Great experience today with Auto Locksmith. I bought a new second hand car yesterday and wanted a remote fob for it. AL came out, checked if it was possible and it was not. Instead he cut me a second key and programmed it. Super quick same-day service! Really nice guy.

After thinking I had got an ignition problem fixed at a large garage. It was not. I was stuck in a Tesco car park. I called Steve out from Auto locksmith. He came out to me as soon as he could, understood what the problem was and although he had to order me a part he got me up and running again as quick as he could. He kept me informed and was super helpful and friendly.

Contacted Rockhopper via their website contact form around 5:30pm and explained that my UPVc front door wouldn't open and the locking mechanism was jammed. Within minutes i had a response from Dave saying he could pop by the following day and would call me prior to visiting. True to his word Dave and his apprentice Leo arrived and had the door open in no time at all. Dave ordered a replacement locking mechanism and explained it would be delivered next day and he would return to fit it then, which he did, again with great communication on his ETA. All in all i cant praise Dave and his team enough on the thorough professionalism, friendliness and transparency on the work they conducted. At no point did I feel like they were doing anything that wasn't in the best interest of me and my home. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone in need of a Locksmith. Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.

We had a problem with the front door of our but to let. Within 10 minutes of the tenant reporting it to me I had contacted Richard and made an appointment. He attended that day, ordered the materials and repaired the lock within a few days for the price he quoted. Absolutely spot on service you cannot ask for better. Richard is always neat and tidy and very pleasant to deal with.

Richard was fantastic! Not only did he fix our jammed door without a need for new parts, he then also offered advice and recommendations on how to maintain our doors and windows. He also fitted a brand new lock for us and our door no longer sticks or jams. He was also a genuinely nice, friendly and knowledgeable guy. Having called up at 9am due to being completely locked out of my house, Richard arrived within 30 minutes and was outstanding from start to finish. I honestly cannot say enough to thank him. He explained every single part of the process, was immaculately clean and tidy. Despite it being quite an old lock, he didn't try to just sell me a very expensive new locking system - he tried the cheaper repair first. Richard was patient and checked and double checked to make sure the repair was going to last. He remained patient and kind to explain all of the details to me, even when there were some more tricky elements to fix. His 20 years of experience and training were very clearly evident. In addition, he is an extremely interesting person with the most incredible stories. Dan managed to open an old blocked lock, which was original with the house, unusual and I would have regretted to have to replace it. He was very patient, took his time and managed to salvage the lock, took it to his workshop to make the adjustments and came back to refit it in perfect working condition. I can not recommend him highly enough! Totally professional and perfectionist at a very fair price.

Visited the Boorer Lock & Safe Co. in the Folly Market. Explained the problem with our front door lock. Locksmith arrived on the dot next day as arranged. After stripping the unit down & discovering the fault Dan promised to find a replacement unit ASAP. This he did and returned to fit. Much to our amazement Dan treated his first visit as a survey & didn’t charge. After fitting new unit Dan carried out extensive checks. The total cost including parts was extremely reasonable. We are very pleased with the end result and the first class service. Highly recommended.

Dan did a great job on my very old uPVC front door. It was not a simple job, he had to track down the right parts for the job. He also fitted locks to my very old aluminium windows. Great price, great customer service. Very quick and efficient
