Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

Darren was a delight from start to finish. He did the job as discussed and was incredibly honest about another job he could have completed but told us it’d be far more cost effective for us to do it ourselves, which I believe is always sign of a great tradesperson. Brilliant from start to finish. Door Handle and mechanism went just before we were about to go on holiday. Darren answered our late evening call and was able to get out to us the next day. Turned up at time agreed and sorted the issue at the agreed price. Labour & parts warranty provided along with advice on keeping the mechanism in good shape for years to come. Very happy and will be contacting Darren for any other issues in the future

Contacted Croma Locksmiths Basingstoke when door lock had become unsteady and needed unjamming. Given date to fix quickly and he arrived on time. He described the problem after diagnosing it, gave us a sensible quote to fix and said would order new part. He returned to the office, found they had the part there, phoned us back to say he could return straight away and repaired the door. While explaining that he always checked all the alignments too I commented about another door having this problem. He volunteered to see to this too all in the same price. 2 troublesome doors as new now. Brilliant efficient service at a good price.

I needed to secure 3 doors on a new property and a friend recommended BEN. A locksmith visited and discussed requirements then promptly followed up with an emailed quote which includedzz xx the more expensive option I had asked for. They clearly explained why a cheaper alternative was more secure (that’s unusual these days!). Contacted Rockhopper via their website contact form around 5:30pm and explained that my UPVc front door wouldn't open and the locking mechanism was jammed. Within minutes i had a response from Dave saying he could pop by the following day and would call me prior to visiting. True to his word Dave and his apprentice Leo arrived and had the door open in no time at all. Dave ordered a replacement locking mechanism and explained it would be delivered next day and he would return to fit it then, which he did, again with great communication on his ETA. All in all i cant praise Dave and his team enough on the thorough professionalism, friendliness and transparency on the work they conducted. At no point did I feel like they were doing anything that wasn't in the best interest of me and my home. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone in need of a Locksmith. We are happy to write a positive review for Lock-Solutions and wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again, if needed. Our back door wouldn’t open because the handle was jamming. We wanted a locksmith from the local area, preferring someone running their own business and found Lock-Solutions. We liked the professional look of the website and noted the five star reviews and no call-out charge. On phoning the company, we got an immediate response from Wayne, sent him photos of the door lock and got a verbal quote a short time later. I phoned lock solutions to fix the broken lock on our back patio doors. They were able to come really quickly to our house in Woodley to look at it. He didn't have the exact lock in his van but had a temporary fix at no extra cost, whilst the new lock came in. This was much appreciated as it meant we could leave the house safely! Excellent service from start to finish. We called with our front door deadlock not working. Julian attended us promptly on time and managed to find a workaround to opening it. He could have easily recommended that we needed to change the lock, but gave an honest assessment, provided a fix and also was willing to come back to replace it if it failed again.
