What a lovely gentleman Richard is. He went the extra mile with fixing the door lock and even did some extra work on the windows. He also gave me good advice about maintenance throughout the year. Richard was fantastic! Not only did he fix our jammed door without a need for new parts, he then also offered advice and recommendations on how to maintain our doors and windows. He also fitted a brand new lock for us and our door no longer sticks or jams. He was also a genuinely nice, friendly and knowledgeable guy. We had a problem with the front door of our but to let. Within 10 minutes of the tenant reporting it to me I had contacted Richard and made an appointment. He attended that day, ordered the materials and repaired the lock within a few days for the price he quoted. Absolutely spot on service you cannot ask for better. Richard is always neat and tidy and very pleasant to deal with.

James did a great job changing out a faulty ignition switch and also reprogrammed the gateway control module on my VW Golf MK 6, unlike my local VW dealer (Camberley) who showed very little interest in resolving the issue.

Had needed to renew our conservatory lock and handles for ages. Phoned Dan who came out the same day and measured up and took the lock details. Replaced and fitted them within 48 hrs all done. Great job, no hassle and fair price. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Dan managed to open an old blocked lock, which was original with the house, unusual and I would have regretted to have to replace it. He was very patient, took his time and managed to salvage the lock, took it to his workshop to make the adjustments and came back to refit it in perfect working condition. Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.

We were very pleased and impressed with the emergency service provided by Rockhopper Locks. Phil arrived exactly when we needed him and was professional, courteous, efficient and he resolved our problem very quickly and effectively.

Contacted Rockhopper via their website contact form around 5:30pm and explained that my UPVc front door wouldn't open and the locking mechanism was jammed. Within minutes i had a response from Dave saying he could pop by the following day and would call me prior to visiting. True to his word Dave and his apprentice Leo arrived and had the door open in no time at all. Dave ordered a replacement locking mechanism and explained it would be delivered next day and he would return to fit it then, which he did, again with great communication on his ETA. All in all i cant praise Dave and his team enough on the thorough professionalism, friendliness and transparency on the work they conducted. At no point did I feel like they were doing anything that wasn't in the best interest of me and my home. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone in need of a Locksmith. Amazing service, came out the same day and kept me updated with expected arrival time via text. Fixed my key fob, retrieved a broken key from the lock and cut new keys. Would highly recommend.

After thinking I had got an ignition problem fixed at a large garage. It was not. I was stuck in a Tesco car park. I called Steve out from Auto locksmith. He came out to me as soon as he could, understood what the problem was and although he had to order me a part he got me up and running again as quick as he could.
