs service as usual was superb, I cannot fault his service, so pleased…but I will let the pictures speak for themselves. 2023 - Rob did such a lovely job of my bathroom & kitchen refit, I have asked him to move my water cylinder to make space in my bedroom. Yet again reliable, tidy and reasonably priced

Francesco was polite and honest from the beginning, I called for a service on My old Potterton boiler unfortunately the flue was damaged therefore it was dangerous. Francesco sent me a very reasonable quote for a new Worcester Bosch boiler, he even managed to fit it the next day!! Thank you soo much!

Mark installed a replacement ceramic sink and tap overcoming a number of unforeseen issues on the day. All work was carried in a friendly and very professional manner. We were looking for a local and reliable plumber to carry out long overdue replacement and repairs. The Lewis advertisement in the Kempshott Kourier quotes “we are a local reliable family business and strive to provide outstanding customer service & workmanship” That is exactly what we received Fitted new kitchen sink and mixer tap, new mixer/shower tap in bathroom, fitted new inlet control valve and added drain new drain valve to piping, new outside garden tap and added click/clack waste and replaced trap and pipe work on a sink. While he was with us the cold water tank decided to overflow, so had to go up in loft and fitted a new ball valve. Always ready to advise on work that requires attention, he replaced inferior and leaking pipe work. All the work carried out was exemplary. Arrived on time and left spotlessly clean and tidy, Excellent back up from Dawn with informative emails. All at a very competitive cost. Kindest regards Janet and Ray

Mark serviced a water tank, carried out a toilet repair, and replaced a basin tap, water filter tap and outdoor tap. He came highly recommended by other family members who had employed Mark for boiler and radiator installation work. The service was excellent from start to finish, including arranging the appointments via Mark's wife Dawn who coordinates his diary and is very responsive and helpful. Mark provided fully itemised quotes for the work, explained what he was doing and why, and completed the work to a high standard with quality products. A new boiler is next on the list - will definitely be asking Mark to advise on and quote for this too.

Matt has been recommended to me by a friend, and now that the job has been completed in my home I cannot recommend Matt enough to anyone. Matt replaced our megaflo water system which was leaking through our lounge ceiling. He did a fantastic job and was extremely professional, friendly, tidy and reliable. We were very pleased with Matt's work. He came at short notice to repair an emergency leak by the connection to our cold water tank. This was a job which our insurers seemed unable to do, saying we needed a new tank, which was actually not necessary at all. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

This Company fitted a new Gas Boiler for us in 2024 and returned to do the first Boiler Service. An appointment was possible three working days after the request. Nicholas arrived on time and performed a no fuss service. Extremely pleased with our set up and will asking him to return next year
