Our house got burgled and Dave was able to come out the same day I called him to replace all of the locks, as well as add a new lock to another door in the house. Brilliant, efficient, and friendly service, he kept me updated on when he would arrive and cut us multiple sets of keys. These situations are usually so stressful but he made us feel secure again in our home - highly recommend.

I called Dave when I encountered a problem with my front door lock. I had attempted to fix the problem myself but wasn’t sure that I had been successful. Dave answered my call very promptly, his aim to get to me as soon as possible. He kept in touch as to timings…. I found him to be a very likeable, polite and courteous man. It seemed I had managed to fix things myself and was worrying unnecessarily. Dave didn’t charge me and wouldn’t accept a token payment….just a request to leave a review. Dave, it’s my pleasure.

Focus were able to get out to us rapidly when locked out in the evening - they gave a realistic time to get here that was kept to, very reasonable pricing for labour and also parts required. Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

Brilliant from start to finish. Door Handle and mechanism went just before we were about to go on holiday. Darren answered our late evening call and was able to get out to us the next day. I had my VW car key which was rather challenging to copy and a few attempts to some other shops was failed and not gathered interest. However Guardeell security enthusiastically took the challenge and helped me out. They are very good and they have good selection of all sort of locks, blanks etc plus excellent skills and knowledge to deliver results. I would say communication was rather effective but not much smiley however I rather have the helpful skills and knowledge than empty smile. Well done guys and I highly recommend them.

Sometimes we all need something special Thanks Phil for taking in my seized old cabinet lock and returning it in great working order with 2 new keys. My late father's ancient engineers tool chest can now be fully restored with its original lock.

Had some keys cut. They were quick and efficient. Cheaper than some other places. Had an unusual key I wanted copied. Went to many key cutters but not security specialists. Took key to Guardwell and it was cut in no time. The key was that unusual that I was told it required a machine that will only cut that type of key and it was the first time he had cut one for about 10 years. It just goes to show when something unusual crops up its only specialists that have the knowledge and tools to deal with it.
