Had needed to renew our conservatory lock and handles for ages. Phoned Dan who came out the same day and measured up and took the lock details. Replaced and fitted them within 48 hrs all done. Great job, no hassle and fair price. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Dan managed to open an old blocked lock, which was original with the house, unusual and I would have regretted to have to replace it. He was very patient, took his time and managed to salvage the lock, took it to his workshop to make the adjustments and came back to refit it in perfect working condition. I can not recommend him highly enough! Totally professional and perfectionist at a very fair price.

Visited the Boorer Lock & Safe Co. in the Folly Market. Explained the problem with our front door lock. Locksmith arrived on the dot next day as arranged. After stripping the unit down & discovering the fault Dan promised to find a replacement unit ASAP. This he did and returned to fit. Much to our amazement Dan treated his first visit as a survey & didn’t charge. After fitting new unit Dan carried out extensive checks. The total cost including parts was extremely reasonable. We are very pleased with the end result and the first class service. Highly recommended.

Daniele was simply amazing. After 2 misdiagnoses he quickly found the fault and fixed our car, without the actual need for replacing any part! He really is a magician! He kept us up to date at each stage of the process. I cannot recommend him highly enough

Daniele was an absolute legend, after having my car misdiagnosed and ignored by multiple people. I found him online and his reviews really speak for themselves after some brief chats over emails I arranged to have to car taken to him. He kept my posted on everything that was happening and explained what had happend with the car. He charged a very reasonable price for fixing the issue. Sent me a detailed diagnostic report and is really a stand up guy. If your having car troubles that's ECU keys or Immobilizer related this man really is the go too. He was well worth traveling 40 minutes to get too.

I needed a locksmith to change 3 locks for me - found B.E.N. on Check-a-Trade and contacted them to arrange a visit which I was booked in for a few days later. The locksmith was punctual, arriving at the time agreed, with a courtesy call half-an-hour earlier. After taking a look at the work that needed doing he said he had all the parts and could do it there and then which I was happy with. I contacted B.E.N. Locksmiths (after finding on Google) to ask them to try to sort out a bifold door lock that was faulty. I booked a visit and Ben and Scott turned up on time, replaced the lock, identified the cause of the problem and fixed that also. They were polite, tidy and explained everything fully. We are happy to write a positive review for Lock-Solutions and wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again, if needed. Our back door wouldn’t open because the handle was jamming. We wanted a locksmith from the local area, preferring someone running their own business and found Lock-Solutions. We liked the professional look of the website and noted the five star reviews and no call-out charge. On phoning the company, we got an immediate response from Wayne, sent him photos of the door lock and got a verbal quote a short time later. Although the problem wasn’t particularly urgent, Wayne came the same afternoon, which meant he worked through until early evening last Friday. Wayne is friendly and professional and we felt confident in his expertise. He identified the problem, replaced the lock mechanism and the door now works better than it has ever done.

I phoned lock solutions to fix the broken lock on our back patio doors. They were able to come really quickly to our house in Woodley to look at it. He didn't have the exact lock in his van but had a temporary fix at no extra cost, whilst the new lock came in. This was much appreciated as it meant we could leave the house safely! We made a booking to open a mortice lock for which we had no key. Adaptlocks was able to accommodate us on the same day and kept us informed of the arrival time. After a long and valiant battle to pick the lock, which was made more difficult by the fact it hadn't been used in over two years, he drilled the toughened case and raised the levers by hand. The gearbox in my lock had broken preventing me from opening my back door onto my terrace. Steve’s professionalism, workmanship and knowledge ensured that he was able to get this tricky job sorted, doing everything he could possibly think of the get this job done within the working day allowing us to lock the door through the night. Gary was extremely helpful in fixing our lock on our patio doors. He arrived within 20mins with no call out charge and completed a temporary fix to securely lock the door. He then returned within a couple of days with parts needed and fixed the door.
