Nick is a highly skilled professional, who does a really great job. We’re so lucky to have him as our heating technician. He’s prompt and professional, as well as really great at answering my questions about our heating system and how it works.
Required an annual service for my boiler and gas fire. Quick call, followed by an email (which I miss-spelt ... oops) but Nick still took the time to phone back to check what needed doing. Arrived 2 days later, work completed quickly with zero fuss. Chatty, professional and explained everything that needed to be done. Easy to see why he has had so many 5 star ratings.
I have used Nick for years now and have always found him to be excellent! Clean and tidy work, whilst offering a lot of advice when I have asked detailed questions about my system or changes we are considering.
