Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days. I’d definitely recommend Options and without doubt, I’ll use them again in the future.

After today’s boiler service, they will be my only ‘Option’ from now on. Rory came out to service my boiler, he was on time, polite and friendly. He sorted our boiler out in our new home, fixed many issues left by the previous owner on the same day as he had most of the spare parts on the van. He explained all the issues that it had very clearly and when he was done he left no mess behind! See you next year!

Bathroom refurbishment. Clive and his team were excellent, friendly, honest, polite, professional, tidy, kept us updated all the way through. A few problems were uncovered along the way (somethings you can't see until you take everything out!), Clive dealt with them quickly and professionally. Very pleased with the bathroom :-)

Clive responded to my call straight away and came next day to replace kitchen tap and stopclock all done with inthe the hour found him to be very friendly and would definitely call Job done services again.

Clive from Job Done services came to sort out hot water at our rented home on new year's eve when almost nobody else was working (tried calling about 30-odd other people on CheckATrade). Great service overall. Gave me a 1-hour time slot. Arrived earlier than stated time, but texted to let me know he was free earlier than expected. On arrival, got right to work quite literally. Popped out to get new parts, and eventually sorted out the job in just under 2 hours. There were some other issues which Clive gave some advice on to try and get fixed through letting agent. Overall happy and would recommend.

We were looking for a local and reliable plumber to carry out long overdue replacement and repairs. The Lewis advertisement in the Kempshott Kourier quotes “we are a local reliable family business and strive to provide outstanding customer service & workmanship” That is exactly what we received Fitted new kitchen sink and mixer tap, new mixer/shower tap in bathroom, fitted new inlet control valve and added drain new drain valve to piping, new outside garden tap and added click/clack waste and replaced trap and pipe work on a sink. While he was with us the cold water tank decided to overflow, so had to go up in loft and fitted a new ball valve. Always ready to advise on work that requires attention, he replaced inferior and leaking pipe work. All the work carried out was exemplary. He came highly recommended by other family members who had employed Mark for boiler and radiator installation work. The service was excellent from start to finish, including arranging the appointments via Mark's wife Dawn who coordinates his diary and is very responsive and helpful. Mark provided fully itemised quotes for the work, explained what he was doing and why, and completed the work to a high standard with quality products.
