Absolutely brilliant couldn't recommend him more. Came out to fix the lock on my front door that had gone as couldn't lock it and he had it all fixed within 30 minutes and was able to cut me 2 new back door keys on site. Excellent customer service.

James did a great job changing out a faulty ignition switch and also reprogrammed the gateway control module on my VW Golf MK 6, unlike my local VW dealer (Camberley) who showed very little interest in resolving the issue.

Focus were able to get out to us rapidly when locked out in the evening - they gave a realistic time to get here that was kept to, very reasonable pricing for labour and also parts required. Not only that, they went above and beyond helping repair door latches and offer maintenance advice for our locks to prevent future issues. Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

Brilliant from start to finish. Door Handle and mechanism went just before we were about to go on holiday. Darren answered our late evening call and was able to get out to us the next day. Turned up at time agreed and sorted the issue at the agreed price. Labour & parts warranty provided along with advice on keeping the mechanism in good shape for years to come. Ira was quick to arrive and get my keys out of the car after I locked myself out. I asked him to make me a copy on the spot and despite it being a challenge due to the model and age of my car he persevered and maned to make me a copy. Top bloke and excellent service. Would highly recomend him

I had my VW car key which was rather challenging to copy and a few attempts to some other shops was failed and not gathered interest. However Guardeell security enthusiastically took the challenge and helped me out. They are very good and they have good selection of all sort of locks, blanks etc plus excellent skills and knowledge to deliver results. I would say communication was rather effective but not much smiley however I rather have the helpful skills and knowledge than empty smile. Well done guys and I highly recommend them.

Had some keys cut. They were quick and efficient. Cheaper than some other places. Had an unusual key I wanted copied. Went to many key cutters but not security specialists. Took key to Guardwell and it was cut in no time. The key was that unusual that I was told it required a machine that will only cut that type of key and it was the first time he had cut one for about 10 years. It just goes to show when something unusual crops up its only specialists that have the knowledge and tools to deal with it.
