I contacted Link Locksmith Services with an enquiry about fitting a Key Safe. The quote for a good, solid piece of kit was acceptable and Ian turned up inside a couple of days to install it. Job done I then mentioned that a uPVC door was causing some grief and Ian offered to have a look. For a small additional fee he fixed both that problem and also sorted out another set of uPVC doors there and then. Have to say that I'm delighted with Ian's work. Thoroughly recommended.

Contacted Croma Locksmiths Basingstoke when door lock had become unsteady and needed unjamming. Given date to fix quickly and he arrived on time. He described the problem after diagnosing it, gave us a sensible quote to fix and said would order new part. He returned to the office, found they had the part there, phoned us back to say he could return straight away and repaired the door. While explaining that he always checked all the alignments too I commented about another door having this problem. He volunteered to see to this too all in the same price. 2 troublesome doors as new now. Brilliant efficient service at a good price.

The whole experience was a pleasure. They arrived when they said they would, got straight into the work, and when finished additional help and advise was provided. All the way through the process, it was explained what he was doing. And when finished everything was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended. The gearbox in my lock had broken preventing me from opening my back door onto my terrace. Steve’s professionalism, workmanship and knowledge ensured that he was able to get this tricky job sorted, doing everything he could possibly think of the get this job done within the working day allowing us to lock the door through the night. I contacted B.E.N. Locksmiths (after finding on Google) to ask them to try to sort out a bifold door lock that was faulty. I booked a visit and Ben and Scott turned up on time, replaced the lock, identified the cause of the problem and fixed that also. They were polite, tidy and explained everything fully. Responded to quote request on Google messages in two minutes. Within one hour someone was at home to fix the lock and within 15 minutes the lock was fixed and there was no need for replacement. The engineer was carrying a card machine so the payment was absolutely spoiled. We will definitely use them again if needed!
