I called as I had an issue with the locking/unlocking of my front door and Tim was promptly able to come round and take a look and fix it. He was very kind and polite and always kept me informed of what was happening. I would definitely recommend.

Tim was polite and available to come and solve our lock issues within an hour of ringing. He knew exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost as well as making some additional adjustments to our door that was causing us issues that we didn't even know about before and at no extra cost. He worked quickly and efficiently and I would recommend his services.

First class service did at a fixed price too so no hidden costs….came once to fit a temporary lock and a second time to complete the job. Didn’t just supply and fit …really did check lock mechanism was all working correctly. Advice on locks was honest and impartial. Was really accommodating to my schedule too. 100% recommend. Here's my experience with Tim: Moved into a new house and wanted to change the front door lock and handle to something that could be locked without a key from the inside. Tim came out to have a look promptly, and whilst on the job, we asked if he could have a look at the rear door and do the same thing. He did it there and then, to save us the extra call out fee. A month down the line, the front door handle broke. Messaged Tim who came out 4 hours later, he replaced the entire handle with a brand new one, completely free of charge. 10/10. Outstanding customer service, lovely guy, tidy job and well priced. Couldnt ask for more and will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you Tim!

Went into the shop on Monday st 3pm to ask for the locks to be changed at my new property. Job booked in for Tuesday morning less than 24 hours wait. Called to let us know the arrival time. Outstanding workmanship, didn't just change the locks but adjusted all the door setting to stock it getting jammed and squeaking. Would definitely recommend!

We approached Keywise Locksmiths to get three external door locks sorted out. It wasn't a straight forward job with locks swopped out, so there was an acceptable delay. Based on recommendations, I contacted Keywise to replace a worn out lock mechanism on a UPVC door. Within a couple of hours of my call, the issue was resolved; no fuss, no call out charge just good ‘old fashioned’ expert and friendly service and at a very reasonable price. Absolutely amazing service! Whilst other locksmiths convinced me that my car lock out will be annoying to deal with (car battery dead and keyhole not working) and will require breaking windows, Advanced Locksmith just agreed to help quite quickly and came to sort it out for me in no time! Key would not turn in my daughter-in-law's VW Golf this morning, and it all pointed to a failure within the ignition system. These guys turned up within 90 minutes, giving me a courtesy call 20 minutes before they arrived. Repair was complete within an hour - the unit that houses the ignition barrel needed replacing. Now as good as new. Ignore the one negative review on here - it is full of misunderstanding, ignorance, and self-importance, on what was a tragic day for one family. A 5 star review is fully deserved, I'd have no hesitation in using Advanced Locksmiths again, and would recommend them with full confidence.
